So, I have been stopping at this same sonic every Friday for the past 6 months for my lunch break throughout my Friday routes. Well my past 3 stops here service has been getting worse and worse. The only reason I have continued to stop there is due to the great service I have gotten from the girl that brings the orders to the car. So I don t want this to seem like everyone there is terrible with customer service. However for the past three weeks there has been issues in just even trying to place an order, whether it be, substituting tots for fries; or the people taking orders knowing what comes in the item being ordered, I have witnessed the in ability to get organized within the establishment. Let alone we won t get into the unprofessional vocabulary used in speaking. So today was the last time I will go back, as I went by today just to grab a drink, I pulled into a booth and pressed the button to place an order and started to wait. After a while I noticed that 5 different cars had pulled in after I pushed the button and they were all serviced before anybody ever acknowledged the booth I was in. As I watch the 3rd car in that group pull off with their order I felt it was safe to say that I would not be getting any service from them today. So I just left with a cup of disappointment yet again. Now I will say who ever the young skinny girl is that works Fridays mid day, may be just out of high school age. She has always been good with customer service and been the main reason I would go back. Just sad that customer service seems to not be high priority with most establishments theses days. As I am not a customer that wants products as an apology and would only accept better service. Also it should be fairly simple for the location to know who I am seeing as my bright blue pool service truck stands out pretty easily.

Every time I try this Sonic, everything takes forever even though I order ahead to pick up. Then I wait 20 minutes for it and get home to most of it being wrong or missing. Why can t you double check the bags before bringing it out? Today ended up with cheese sticks instead of a 5 piece chicken tender and my kids meal missing fries.

They deserve a 0. Terrible, rude behavior. 10pm and the car stalls are closed...butvyou dont know that because they are delivering to cars. Then, we are informed to go to the drive through, the person taking the order is purposely talking over you with her mic on for us to hear the staff comment about everything we order - like its an issue. Didnt even order, told her thank you, but no thank you.

Do Not go here if youre not ready to wait at least 45 minutes. I regularly order drinks (online ahead of time) from this sonic because its close to home. Unfortunately I have to wait a minimum of 30-45 minutes everytime I come. One night I waited an hour and a half at the pick up door waiting for two drinks. I told every employee that walked past me to give the people behind me their order. That I had been waiting and my drinks were right there in the window. They all ignored me and made me wait. I would have left but I had already paid ahead on the app. So unless you want to wait an hour for two drinks youre better off driving to downtown Dallas to get your order.

Really slow.. i waited 15 min after they said that they were bringing my order. Then they brought me the wrong order.. twice! And then when they brought me the right order it was missing 2 drinks. Whats so hard about reading a receipt to check if you have everything before you bring the food out? They forgot the sauce and when i asked for it , they said they would bring it . Then they never came back. I literally sat there and ate everything waiting for my sauce. I know he didnt forget.. he just didnt care!! They also forgot my shredded cheese add on . It was almost a dollar but i didnt feel like waiting another 15 minutes to get it.

This place has gone downhill. Orders constantly wrong. Today I order a a double bacon cheese burger with no ketchup and onion rings and a drink. When I got home I received a Sonic burger with ketchup all over it. It s crazy how much stuff cost and to get something you didn t order is very frustrating. My order was not fixed due to not being given a receipt. If your going to hire only kids you need to have some type of adult on duty making sure there doing their jobs correctly. I also forgot to mention being rude the person that answer for my stall seemed very annoyed and you can hear loud talking behind her. Please do better Sonic this is ridiculous.

Went thru drive thru the person taking my order was rude and talking to a co worker whole trying to take my order. Obviously got it wrong and took 10 minutes to bring out the wrong order. Then the carhopper took the order back and after 5 minutes of waiting for them to correct my receipt, I drove off. Worst service ever.

Pay attention to all the recent reviews. The place is being ran by children at night who don t care. This evening we came for ice cream around 8pm. We sat in the drive thru area for 5 minutes and after no greeting over the speaker, we decided to move on to stall #5 to be specific. We waiting at stall number 5 for over 5 min with no greeting and decided to leave to Dairy Queen. I witnessed people using their bare hands to grab ice cream toppings from the window and rat outside the building as well. These two things made it easier to leave. I feel like the health inspectors might be needing to make a visit here soon. Sonic Management- do better.

Yeah no. Don t get me started. The place is ran by children. Like literal children. The manager is incompetent and the employees are helpless. Inside is total chaos. No order to anything that happens inside. Me and my family went on a Sunday afternoon to grab a few drinks and some food. We sit in one of the stalls and wait for our food. 10 minutes later, our food arrived without the food. We got our drinks but not our food. Another 10 minutes went by then we asked one of the employees when our food was coming. He shrugged it off and said I don t know. Then he said it would come probably. Another 10 minutes went by. Our food still didn t come. Come to find out that the entire place forgot about our food anyway. We have to go up to the door and wait until they gave us our order. Management is bad, service is bad, the food is nowhere near good enough to overcome the other problems.

I ordered a sundae. The girl brought out the sundae and I paid with a $20. She came back with my change, and I asked for a spoon and a napkin. She brought a sealed spoon. I went here late in the evening a few days ago and ordered a Supersonic Double Cheeseburger meal. The burger definitely was not what I m used to. Every time I visit, the grounds and patio are clean; this makes the stop a pleasant and laid back experience. Sometimes when I order only a beverage through the drive thru, the staff brings it to my car so I dont have to wait for the several cars in front of me to receive their orders. Every manager at this store has been excellent, even when challenged with new employees who have difficulty getting the hang of things. Love Sonic!

I came there and when the people took my order and I paid it was fine. When she came out she repeated the order back wrong we told her the mistakes, but nothing was fixed. Instead of giving us a refund they gave us a shake instead. The manager on duty told us it was her first day. And we weren t the only ones because we heard others complain. But if it s your first day as Manager why are you there alone, If they know you don t know what you re doing yet?

The staff and management here is unprofessional. I waited thirty minutes in drive thru to watch everyone else drive around me and leave because they were tired of waiting. Wow!! Absolutely no excuse for the rock bottom level of customer service at this place! First, I couldnt believe the attitude of the person who took my order. Then, after waiting 6 minutes and receiving the wrong order, I ask for my money back. The lady who took my card and burger back inside, then came back with my card and said she was told that even though I took a drink of my limeade I had to return it as well. I just wanted my money back on the burger. I couldnt believe after screwing up my order they actually ask for it back! I felt so sorry for the lady that was following orders. Every time I go to this location I have a terrible experience. They are so rude and have terrible customer service. The manager proceeded to say they didn t say it mean it s just their tone. I told her they need to fix that issue. I left that one and drove the extra few minutes to the one in red oak they are so much nicer and got my food out quickly

Sorry to say that we stop at this sonic this is the second time we stop i should have learned my lesson the first time we stop but I thought we would give them a chance to make it up we order milkshake it literally took 30 minutes and still out wrong looked like yogurt man disappointed again with that sonic in Desoto never again will stop there either the manager dont care or bad employees!

I Wish You Can Give A Negative Stars!!! Food is Not Cooked the way you Order it. Staff is Rude when you ask a Question. Half the Drive Up Stalls are not working. I d Avoid this place I ll go to another Sonic even though this one is right down the street. Avoid At All Cost!!!!

Had trouble taking my order, and Im not sure how much of it was human error and how much was faulty machinery. The audio was really distant while I was ordering, and nothing changed on the board. Then, the person taking my order suddenly cut off and I was still left with the pre-order button activated screen. Wound up watching someone else pull in, order, and get their food while I tried to flag down a staff member and explain the issue. She took my order and make sure I was able to pay and have it quickly (even updating me on how long it would take), but it was a lot harder to communicate exactly what I wanted so my drink was still a little different. Nobodys died from going a size up or having part treated like an add-on instead of a menu item, but it was overall a bad experience. Id order through the app or drive through at this location next time.

The drink was too watery, so I asked for a dif one, the girl held the new drink until I gave her the addional cost to replace, I handed her the initial drink, I explain I dont steal. And wouldnt drive off for 58cent dif she held that drink like it was a gold bar, really!!!!

MGR working 1/30/22 rude AF!!! I cant believe I keep trying to give this Establishment a chance. Attitudes, slow & just rude.... What else, what else, what else!!! 10 min wait on ice cream just to come out side with my cup in her hand giving another employee direction to put ice cream in the machine. I truly took that as she was telling me I was on her time seeing that my window was down and I was the only person waiting for ice cream. Wow just wow! But as she said shes THE MGR lol B!!!

Worse experience ever had to beg to get them to take orders. Everyone eating icecream standing around and ignoring customers, outside etc.. Tried to talk to one of the workers and he started acting like he had mental issues. Done with Sonic. Just made it easier to go ahead and stop eating this unhealthy fast food period. Shouldnt have to beg or be ignored and spend hard earned money. I had been going to Whataburger with no real issues. Shouldve went there.

I ordered a footl long chili cheese combo meal. The weiner was cold. The chese was stuck to the paper. The soda was flat. The only part of the meal acceptable, was the tater tots. Im still a fan of the slushes/ice cream. I definitely wont be ordering another foot long coney anytime soon
