Called in and ordered a two pizza s. Show up to the store and they gave my food to someone else and had no explanation as to how it happened. Worst customer service I ve ever seen and refused to give a discount after screwing up. Great pizza but terrible service from the front counter.

Probably the best, affordable and non-chain pizza in Georgetown. Staff is always friendly and some of the best vegetarian (not vegan) pizza Ive had. here is what you need to know about this location before you come here its a local Central Texas franchise that has some locations throughout the nation but mainly is known for beef pepperoni and for people like me who stay away from poor product they have beef substitute for everything you can imagine and it comes out to my taste buds even better did not take long to have two fresh heated slices under lunch special complete with drink and plenty of dining in space despite it looking like a little hole in the wall theyre open July 4th with two friendly gentlemen there to greet me and make me feel like family with super clean restroom with plenty of soap hand towels plenty of utensils and he even had fresh garlic and fresh spices to put on my pizza too plenty of napkins and a simple drink lineup no alcoholic beverages but at least that I noticed lots and lots of meat options especially to go as well The challenging part even though its handicap accessible is finding parking in this super extremely busy HEB shopping center area and safely and patiently getting out of there is probably the trickiest thing with this location I would also say the tables were clean everything was kept clean and organized with a peaceful ambience to the whole location which just added to the overall quality and value of the lunch special which was just after tax under $9 for two slices and a drink which was enough to fill me up highly recommend them especially if you need a good amount of pizza to go I saw a couple people come in and out quick and easy to get there pizzas that they called ahead and paid for in advance

Do NOT order calzones from Yaghi s!!! I just received one and thinner than a slice of pizza. Called store and all they could say is sorry that s the way they are made with out a lot of toppings stuffed in. Door dash can give you a credit. Do not order, so disappointing!

My husband and I just stopped by for the first time to grab a quick lunch snack. I had a slice of Margherita Pizza and my husband tried the Pepperoni with Jalapeños. Wow!!!! I went in to get a couple slices of pizza and wings. When I asked for the wings the guy that just spoke English to me no longer understood or coupe speak English. Then wanted to charge me for ranch so I said okay I want to order wings. I even flapped my arms like a chicken. When I pointed to the wings he still couldn t understand my English. So he just didn t want to make the wings. So instead he went with he only spoke Spanish. So I walked out. You re losing business cause your employees can t and don t want to make the food on the menu! And just say they don t speak English.

Had lunch special. Pizza pretty good. Guy at counter was ok. Hard to understand he spoke so softly. There was nobody else in the place. When our pizza was ready, he was too lazy to walk 19 feet to bring it to us and made me get up and come get it. If the place had been busy, thats fine. But empty? Great customer service (sarcasm). While we were eating, a large group came in. The guy stood there hoping the manager would help them. The manager literally had to push him to go help them.

My family and I ordered pizza the night before thanksgiving from Yaghi s. We drove a bit of a ways as most places were busy and Yaghi s had a 20 minute wait. By the time we picked up our order, and got back home we realized half of the order was missing. We spoke with Anthony and he explained his apologizes however is unable to refund us This order was placed for a large party therefor after that night we didn t need the items remade for just 1-2 people. Anthony said he can t refund us. Very disappointed in the customer care. Highly don t recommend as there are plenty of other pizza joints with better customer service. If you do choose Yaghi s . check your order before leaving, otherwise you ll be paying for nothing.

UPDATE: Gave them another shot. Needed a place close by prior to the Super Bowl. Same old story. Meatball sub still full of sauce and cheese, and a bit of meatballs. This time I also got spaghetti and meatballs. Pasta had obviously been prepared long before - it was so overcooked it was almost mush. Meatballs have decent flavor, but theyve been quartered to make it seem like more. Not sure if they are house made - if so, they need to roll them more loosely; very dense, and need some moisture. Tried this place for the first time. Went with the meatball sub. So close, but missed the mark. Bread was great, sauce was tasty, but just not enough meatballs. For a 14 sub, youre gonna need more than one quartered meatball in each half. Half the bites (or less) had meat.

This is the best pizza that Ive found in Texas, and coming from Boston my bar for good pizza is set pretty high. However I cannot give them a five-star review because how much they upcharge for their menu items if you order delivery. Especially during a pandemic when so many people are rightly staying home is unexcusable, depending on the delivery service the upcharge could be anywhere from $2 to $3 an item. This restaurant already has borderline overpriced menu items to begin with (18.99 for a large pizza is a bit much) so this makes it so ordering a large specialty pizza, two orders of wings and cheese sticks can cost you $80 or more. Thats ridiculous. No thank you

Horrible customer service. I ordered an XL half cheese and half Hawaiian. When I got the pizza home we realized it had no sauce. Kids arent going to eat a sauce less cheese pizza. When I called them to try to get it made right all they offered me was to drive all the way back and get a medium cheese to replace it. The manager REFUSED to get on the phone with me, and they refused to tell me the managers name. I asked for a refund and they said I would have to bring the pizza back. Its a 20 minute drive. I asked if they could deliver me a replacement, they said no. I drove back, got my refund, and will NEVER go back. To be honest, the pizza is good. I dont think Ive ever been treated worse by a restaurant. Dominoes would have made it right for me. But not Yaghis.

10/10 pizzas, I highly recommend the lasagna and the margarita. Much better and cheaper than Firos, and delivery if quick so tip well!
