Heres what truly sets Mr. Trent Marshall apart: He is 100% dedicated, he visited me in prison several times, answered every call from my family, and responded promptly to my letters. He has a personal touch in that he helped my parents secure a face-to-face hearing with the parole board, actively involving them in the hearing and securing their chance to speak with the Commissioner face-to-face when he met together with all of them to argue my parole case. He is a relentless advocate for me, he understood parole is a marathon, not a sprint and he fought tirelessly for my freedom, and he never gave up, always giving me hope, ultimately setting me free. Trent Marshall is key to getting your loved one out! After numerous set offs and a substantial amount of time done on my loved one sentence, he still continued to get set off. We hired Trent hoping that this would finally bring him home, and get got the job done! Don t spend your hard earned money anywhere else, Trent can make it happen and at a much more reasonable cost.

GREAT LAWYER, GREAT HUMAN BEING After consulting with a number of lawyers who left me with little hope about my sweetheart receiving parole, I consulted with Trent Marshall. He sounded very professional, honest, and real. He took the case and provided unfailing support and hope for us throughout the difficult prison experience. I m giving two stars for several reasons. I m very well aware that an attorney Cannot promise anything. The issue I am having is I do not feel that he truly did an evaluation on my loved ones case it seemed like it was just all about the money. Even when, trying to ask questions, he did not seem at all like he had any faith that my loved one would get approved, so why even take us if that s the case? We got more than a year set off both times having Him represent us. Well, he had said initially was that he was going to present a certain case To the parole board which funny enough they denied him for the reason he allegedly was going to bring up in his case. So so disappointed for the 2nd time in a row.

Goodmorning !! Today has been such an emotional morning. Today marks 13 years exactly that my husband has been incarcerated.. My husband has made his second parole and will be home with family very soon. I want to thank Mr.Marshall and Amy who have made this possible. Every step of the way they have been there to help me understand the process they did more then just help bring my husband home. They were there emotionally and mentally they reassured us threw the whole process. We couldn t have made it this far with out you guys thank you so much. We will forever be grateful. With you guys being in our life s and standing right behind us we can now say we made it !!! If I could day one thing that would I am so confident with saying that I would recommend this firm to anyone who wants to push for they family member to be home. They worked with me. Mr. Trent Marshall advocated for me to the BPP of Texas. He successfully was able to negotiate my terms of release from Prison and also was able to get me out on my first date eligible for parole. And on top of that, he WILL look out for your best interest while on parole. If you EVER have any issues with Parole, please trust me when I say that Mr. Marshall WILL represent your best interest always! This is all from personal experience with Mr. Marshall. Mr. Marshall did not do any of the things he said he would for my husband s probation hearing. We did not receive a copy of the parole package nor any communication about what he was doing for our case. With Covid he was unable to visit my husband and the hearing was held over the phone. My husband was not allowed to speak on his own behalf nor was I. It was like we didn t have a lawyer. I had to update him on most of the things concerning my husband s hearing and he never seemed to care if my husband was released or not. Also, because he got a denial for 2 years, Mr. Marshall will not continue to represent my husband because it is more than a year according to the contract. I don t feel the all the money that was paid to him was at all representative of the service we received. I was very hopeful, but sadly I would not recommend him to anyone unless they are likely to gain parole with or without a lawyer.

Truly an answer to our prayers... My son has been in prison since he was 18, he is now 44. To say that we have not had luck with parole attorneys is putting it mildly. Not that they were not successful, but they didnt appear to have the knowledge to be able to present my sons case and their packets were less than complete. We decided to to try one more time and hired Trenton Marshall out of Fort Worth...He is very knowledgeable of the parole process, kind and patient as he listened to our frustrations and most importantly presented my sont case in a extremely original way. He was very professional in front of the parole board and in a word - phenomenal! I and my family cannot say enough about him and highly recommend him!
