Visited yesterday for dinner. Remember food there as very good. Ordered Bang Bang chicken. Usually a signature meal from the Cheesecake factory. I was sadly disappointed in the overall of taste of this selection. It was not even close to what I remembered or expected. It was if the recipe had been changed adding to much curry spice and deleting what had originally made it desirable. Otherwise our meal was good and the service staff excellent. May return in a few years to try your restaurant again.

If I could rate the service lower I would. Stopped in to get cheesecake to go, and no one behind the counter could be bothered to acknowledge a customer standing in front of them. After several minutes of listening to their chit chat someone from the back came out and took care of my order. No matter your job description it takes little effort to say someone will be right with you, but I guess that would be asking too much.

We went when they were busy, we had about a 40 minute wait. The food was good. Its great that they have a diet friendly menu. We are counting calories, so it was great to have something calculated so we didnt have to over estimate. We got the chicken sandwich, the chicken chili, and a couple of kids meals. The food was good, but the chicken chicken chili was spicier than I anticipated. We ordered the sugar-free cheesecake and was disappointed that our waiter waited 10+ minutes to tell us they were out.

It s a shame I m even leaving a bad review on a fast casual concept. However, tonight was that awful of an experience and the service recovery was laughable. For starters the restaurant was busy so we didn t expect immediate service when the wait was 45 minute wait. However, we found a high top in the bar. Service started off strong with drink orders and app served promptly to the table within 15-20mins of sitting down. Over an hour and half later after placing entree orders our food finally came out. Granted if service in the room was slow I wouldn t complain. But the entire bar counter was flipped 3x while we dined for over 2 hours 6PM - 9:30PM (which is exceptionally long for Cheesecake Factory.) not to mention several high tops were flipped twice even after we sat down. Once our entrees came out mine was correct although steak was more than well done than I requested medium and my partners was given an incorrect dish than he ordered, so they had to fire his original request. Manager came by to apologize which was nice and the waiter said that our bill would reflect an appropriate discount. Needless to say once we got the bill only the app was comped (less than $12) compared to our entrees which were the primary areas impacted. We didn t opt for dessert because we didn t even want to spend more money here. I thought I d give Cheesecake Factory a shot after not eating here for more than 3 years. Now I remember why I stay away from mass franchises like this.

I had the Louisiana Chicken Pasta & it had a great taste to it. The pasta was more Al dente than I liked. Some pieces were too hard to enjoy. I did inform the waitress & she offered to have the dish remade, but we didnt have the time. I thought I could salvage it at home, but that was impossible. I called & spoke with a manager & everything was taken care of. All the other food our party ordered was very enjoyable as well as the drinks (both alcohol & non-alcohol). The warm bread was great, especially the sweet wheat baguette with oats. The cheesecakes all looked scrumptious, but we didnt try any. I will definitely be going back as this was already my 2nd time. This is a must place to take the entire family or to meet friends for good food & drinks. The menu has so many items to choose from. You could probably eat a different menu item once a week & it would take you a year to try everything (lol)

Without a doubt due to the time and the day, it was very full. For those who wanted a table, that line must have seemed endless. Fortunately, we looked for the bar and found 2 chairs available but with a big drawback. There are too many chairs at the bar, I think this is on purpose because the bar is very small for a restaurant of this size. At first it was very uncomfortable because of the arms but little by little we got comfortable. I ordered a drink called Sunrise Sangria, I recommend it. Very rich. We also ate Stuffed Mushroom as an apitazer. Very well prepared. Regarding the micro burgers... the size surprised us. Although they were good. Nothing out of this world. Approximately 18 dls each. Although the parking lot is large, it is always full because they share it with other neighboring restaurants.

I ve honestly never really been too impressed with this place. The menu is ridiculously long and overwhelming. Half the time my wife and I come here is when we see something limited time off of TikTok and go to try it to which when we show up and attempt to order it it s sold out every time. Now I will say, the cheesecake is phenomenal, but that s to be expected if you re called the Cheesecake Factory. I really like the cookie dough and pecan cheesecake and will most likely be trying the Cinnabon one next time we end up going. It s a good place to meet up with friends or have small celebration dinners/lunches. But I personally just am not a fan of most of the food and the long menu.

Typically I take multiple pictures but I happened to visit here right after Beryl came through so with no power I let my phone charge instead. With that being said for me being agitated having no power I came here to eat since they were open and Whittney was our waitress, I ordered a mushroom burger and a couple margaritas. The burger was great with the sweet potato fries, the drinks could ve been stronger but still hit the spot. Customer service from the manager is poor. I placed a to go order with specific details as to how I wanted my food. My fault for not checking that my order was correct before leaving the restaurant. Halfway home at a red light I checked my order and it s completely wrong. When I called back to let them know my order was wrong the manager was trying to make it seem like it was my fault it was wrong. He finally said if I brought the food back he would replace it. Extensive menu for sure, it s like reading a book, but overall great selections. The buffalo blast and fried macaroni appetizers were very good. The entree portions were huge and the food was delicious. First...went twice...food is very good and waitresses were nice..second. last time we went, we were seated in the workers area...the could have touched the back of my head, we were that close and they were communicating right in my ear..we are talking less than an arm length away..so I asked to move..then we were taken to other side and they attempted to put up between two other couples..dang near elbow to elbow! So I said this will not work..so with attitude they moved us to a booth that was perfect...with all that said there was very very few people in the building as it was just past 9 pm. I have never been disappointed with Cheesecake Factory. Its a beautiful restaurant and the food is wonderfully delicious! My daughter and I visited on Thursday, 5/16/24. The waiter was very friendly. It was my first time eating at a cheesecake factory, and the experience was okay. Went for dinner, so I expected it to be busy, so I can not blame the waiters and waitresses for the rush or not being as available. My family and I ordered 3 entrees and 2 appetizers. The nachos were okay, just expected the cheese to actually be melted nacho cheese and not just some cheese they microwaved on top cause the cheese was not melted and was already dried onto the chip. The entrees were okay, didnt not lack flavor but could of been better. The fried macronni balls were the best thing I had that night. The cheesecake is basically what everyone talks about cause its literally in the name. I got the celebration cheesecake and I expected some kind of birthday cake flavored? But it just tasted like a bland no sugar cheesecake with celebration colors on it. Was kind of disappointed, but Im willing to give cheesecake factory another shot.

It was my sons 15th birthday. He wanted a good cheese cake so we gave it a try. We have absolutely nothing good to say about our first visit. 45 minutes nothing to drink no appetizers ever showed up. They brought out bread and butter but no silverware in sight. My sons cheese cake came before any food still no silverware. We asked for refills and where my wifes coffee was after 45 minutes of waiting. Food came out delivered by someone other than our waiter. Still no silverware or appetizers or refills or coffee. My chicken Parmesan sandwich was lacking any chicken just cheese and sauce. My wife asked for manager at this point. She asked what was going on and we told her everything. She looked at the sandwich and said thats totally understandable. They remade the sandwich. Finally got refills and coffee we are at an hour and a half at this point. The bread was so over toasted it was a giant crouton and couldnt cut it. I told the server Ive had enough to bring me a check. We stopped on our way home and ate some food elsewhere. We had an issue with one of the platters. The server was apologetic, but management didnt came by to apologize and they still charged us for the dish. Based on the degree of the issue most respectable places would remove the item from the bill and a manager would stop by to ensure they recognized there was a problem. BTW, there is no special treatment for birthday celebrants except writing on the dish. Also, it wasnt busy so no excuse for management to avoid visiting the table.

The food has always been well prepared to our liking and I havent had anything I dont like there from the GF menu. Cheesecake factory offerings for people with celiac disorder are top notch. I havent found a place with more to choose from. This location gets very busy during peak hours so plan ahead. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free selections abound. Let them know what you want and they can often change it up to be GF. The chefs are very conscientious to our needs.

We happen to be in the area for a gymnastics meet so we decided to stop in for dinner. The waiter was great ! I ordered Spicy cashew chicken with white rice. The white rice was crunchy hard dry and the chicken is suppose to have a spicy sauce but it was dry. I would have complaint but my granddaughter was not feeling well so we just left. We spent over 100.00 for our dinner not to be the way all the other CheeseCake Factory serve their food. Very very disappointed in this location. Managers need to be on top of their kitchen. I will never be back to this CheeseCake Factory maybe it s the Managers fault for not checking out how things are going. We spent way too much money for my and my husband dinner for it not to be good food.

If you are going for FOOD LOOK ELSEWHERE! Ive yet to find anything on the menu Ive liked including the almost 30 dollar steak I ordered!They very literally brought out four slices of steak meat( fajita size cut In half)it wasnt tender or flavorful or even filling . Ive enjoyed the $16 dollar steak at Chillis immensely more. Ive also ordered the pasta dish( jambalaya) and found it to be bland - tasted like boiled noodles. The shrimp and other seafood had a good taste but the noodles didnt get any of that. I havent ordered any cheesecake when Ive gone but have had the mousse cake and found it to be pretty good. The wait staff were all very nice and helpful.

Service was great, and the food wasnt bad, but not great. Wouldnt say it was worth the money, though. So I went back... kids pizza was huge, I didnt taste it but looked good. My wife got the jambalaya pasta. Said it was great. Son got chicken strips tasted fine to me, but he didnt like. Now, me, I got the rib-eye. The waiter asked if I wanted steak sauce. Thats not a good sign. The steak was completely flavorless. I put salt on it, still blah, ids say 3rd worst steak Ive ever had. Behind macaroni grill and cooking it myself(I suck at making steak) the mashed potatoes were delicious. All in all, I have to drop 3 stars for 1 reason. They charged me $4.50 for a kids Shirley temple. Seriously, 6 ounces of Sprite with an underwhelming amount of grenadine. Sad.

This place has gone downhill. For the second time, the crab dip was not available. We then order the artichoke dip, when it arrived it looked funny. I stirred the dip and it looked like liquid soup with balls of cheese. I still wanted to make sure I was not imagining things. I tasted the dip and it was spoiled. Having had good experiences there before, on a third attempt to make sure of myself, I had my sister taste the dip and my findings were correct. The dip was spoiled and left a disgusting taste on our pallet. We immediately informed the server who then got the manager. We explained to the manager every detail and he proceeds to apologize and say he would take the dip off the receipt. Of course I would expect that! Why would I pay for something we cannot and didnt eat?! He didnt offer a small discount like drinks on the house, which were only soft drinks by the way. I literally was not able to enjoy my meal due to the taste the dip left behind. I explained to my kids we would no longer be going to cheesecake. Prices went up due to the economy, I would expect the food to remain the same or get better and customer service would be better.

My 1st Cheesecake Factory experience. The salad was fantastic. Got the lunch portion Chinese salad. It was beautiful and tasty. We had the cherry chocolate Cheesecake dessert. It was tasty, but I wouldnt call it Cheesecake. It was chocolate cake with cherry sauce and cherry mousse on top with whipped cream. Andreas, our server was right on time with everything. Definitely will go back to Cheesecake Factory.
