Kelly helped me quickly update my loved ones legal documents when we ran into unexpected issues with financial institutions requiring them to be in updated formats. Kelly was extremely easy to work with, making herself available to me on short notice and being very responsive throughout the process when I had questions. Kelly even worked with me when I was unable to bring my loved one into her office, helping me find a mobile notary that could come to the assisted living facility so we could execute the documents there! Kelly walked us through the whole probate process after my sister passed in June 2022. I live overseas, and Kelly was able to arrange a Zoom probate hearing with Denton County court which simplified the process for me tremendously. Landra, Kellys legal aide, was a great communicator and helped me make sure I had all the documents I needed. We got through the whole probate process in about three months, which is pretty good given COVID, backed up courts, and my location.
