Your house will sparkle and shine when they are done washing your windows. They clean inside and out, take off screens, clean the sills and leave no mess behind. This is the only window washing company you will every need. Prompt, professional, family business.

I tried to hire Adam to come clean my windows at my home early in the week (Monday). I have a job that I was gone til the end of the week. He said then lets make it Friday between 8-9. Never showed up. Gave him benefit of doubt. He said he would bring 3-4 guys later on the day between 2-4. At 3 oclock I called and asked if he was going to make it, he said cant make it again. Lets do Monday. Twice no show. Monday morning it rained and got a message saying to wet. Txt later to see if he was going to try and come by later in the day. He again said no and would have to make an appointment later on the week (now going on a week since the first call). I felt I was not even close of a priority and told him I will go somewhere else. He did not even blink an eye and all he said was blessings. I was little upset and when I told him, as a customer I was not happy, thats when he started preaching to me and saying I need to read the bible. He has no idea who or what type of person I am! I was being judged by a contractor who did not keep up with his agreement for a job. Instead, I got excuses and berated to read the bible and was being passed judgement on. Id look for someone else.

Ive been using Ace Window Cleaning for 20 years and finally writing a review. I have a 3 story home and these guys do an unbelievable job!! Not only clean your windows, but inspect them for possible issues. Always on time and great communicators.

Jeff at ACE Window Cleaning has been cleaning my windows since I moved to Southlake in 1987. Not only is his service done professionally but he and his crew are always on time. It is great doing business with the same person for 27 years. I feel so comfortable and confident having them in my home. I highly recommend ACE Window Cleaning!
