Didnt wanted to sell me the liquor even thought I was 21+. Never had an issue previously and not all employees are in the same page with store policy. They all judge based on appearance. They allow children but not teenager doesnt make sense. Stupid.

Need 10 cases of Lone Star beer to take back to Kansas, for friends. And they had to order it. Bam it was here the next day. Simply unbelievable. Thanks Alma, she called when they ordered it and called me when it came in and had it loaded in our truck. Now thats some service.

I got Marcos, to help me look for, Jennifer lopez new delola drink but they didnt have it. I also wanted, Jeannie Mais owls brew hibiscus margarita and did not carry it either. He told me about other celebrity drinks. I ended up getting, Kendall Jenners tequila 818. He was very helpful.

They dont respect the price on the special of wine they offer on 4 bottles out of 5 ive bought. It was special on specific bottles not available on the special when you buy 6 or more, plus they charged me 33% extra on cigars ive bought because Ive paid credit instead of cash and it was written around 5% difference on the label credit vs cash on the pack of cigars I took. I shall never come back and tell to every winter texans on social medias to avoid Specs.

Being a cigar enthusiast, their selection of tobaccos is phenomenal but I noticed in their walk-in humidor several dried out bóveda packs laying around. Dry bóveda packs is NEVER a good thing, I saw a hygrometer in there that read 40% humidity UNACCEPTABLY LOW!!! I believe they are not ruined, but before you smoke them, put them in your own humidor for a couple of weeks at between 65-70% humidity before smoking them, otherwise the cigars are going to feel like you re smoking grass or hay. At 40% humidity, more often than not, every cigar tastes the same, you can buy a $6 cigar and a $30 cigar but the low humidity makes them taste the same STALE . I say this; the store is selling premium cigars at premium PRICES, they should be kept in premium conditions, you should not go home and toss them in a humidor for weeks before you get to enjoy them, after you paid $20 for a stogie and possibly some of the oils on these cigars may have evaporated and might be at a point of no return, who knows? YOU CAN ALWAYS BRING BACK A DRY CIGAR AND MAKE IT SMOKABLE, YOU CAN AGE IT A LITTLE AND IT COULD TURN OUT GREAT, BUT SOME OF THE OILS MIGHT HAVE EVAPORATED AND IT MIGHT NOT BE THE EXPERIENCE AND FLAVORS THE MANUFACTURER INTENDED, AND YOUR $30 CIGAR COULD END UP TASTING LIKE A $9 CIGAR (NOT A BAD THING BECAUSE THERE ARE GREAT $9 CIGARS BUT YOU PAID $30 FOR THE COHIBA OR DAVIDOFF EXPERIENCE) KEEP YOUR EYE OPEN

By far, the biggest alcohol store that I have ever seen. They had every kind of booze that a person could want. Even free tastings. We got our liquor but we were unable to find single shot glasses for sale, only sets. Ended up with solo plastic shot glasses - not what we wanted.

Check the expiration date of wine before buying! My best friend bought two box wines, when opening one two weeks later, it was clearly soured, and she discovered it was expired two years earlier. Upon returning it, she showed them hers AND the ones still on the shelves, identical dates and boxes, but they refused even a store credit because she hadnt kept her receipt. She left the wine with them, and they pulled the others off the shelf, so THEY will receive credit for all! How unfair is that!?!
