The facility is PHENOMENAL. The only complaint would be parking when its wet and its really dark on the street getting there and leaving. Other than that, great staff and great facility.

Friday Fish Fry in Fresno every 4th Friday of the month. Dj that will play what you say, linedancing & vendors, but the fried fish is the bomb! If you aint grown, please stay at home. Lady Trish got to represent!

My cousin Chornita aka Chip and Mack got married and had their reception at Annies Cottage. Everything was decorated beautifully. And the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place for any event.

In the country close to Houston, inside air conditioning with very comfortable chairs &tables also outside seating.Outside lounge seats with covered patio .Fish is fabulous, fish dinner includes fish,twice baked potatoe ,green beans ,a roll ,also slice of cake.Or you can have Fish & French fries .Of course condiments catsup & tartar sauce. Water ,can soda other drinks. drinks.Servers is very nice as well as courteous. Fresno s Annies Cottage.

A very nice restaurant. They have many great options. We went as group of 6 people. The staff were attentive and friendly. Everything was really good. Everyone was happy with their food. My meal was delicious and tasty. The food portion was adequate.

What a wonderful atmosphere at Annies Cottage, the hosts and owners Donald Ray and wife Debra or wonderful down to earth people and the place is so roomy and clean. You can have a wonderful time with the crowd or laid back in your own space and in joy the comfort of outdoor or indoor festivities.
