Went for brunch, food was okay experience/service was so bad I thought it was a joke. Ordered an appetizer, was missing half the items on it. Told the waitress, and she just took it away, didn t ask if we wanted a new one or something else. Had an order of pancakes that came out first. We re missing the whipped cream, syrup and fruit. Just got a plain pancake. Took over 10mins to get them on the side. Ordered a steak & eggs. Wrong size of steak came out, no pico and only one tortilla was given. Got another plate with scrambled eggs. Of course they came over easy. Before we had time to point any of this out, the server would leave immediately & not return. There was no one checking in on us just an overall bad experience. Place wasn t even that busy so not sure what the attitude or bad service was about. This place isn t cheap so just a bit crazy this is how it went.

Went for brunch on a Sunday. It didn t seem busy when we got there, several tables open, but our waitress was running around like mad and took a really long time to take orders and bring things out. Every plate we ordered had something incorrect on it. Every time we tried telling her what was wrong she seemed very annoyed. The food was mediocre and way over priced for what it was and the service.

I enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Prices are $$$ but your are served with Texas sized servings. It was my first time visiting and I plan on doing so again. Mildest salsa is a 3/10 but it for those that dont like any heat, wont be suited for it.

We had a great time here, we asked a lot of our waitress and she delivered, we ordered the family fajitas, heaven will def order again, and the queso flameado, which I believe is supposed to be lit on fire but our waitress had a lot on her plate or I guess I should say trey lol but the queso with chorizo was SOOO good it didn t even matter, the food washed my worries away, it s always nice when you have a waiter waitress you know you can depend on, a person who cares, I never got her name but I could tell she cared. I hope we tipped enough if not I ll definitely be coming back to make up for it, if anything to pay for the hassle of serving us lol Lupita was my abuelitas name, this place made me feel like familia. Sorry for the cheesy line, but I genuinely had a great time. I work in the service industry as a busser so I know how hard it can be to juggle life and work, it s almost as difficult as balancing a Trey or getting refills on time, almost. When I experience any kind of person, be them a waitress, clerk, teacher etc, I don t see them as a vocation to scoff at. I see them as a mother, father, or brother, or sister and if anything, hopefully a friend. Our waitress, the hosts, the gentleman wiping down the high chairs, the dude who brought our order, very professionally by the way, you can tell these people care, when it comes to any business, you can tell when you walk in what kind of experience you ll get, because your face is the first and last thing the customers see, happy faces make happy faces and I saw a lot of happy faces. And I hope we didn t bother y all too much haha. Because we ordered A LOT. And we were REALLY loud. Thank yall appreciate y all s service:)

Had an excellent lunch today with coworkers at Lupe Tortilla Fort Worth, TX. Our Server Natalie was attentive and provided 5-star service as did Shelly the Manager, and the rest of the staff worked as a team. The Hatch chili enchiladas were amazing, and coworkers had tortilla soup and salad, Texas sampler meal, and fajitas. Cant say enough good things, and be sure to try their brunch on the weekend.

The food is great and actually this is one of my favorite places to eat. I called today 8/27 @ 2pm to see if I could make a reservation/accomodations for 20 people on Saturday 9/07 at 12:30pm for a special occasion. I was told by the manager this could not be accomodated and it would be first come first serve. I was shocked and disappointed that Lupe Tortilla would turn down a large group and I realize they do not hurt for business. However, principally speaking this is sad to see how they actually care for their business to immediately turn me away. Disappointed I thanked him for his time and then called Uncle Julios, who immediately made accommodations for a group of 20 people for 09/07 @12:30pm.

We went to brunch at 11:30 on a Sunday with the family. The waiter took our drink order promptly and returned with chips, salsa and their beans to snack on. The drinks took what seemed like quite some time to come out and then we ordered. The waiter did his best and we were appreciative but the number of tables he serviced was too many in our opinion and we waited for about 20 minutes for our food and the drink refills were also few and far in between being checked on. I wouldn t say they were overly busy as several tables were open but again the time between wait for ketchup, drinks, check, etc were not great to be honest. We aren t fussing but I am saying they needed more servers to help at this location.

The atmosphere of this restaurant was really cool. Sat at the bar with my dad which the service wasn t very good. He got some sort of enchilada that he said was pretty alright and I got something off of the brunch menu that was advertised to have toppings such as , tomatoes and onions, and I had asked for lettuce in the tacos but all I got was the lettuce on the side and tortillas with just egg and avocado. Very disappointed. Potatoes that came as a side were cold and not crispy at all. And on top of that we ordered guacamole and it tastes like nothing. No spice at all and mostly just tomatoes. Overall not very impressed with it but everything else was alright i guess.

This place is pretty good. The marks are what really shine cause everything else is a bit pricey for what you get. While the food is tasty, there are many options out there that are superior for the price. Their catering trays are pretty great though if your having guests but dont expect to spend under $125. Delicious is the best adjective to describe Lupe Tortilla. Everything is good. Chilaquiles are excellent here. Served with refried beans and potatoes. Shrimp and Avocado Salad is another standout. We went here for dinner last night. We were a party of 5. First off, when chips and salsa came out, which were tasty, we asked for a spicier salsa. He said he would bring it, I had to remind him 2 times till he finally got it. We never got any drink refills, even though we needed it. We ordered the kids food and fajitas for 2! Which I know from the past their fajitas are great. By the time we got our food it s like they were waiting on the line for at least 10 minutes because when the food came it, it wasn t even hot. Our fajitas were neither sizzling or steaming from the plate. We asked for corn tortillas and they brought out flour. So he took back the flour and we waited for over 10 minutes before the waiter came back and asked us how the food is. Mind you we still never got any tortillas for our fajitas. So I told him to just take our fajitas back and take them off the bill. Needless to say, me and the wife got full of chips and salsa and my kids barely touched their plates since their food wasn t even hot. Very disappointing considering if we had to pay for our fajitas that we didn t eat we would have had over a $160 tab. When you pay that much for food you should make sure your clients are having a fantastic experience. I wonder why Uncle Julio s is next door and not getting as much traffic as this place when you get this kind of service. Do better, didn t even try to make it right.

Well ate here for the first time. I was very leery of it because we have eaten at the other Lupes and they were really terrible! As it turns out they are not the same! Yay!! Nico was our server what a nice young man and such a wonderful smile! ! The Chef de Cuisine Christine came by and gave us a sample of the beef fajitas since it was our first time here! Nico brought us a big basket of chips salsa and charro beans! The salsa was delicious and the chips were fresh and crispy! The sample of fajitas was so good tender and flavorful and cooked medium rare! Darrell had the Sr Grafo (misspelled lol) he really liked it! We got seated at the bar after prebooking online for a table. No worries we always get a server at that table not a bar worker, tonight we got a bar worker that didnt want to be a server and the service was so bad...it took almost 30 min for queso yall. She forgot to get us chips in the 2 feet it took her to get back to the bar but was able to remember to have a 5 min convo with another employee. Seriously dont sit even close to the bar. One of my new favorite restaurants food was good, drinks were great and the wait time was accurate and actually fast considering how packed it was. Waitress Cassidy was amazing and on point with our party of 7.

Im Puerto Rican, I am always wanting to eat hispanic food, and we are always passing by this restaurant and we always see that it is packed, and let me tell you, with how the food taste and how the service is, the place doesnt get full enough, I had one of their enchiladas and O....M....G it was to die for, I could easily say it was the best Tex-Mex that we have gone to, and not to mention the service, due to that its mothers day it was a little full, not too much since it was dinner, but we had to wait a couple mins every once in a while and server kept apologizing and asking if we needed anything while waiting. Im telling you this was an exceptional experience, omg and the beans were delicious, I dont eat refried beans and even those were good, I really hope this restaurant see this comment because I want them to see how they completely passed my expectations. Thank you so much for your service.

Bland food, left off ingredients, the queso was soupy. The mixed drinks were melted before they were brought to the table. They were not super busy, but it took forever to get service. Had to ask the waitress to remove excess cups or plates from the table every single time. I tried the poblano chicken, which had zero flavor and the poblano was not skinned. I swear they just placed unseasoned steamed chicken inside a flash cooked poblano and called it done.

Lupe Tortilla is definitely one of the best Tex-Mex restaurants in the Presidio-Alliance area. They offer all the classics from fajitas to table-side guacamole and their delicious corn tortillas. Their chips and salsa are very good as are their charro beans! They also have a pretty good breakfast menu that we enjoy from time to time. Will definitely be coming back.

I love this place! The tex mex enchiladas were some of the best beef enchiladas Ive ever had, and the beans that are served with the chips are awesome. Sebastian was our server and he gave us great service as well! Our waters never went empty and he went above and beyond boxing our leftovers for us. We will definitely be back!

We go here almost every week. Amazing food, great service, outside areas, and I dont drink but my family loves their margaritas. Parking: Plenty of parking, and I never had an issue, even when they were super busy. Normally, we get front door parking when we go.

Chips and salsa were very good. We got the beef fajitas we ordered 1 lb with all the fixings. The fajitas were very tender. The rice and beans were also good. This will be our go-to spot when we want fajitas besides making them at the house.Good frozen margaritas and Pina coladas.
