Window Genie has always done an excellent job on my windows. They have great work ethics and will make sure I am completely satisfied with their service. I also used their power wash on my very old driveway, and it looks brand new for a great price. I highly recommend their services! The windows were cleaned just fine, however I wasnt happy with other aspects of the service. Our back gate was left open after they finished, leaving a chance for our dog to get out. The patio chairs were not pushed back into place, just left sitting out in the middle, and one worker was Vaping outside the front door, before entering the house, he spit into my flower bed. ewwwww. All recorded on my RING doorbell.

The crew was professional and very thorough. I had the inside and outside cleaned. They had a person for the inside and one for the outside. I really didnt expect them to get the windows so clean since it had been about 3 years since they were cleaned. The window over the sink was the worse but it was crystal clear when they finished. All the windows were sparkling when they left. I couldnt be happier! If you need your windows cleaned, Window Genie is the company you should call. How do I begin! . First of all they did a great job cleaning my windows. The customer service is top-notch including Sasha in the office. Sasha is very responsive, has a great attitude, and a bubbly personality. The text that came out to clean my windows, which was a first time cleaning were very nice, they introduced themselves, and answered any questions I had. My power in my garage went out due to water getting in one of the outside GCFI outlets while the windows were getting cleaned (which definitely is something my husband and I need to get take care of on our home owner part). This was at no fault of the technicians at all. In the garage we have a deep freezer, our main internet hub, and a tankless water heater which is electric. So once the power in the garage went out all of those other things went out as well. I work from home, so due to the Internet going out is stopped me from working, which is he I realized the owner in garage went out. To make a long story short, I contacted Sasha in the office regarding what happened and she in turn contacted the general manager John. John came out to the house no more than 10 or 15 minutes later, to find out what the problem was. John saw that it was one of the outside outlets that had gotten water inside of the case due to needing sealant or cement around the case to keep water (rain/snow/etc) out. John took time out to unscrew the plate in that particular outlet, dry it out so that I could get my Internet back up and running,, the hot water heater back to working, and deep freezer back running. John also diagnosed my problem which is something that my husband needed to do in order to keep water out. The general manager definitely went over and beyond, and I definitely appreciate it. When I told John that I appreciate him because he definitely did not have to do what he did. His response to me was I definitely did, I never want to leave a customer hanging. Long story short (LOL) I will definitely be using them again for all of my window cleaning needs, and I highly recommend them. Thank you again to the window genie team (the techs, Sasha, and John)! Great teamwork!

Used power washing services on a 400 sq ft patio. Crew was courteous scheduling was pretty good too (although they did change our time several times but fortunately I was home all day). Power washer damaged my patio concrete and was given a $40 discount for the trouble thought furniture or rug would cover but unfortunately the location of the damage is not inking with where those things go. Don t know enough about power washing (as this was my first experience) to say if it could ve been avoided thinking probably as the crew was able to clean the rest of the area without damaging.

The owner was very responsive to my needs. He has kept me informed on every step of the light installation process. The installers were extremely helpful and left the yard as clean as before they started. I ve had other installers drop bulbs and leave them in the yard to be stepped on.
