My dad and I have been eating at Mannys for over 15 years, since their previous location. This will always be our go to spot for any occasion or no occasion at all. Thank you Caesar and Pedro for accommodating our client event. The tequila room was perfect as was the attentive service, excellent food. By far the most delicious cerviche I ve ever eaten. I highly recommend as a great place to host large personal or corporate events. We will definitely plan another event there soon.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Came here for the first time with my boyfriend for dinner and had a bad experience. I ordered beef quesadillas and this was genuinely the first time I have ever had bad beef quesadillas. To begin, the server gave me the wrong quesadillas (chicken). When I got the correct quesadillas (beef), they tasted bad. The beef must be bad quality because I don t know how you make a bad beef quesadilla. My boyfriend ordered the poblano enchiladas with refried beans and rice. The enchiladas were terrible. The sauce was horrible, not even tasty. The refried beans were the worst I ve ever tasted. It seems like the manager/owner doesn t care too much about how bad the food is. If you like tex-mex, do NOT come here. We will definitely not be coming back.

Ive been to another Mannys, and the food was great. Had breakfast this time at this new location. Some similarities: open kitchen, relaxed atmosphere, lots of parking, good food. I ordered the migas and it was made perfectly. Our server was Rafael, he had some trouble understanding us but our order came out 100% correct and thats all that matters. Its been a while since we have been to Mannys. The food was excellent! The Ribeye fajitas were the best! It was very flavorful, fresh, and came out sizzling! My wifes shrimp Enchiladas was BA!! It was full of shrimp! Service was a little slow, our waiter had a table outside, but it looked like they were usuales, so he paid more attention to them. Overall, great food! We will be back to try other items on the menu! Hopefully we will get better service if we go back as usual customers!

Ive lived in the area about 7 years and am kicking myself for never stopping in before. My daughter is a tortilla soup snob and loved the soup. I had the enchiladas poblanos, best plate of food Ive had in a long time-and the poblano sauce is to die for. Both meals together was only $30 too, so it was a steal! We loved everything. Now the human gem here, is Rafael! He was fantastic and was just kind with the best customer service! We will definitely be back! Vegetarian options: I eat low fat low carb and they had a great variety of meat free even including soy crumbles that I plan on trying some of the meatless tacos. Very decent selection for a non vegan place. The descriptions looked delicious. Very excited to try these options as well

Great Breakfast at Mannys Uptown on Campbell at Coit Rd. I love a good Mexican breakfast and will drive a good distance to get some. They serve breakfast on Saturday & Sunday opening at 8:00 am!! The wife is a very picky eater and I have found a place we both really enjoy, Mannys! This is the second time we have had breakfast there and it was delicious again. Two Sundays ago we ate there for the first time. I ordered what I think they called it Stevens breakfast enchiladas?? On the menu it says Chicken but they substituted beef for me at no charge. The enchiladas has a sunset sauce on it is so good. Wife had a ham & Cheese omelet with the sunset sauce also and substituted the beans and potatos for fruit and she loved it. Today 11/19/2023 I had the Migas with Chorizo added on and it was another winner, tasted the Migas without Chorizo meat on them and they were really good as is. Wife had a Bacon Omelet and again she loved it also.

Only rating this a 1 star because there is no 0 star. Went here for a chill evening dinner with my husband but wish we hadn t wasted our time. First off, after being seated on the outdoor seating, we were given menus that were dirty- they hadn t bothered to clean them as they had crumbled chips and grease all over. Told the server to give us a clean menu but there seemed to be some communication issue because he did not seem to understand why we were asking, and no they never came back with a clean menu. The worst part was we sat there and waited for close to 20 minutes without anyone attending to us to even offer water or take our orders. We ended up walking out without ordering. All this while there were multiple servers inside chatting and going about their business. Extremely disappointed at this poor service.

Came here because it had 4.2 stars and was EXTREMELY disappointed in everything. The server was too busy trying to flirt with his coworker to come and check on us and would walk away before we could finish ordering. We were only given one food menu to begin with, then I asked for the drink menu, he came back with the menu after trying to get his attention multiple times and walked away as we were about to order, he never came back to our table after that to ask if we wanted a drink or to check on us and by the time the food was brought out we had given up on a drink and on giving this place another dime. The ONLY time he checked in on us was to get us the check and that s it ! The food was so gross we barely ate any of it ,how can you mess up queso ?? This is a solid choice for casual Tex Mex dining. We had tried the uptown location on Lemmon years ago, and while it was ok it didnt WOW us. This location is close to us now, and we decided to give it a go on a whim. Although we werent WOWed by our meal the food was better than we remembered. Good enough that we will be back, and Mannys will go into the rotation of restaurant we go to regularly. Service was good and the food was the standard Tex Mex we all love-- we both had combo platters and everything was tasty. Very disappointed Mannys is not dog friendly. We were told that wed have to sit in a segregated patio area with no shade out in the hot sun despite there being tables in the shaded section of the patio away from the others where our pup wouldnt bother anyone else. Wont be back...

Great atmosphere and service. They gave us a lunch menu on Saturday and when we got our tab they said the lunch menu is only Mon through Friday. I wasnt impressed by the food. I ordered an appetizer called steak fries and when one googles steak fries it is a bed of skirt steak over fries topped with pico and queso however, here it is fries with no steak topped only with cheese, bacon and it was supposed to have tomatoes but I only found one small piece of a tomato.

This place is DELICIOUS! I loved the Shrimp Enchiladas with Sour Cream Sauce. Their cheese Enchiladas with Beef Fajita was amazing. My son liked the queso mac n cheese. Great atmosphere, great staff, great food. Definitely coming back again!

I got the tamales. They were dry, the meat was hard to chew and they were way too spicy. The masa was even dry. I told our server and all he said was, Ill tell the kitchen.

I had Mandys breakfast it was great 2 chicken enchiladas with cheese sause 2 over easy eggs rice and beans it was great . The chips and hot sause was really good and hot ( I like spicy) .I would go back again and I plan on it .

Service was excellent! All staff was very attentive. As far as Tex-Mex go, this is exactly what I expected. I ordered the shrimp tacos and they were super delicious! Very flavorful. I also ordered the Jalapeño Margarita which I wasn t thrilled about because it tasted like a store bought pre made margarita mix. Couldn t really taste the tequila but over all everything was good. The green rice was fluffy and delicious. Unfortunately it started to heavy rain while we were on the patio. We didn t get wet but it didn t allow for me to try any of their other margaritas since we left shortly after it started raining. Over all, I would go back.

Don t expect to use your gift card. The locations are listed on the back but not every place is on the same system so your gift card may not work despite being listed on the back of the gift card. This place has dropped quality exponentially. Will never come back.

3.5 round up to 4 stars. Great service. Good music and vibes all around. I ordered the chipotle shrimp for my first time today and it was tasty, but it was definitely a bit too salty for my preference. A side order of tortillas or more rice would have been nice, or just omit the sauce from the entree and leave the sauce on the side would have been more preferable. I noticed my husband s chicken fajitas were lacking - more onions than chicken pieces, and small side of rice and beans when other places usually are more generous with the rice and beans. The rest of the menu does look really good though; will still consider coming back.

I went here for lunch the day before and ordered the taco salad with chicken and blanco queso and margaritas and it was all delicious. But, I went in the very next night and ordered the same salad and queso and was disappointed because the lettuce was wet and the cheese was clumped. I was saddened. I will try again and just check my to go orders. Do better Manny s
