The Food and service are amazing, however the seats are super uncomfortable! Not sure if that s planned so you won t stay long, as there is always a wait, or if they think it s trendy and don t care about comfort. They are literally tree trunks! We did request a chair with a back for one of our guests who has back problems but the rest of us just slumped there and got up regularly to get feeling back in our bottoms!

Well, I didnt get to try the food. But when you arrive on 110 degree day and are asked to wait 30 minutes (outside, mind you) with an empty restaurant, it is ridiculous. I can not honestly suggest any place of business that treats / disregards their customers. Just to add, the elevator really needs to be cleaned as it smells of urine. Which is something you really dont want to smell right before you sit down to eat. Please note that the parking lot indicates you will need to pay to park. Although when you do get up to the restaurant, there is a place to validate. There should be some more clear signage about this process.

We came here for the first time in December on a whim. It was packed and the food was incredible so when we decided to go for my best friends birthday I made a reservation. I didnt realize it was happy hour so we were excited to try the scallops, my friend got a drink, we ordered. Everything was good but the hostess made me feel like she wanted to turn the table and get us out of there. For reference our reservation was at 6 and we ended up leaving at 6:45. First she came over after wed ordered dessert to ask if we wanted the check. I told her wed just ordered dessert. It was on the house for my friends birthday and let me tell you the black sesame brulee is INCREDIBLE. The moment we were done with the dessert she brought me the check... And then our waitress also brought me the check. It was just awkward. I would totally get it if they were slammed, long wait list, etc., but we definitely werent taking up room they needed. So go, have the dry ramen and the black sesame brulee and ask to sit by the ramen bar to watch them cook your food. But I highly encourage a reservation. Parking: Make sure to validate your parking so its free

I m rating this 4 stars due to the landlord only giving 2 hours of free parking (new I think). Once you hit 2 hours, you are charged over $10 per hour to park!! Egregious!! If they let you stay there, you would spend more than $10 per hour with the businesses there. Not very smart on their part. Had to rush out and leave to avoid this penalty of doing business.

I have had several wonderful experiences at Wabi House but today I was very disappointed. My son and I arrived around 6pm today and we were told by the hostess, Leslie, that there was a 25 minute wait but we could be sat immediately if we sat at the Ramen bar. We happily accepted as we did not want to wait. Shortly after being seated, a gentleman was sat at a table behind us. When I asked about the wait, the hostess said she had not seen the empty table when she sat us. I did not like the discriminatory practice. My money spends the same. We decided to leave. I guess Ill be getting my ramen at Hanabi off 7th street now.

Sunday family dinner. Have to pay for parking. Open tables available. No customers in line. For some reason it was going to be a 30 minute wait and they wanted you to wait outside in the August heat. So many other restaurants around, why wait for this? 100% not worth it. Bye Felicia. Parking: They do have a discount sign in the restaurant that pays for the parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Stinky elevator like someone urinated. Graffiti on the walls.

Our daughters first brought us here to try their food. The flavors in their food are outstanding. We have been many times and never had bad service or bad food. We usually get the pork gyoza, spicy edemame, and shishito peppers as appetizers. My favorite entre is the tsukemen with mince pork and extra poached egg. The spicy garlic is awesome as well. It would be hard to get bad food from here as everything is so flavorful. I hope you enjoy this place like we do.

Dragon fruit mule drink was on point, corn fritters and karaage chicken was delicious. Ramen bowl veggies were cooked to perfection, the only somewhat disappointing thing was the spicy chicken broth definitely was lacking flavor, salt, no real identity. Overall 5 stars for sure!!

Everything was great and definitely the best Ramen in Fort Worth! My biggest problem with this place is the parking will not be coming back until this scam artist of a landlord figures out a new system. Parking: You need to physically check out of the parking lot or they charge you $25 which is just stupid. You get 2 hours free if you dine in, but if you forget youre screwed. Honestly not coming back as often as I did due to getting charged. Such an inconvenience and definitely needs to be solved with the landlord running this scam.

Great value, great choices, absolutely delicious food . If you are from this area, you MUST go! Everything we have eaten here is delicious. Go to happy hour 3-7pm. they also have a very nice patio with a separate bar. Vegetarian options: 30% of items are vegetarian. you can alter anything. Absolutely incredible. Everything we tried was 10/10. The gyoza and brussels were on a happy hour special and both were perfection. I had the tonkotsu and my husband has the tsukemen ramen and we both died and went to heaven. We added some of their house made chili oil and it sent it over the edge. So insanely flavorful. We had one of the summer special desserts - the mango sago (tapioca pudding) - and it was divine. The service was fantastic. We sat at the ramen bar and the guys in the kitchen were so fun to chat with. They were so sweet and made to notch recommendations. Be sure to validate your parking. Cant wait to go back!!

Ordered a drink and the glass smelled like puppies or dog. Asked about food, waitress checked on it and the dude cooking looked around and grabbed something out of what looked to be a trash bin. When i walked up started waitress for just standing there. Said i didnt want the food. Paid for drink, walked outside and got a ticket on the car saying it was going to credit bureau if it didnt pay it. Did i mention parking was supposed to be free. Others put info down for free parking and they were charged 20 dollars for 20 mins. Great area but this was bullsh!!

I doubt this will do anything because management is already lacking. I ve been coming to want house for about 4 years now. In the beginning it was great, servers were nice and attentive, but that definitely not the case now. The food has always been great nothing wrong there. The first time I ordered in DoorDash the order was missing a few things but i let it slide because DoorDash fixed it. Second time I ordered DoorDash they completely screwed up and gave me an entirely different dish than what I ordered. They don t pay attention to anything at any point not even when you re in the restaurant. The only reason I ve just been getting it delivered is because the service sucks. Besides this one guy I never caught his name but he has glasses and a long black ponytail. He s always been such a hard worker every time I go in. Anyways the last experience I had in the restaurant, server was just standing at the bar talking while our drinks sat empty. Our server wasn t even the one to bring the food because they were too busy yappin. This place needs to fix their service or vibe or get a new manager.

But walking in to this place, I felt right at home. I was greeted by Robert, who not only made one of the best lamb chops I ve ever had. He made my experience at Wabi house or any restaurant for that matter, one of the best experiences of my life. Great customer service is extremely rare and I can t tell you how great it felt to finally find a place that provided that. I can t forget Kayla, she was not only the best host/server. She made my night even better with her interaction with me. Extremely attentive and such a delight to speak with. If you re in the area, and looking for a place to have some of the best ramen and lamb chops, check this place out. The table and the chair were still dirty when we were seated. The team members did not clean the table and the chairs very well, as I could see they did not pay attention to clean the other tables nearby. The Ramen tasted delicious. The takoyaki was cold which was not acceptable. The service was very poor. The server (Ky N, showed on the receipt) was not around ( we could not find him around most of the time, as he stayed at the bar area outside). The appetizer delivery was so delayed. He did not check back on us after the ramen delivered, so we needed to ask the manager to give us the spoons. We also asked the manager for the check. So the manager called him back to print out the check. Then we waited there for so long and he did not come back to pick up the credit card. At the end, another server picked up the credit card and completed the transaction. What a poor service and terrible dining experience! Parking: It s the paid parking lot but the restaurant provided the QR code for the customers to scan at the pay station to waive the parking fee.

Tried to order over phone togo order which sends you a text to force you to order online. Since I was driving cross town to get my daughter ramen because she was sick . Even tried pulling over to order online wasn t the best experience ordering togo. Have eaten there several times dine in and was 5 stars. This Togo would be a 2 since service wasn t great and ramen broth was overly salty since end of the day, but that would have been same dine in or Togo so

Food was at table within 6 mins. Food and service was excellent. Parking: You must scan the QR Code in the parking lot. And it says that it is $11 an hour. But when you go upstairs, you scan the QR Code in the restaurant and it gives you a 2 hour free code, so parking is essentially free. Just dont forget to log put of parking on the app when you leave.

Me and girlfriend of mine came here on a whim. Its about a 30mins drive from my house, Duncanville, and we are planning a trip BACK! The door was amazing but h the r staff was phenomenal. Im not the biggest ramen fan, I prefer Udon, but when I tell you.. their broth, their noodles... the meat.. literally cooked to perfection. That meat was MELTING in my mouth. The ramen I got was the Tonkotsu, for reference. My friend got the Veggie Ramen. She cleaned her bowl. The food was amazing, but their staff was so awesome. We sat at the bar in front of the cooks and it was really cool to see them cook everything in front of us. One of the guys initiated a conversation and was explaining what one of the cooks were preparing. It sparked us to ask questions about our food and even other items on the menu. They were very knowledgeable and very kind to two girls who arent very familiar with most of the things on the menu. Even the to the hostess. I got really overwhelmed getting inside, unrelated to the restaurant, while being directed to our seat and filling out the parking information (free parking for 2 hours btw) and trying to take in the atmosphere around me. She gave us some space and came back to check on us, for some reason I was struggling signing in for parking, and she came to help. She wasnt with us long before our server took over but she helped me so much. I cant say how awesome they were enough! Thank you to this team! Front of house, back of house, and everyone in between.

Food came without the utensils. We kept trying to get someone s attention, but they just ignored us. Finally we got hold of the server who served our foods, but she never apologized for her lack of attention which caused us to sit there for 5 minutes just starring at our foods. We asked the same server for our check and she said I am not your server as she walked away. I was wondering why she bring our food if she wasn t part of the server team. They got to do better job at service

After cutting into my corn fritters I was disappointed to find that they were raw inside. I ordered take out so I couldnt just bring them back as I had already driven half an hour home. When trying to call you get an automated message stating their hours and trying to get an actual person on the phone is near impossible as the phone just keeps ringing.

Restaurant are good . DO NOT USE AIRGARAGE PARKING as restaurant asking you. ITS A SCAM! now restaurant asked you to register your vehicle in AirGarage parking , this is when you start have problems! 2 hours for free. To stop parking you need go to website and web site can show you something went wrong and you can t stop parking and even if you spend there 1 hour you will be charged, there no cameras no parking poles outside on parking, so they do not know how long you actually there . So if web site doesn t work you ended up with paying for parking

The food is amazing here. I had the Ramen and takoyaki, the broth, and overall all flavor of the food is incredibly rich. As for dessert, the tapioca parfait was creamy and sweet! The tapioca pearls gave it a great texture. The service here was good too, the servers were kind and helpful. As for pricing, I believe it was reasonable for the amount of food and the flavor that you get.

Another glimpse of racism in Fort Worth: I called in my order to a young Karen that works at this location. I thoroughly explained to her that I was not able to come upstairs due to physical limitations. She clearly agreed to bring my very small and insignificant order downstairs. I told her that I would pay cash and that I would give a gracious tip. She agreed and said it would be about 15 minutes and someone would bring it down. I described to her that I was in a green Caddie parked in front of the White Rhino Coffee Shop. As I assumed they were a bit busy, I gave concession for time. After approximately 45 minutes I called and inquired about my small and insignificant order. She smugly informs me that It s ready . I asked her if someone was bringing them down. She said we didn t speak of that. As a paying customer, I tried to debate the issue, but to no avail. Bottom line: This a somewhat bourgeois area in Fort Worth and unless you re like them and you re not them , you re probably SOL. To the lying little Karen, please learn some basic principles of professionalism sweetheart. It will help your Google reviews. Namaste. Wheelchair accessibility: Very cluttered space to move (Thus my request for curbside service).

I have been to this place many times before, I was looking forward to taking my stepdaughters, unfortunately it was a rainy day 3/14/2024 evening, but still went. I dropped them off so I could park, I went inside and ask the lady (host) if she could take my phone number instead of my daughters because her phone it was very low, then we moved back, she looked at me and rudely said (this isnt a waiting area) which I replied then you should probably put up a sign I dont mind being told something, but her tone pissed me off! so we waited in the rain/thundering/lighting. I noticed people going in into the patio, then I walked in and asked her why didnt you give me the option of sitting on the patio?, she said your daughter (14) said inside, my girls both replied we never said that. I got to talking to two young ladies outside, one said the lady at the door asked them to go wait down stairs, long story short this lady needs to NOT be a host. Worst service ever, as we waited outside, she finally called & sat us at the cooking bar, we got to watch the guys cook the food, the girls really enjoyed that. Parking: if going with a group its best to ride together

Great spot with delicious ramen and other Japanese inspired food. I love to get the dry garlic with a side of broth. Small but good selection of sake, plus your favorite local beers and plenty of cocktails. They also have a pretty sweet patio with a full service bar. Parking: The parking situation is terrible. Parking lot is always full and its really hard to pay. Wabi does give you a code for parking but the parking company makes it really hard to use and if you forgot to check out theyll just keep charging you the max amount.

Best ramen ive had ever, also the best takoyaki, im not a big fan of octopus so i was suprised with how much i loved the takoyaki, the sauce was so creamy and it melted in my mouth. The ramen was also amazing, noodles were perfect texture, and the egg was definitley the highlight. The mochi was to die for, 100% get the strawberry mochi. Also the service was pretty good, it arrived quick. Def recommend this place.

Wabi house food is excellent but I have tried the restaurant several times dining in and the service remains disjointed and slow. Staff want to be friendly but they are stretched too thin. Tonight I wanted to order online but had a simple menu question (photo offerings did not match online menu). There was no option to speak to anyone and always a diversion back to website or app order through an automated system. I was offered a text that is not interactive. I want Wabi house Fort Worth to be a success in our neighborhood and have held my disappointment as long as is reasonable. I still hope for the best but it s clear the investment in both staff and technology might undermine the possibility. I m going to wait until I hear rave reviews about improvements before setting out for Wabi house again.

Came here with my sister and I found a metal scrubber shaving in my corn appetizer. Thankfully, I look at my food before I eat it. It was addressed with management. They were very kind and compted my appetizer. They also should have compted my sisters she got the same thing and stopped eating it after I found the contaminate in my food. We were told the batch is mixed up in the morning. The restaurant should stop using that metal product to clean if potential of peices falling off into food could happen which resulted with my order. It can be a big potential lawsuit. I handle everything with grace and understand things happen but thats too big of a mistake. The ramen was great no issues there.

Its over hyped imo, due to quantity and limited menu. HOWEVER, the quality of the ramen was good and I had the Beef tenderloin skewers. Again, skewers were excellent quality but only 9 mini squares cut out. The next thing that gets this place an additional star was our waiter, Alejandro. Incredible gentleman getting his job done and going beyond to accommodate us. I ordered a Mule that was also fair but much better than MOST places Ive ordered mules from. Which actually does in fact say something. I strongly recommend the Matcha cheesecake, that maybe my own taste buds but it was absolutely wonderful in every sense of the word, if only theyd serve just a tad bit more. Id say this place offeres proper portions and maybe I just have a larger apetite Overall, it was a good place to visit, Id return thanks to the great customer service, the cheese cake and another mule.

Usually go to food choices for me include the karage, gyoza, or beets and brussels for appetizers, then either the dry garlic or spicy miso for ramen. Additionally, the mochi is great for dessert. We had to ask for additional tea glasses, water refills and for our ramen after waiting half an hour after receiving our appetizers. Our ramen felt like itd been sitting in the window, since bits of it were cold and the noodles were all clumped together. I dont know why the staff is so rude lol.
