We recently attended my son s friend s birthday party at ARs Entertainment Hub, and it was an amazing experience. The highlight of the day was definitely the laser tag, which the kids absolutely loved. They couldn t stop talking about how much fun they had running around in the arena. Beyond laser tag, there were plenty of other activities like arcade games and play zones that kept everyone entertained. The party room was spacious and well-organized, providing a great space to relax and enjoy the festivities. The food was pretty good with both the kids and the parents. The staff was fantastic, handling everything smoothly and making sure the event was stress-free for us.

i recently visited the venue with my family for some birthday fun and all was going so well until i asked to speak to the manager. i ended up waiting over 2 hours to finally meet a woman named Jenn, What a rude personality, i was hoping to get some answers to an issue i had, but i ended up having to deal with a manager that was so unprofessional. You would expect someone with the title of manager to be understanding and smile to accommodate, but the smug attitude was enough for us to just finish up and just leave. the young employees are awesome until you need reassurance from the higher up, and well, speaking to the higher up was the worse part. I posted this Review 6 Days Ago, and look at the response from the owner..... i stand by my review, we just had a minions Bday Party for my nephew, terrible management. Why would they say i lost my job and what does my job have anything to do with my review? this is the rudeness i was referring to, Im sharing this on YELP as well

Complete let down. This was an impromptu visit on a Wednesday to see if we wanted to have birthday party. Seemed like nothing worked the VR was broken the lasers for the kids to weave through were not visible so they had no idea where they were. Not to mention management was as immature as the kids skating around the whole place freely creating accidents everywhere. This is not the place to bring your child if the have never skated cause they do not provide skate walkers by age but height for safety reasons. Does seem like the concerns for this place because it s not for family birthday parties since kids who are learning skate are falling and crashing into people. Only thing that was ok was the laser tag but bad thing is it s ever 40 minutes they have it for about 7 minutes of play which is fine but nothing is wiped down or sprayed to sanitize the gear it smells like sweat. I m so glad we tried instead of just booking a party

It was our 1st time there. Staff was not helpful at all. Workers standing around talking blocking aisles with trash cans. we wanted to do mini golf. There was multiple families doing different things. Getting rushed could not even finish our game . Worker in front skate area. Would not answer our questions had to ask her multiple times. Terrible place. Spent over 250.00. Disappointed

I took my son here on Friday night. He was only interested in playing in the arcade. We used all of his credits and a few games took money but didnt let him play, but no big deal. When he was ready to cash in his points at redemption I let the Redemption host, Iris, know that a couple games didnt work. She was so sweet and insisted we get the credits back so he could get a few more points for prizes. She called a manager, Jordan (I hope) over and he was super nice and fixed it! My son earned a few more points and he cashed in for his prizes! The Guest service here was wonderful! Iris and Jordan are wonderful!

When AR first opened, it was a great experience that we enjoyed multiple times with our kids and their friends. However, during our recent visit, we encountered tsome frustrating changes. In the past, we were never required to return our skates after each session, but now staff picks up skates and takes them. We waited 20 minutes to get our skates initially so when I inquired about having to wait in line again to skate, the staff member dressed as a referee with pigtails responded rudely, insisting that everyone had to wait in line. I understand if the skates were unattended, but they were at table with adults. Buying passes to get in was a struggle all in its own, they tried to over charge us.

Its an awesome place to have lots of fun with the family. My teens really enjoyed everything. The skating ring and the 80s music brought back many memories. Its a pretty cool place to bring the family for fun. Between all the cool stations, the arcades and the laser tag were my teens favorite activity. Pizza, wings, and adult drinks are pretty good.

It was an incredible birthday celebration! We chose a mid week to assure a smaller crowd. First, our party host was INCREDIBLE (he is the party manager) and went above and beyond. Activities are good. But for an almost 500 $ for a childs birthday with only 2 pizzas and you cant bring in any food. Is ridiculous. If I add more food and pizzas it would come out to $600. I miss the air castle place they replaced because at least their prices were fair for children.

Place is start trash, employees are rude and not helpful. Will never go back to this place and spend my money here. We had 2 horrible experience here never again! Daughters 7th bday was a mess our hostess was nowhere to be found. We had to literally keep asking to find him. Our friend has her sons bday a party there a few months after our daughters. The staff accused her of being drunk. When I went outside to help her husband put the gifts in their car they didnt not let me in, while my wife and kids were still inside. They didnt give me a reason why, then the manger has the audacity to call the cops. Cause my wife and our friends wife was telling manger why I was not allowed back in still no answer saying our friend was drunk not her husband. Cop finally came and arrested mom of the party in front of her son and our kids. Worse experience ever. Luckily cop let her go after what was explained to him. Worse place ever I will never go to this place again and spend my money there. The management team there needs better training in handling stuff.

If you really wanna check it out I would recommend checking it out on a day with a deal like Family Night. We went for the $29.99 which is supposed to include: Mini-Golf, XR Arena, Laser Tag, Skating, Laser Frenzy, and two games of VR. The mini golf area was only half super bright half glow in the dark. The laser tag stopped working in the middle of our game. For the VR we had a group of 3 but only two headsets were working. Then in the middle of their game one of the two headsets stopped working. Lastly we asked about the Laser Frenzy and they said it was down. Super disappointed with the cost to experience ratio. Save your money for Andretti.

Oh my Gosh!!! First time here and the family and myself loved it!! I had my sons birthday party here and thanks to Geddy Lee the experience was superb! By far the best service/ hospitality I have ever had! My son was so shy and nervous at first but thanks to Geddy by talking to him, making him laugh and welcomed, he made his birthday that much better! I was so stressed during the week leading up to the day of the party. But once again thanks to Geddy he made my day and life so much easier! I was so relieved! He said let me take care of everything while you just relax.... you dont know how much I needed that. He definitely is one of ARs best employees if not thee best! Thank you Geddy!!!!

I went there while on vacation to spend an afternoon. My 7 year old daughter had a great time. Its big and clean and theres plenty to do. The arcade has some great games and the prizes for tickets are very reasonable. The highlight for us was the staff. In particular, Jordan and especially Mark R were both very courteous, professional and incredibly friendly. People like that can turn a typical night out into a great one. First time and it was fun for the kiddos. Wednesdays are half priced tickets. We only played in the big play area and ordered snacks and drinks. Prices of food is reasonable for the amount of food you get and the taste. Tried the hot Cheetos and Cheese with egg rolls which I recommend. The staff is super nice and friendly. One of the attendants in the play area played with the kids and everyone had a blast. Will definitely be coming again.

For my daughter 12th birthday took her to ARs Entertainment Hub to celebrate it with some friends n family. It s a fun place just didn t like how they don t provide the walker to help taller children. My daughter friend found one just around her and the staff went up to her and took it away. That s not why I put 3 stars it s because the staff is really rude and childish. One young staff lady kept one of my daughter s game card when they were getting their skates. When I went to get it thinking it was a mistake the lady said did I snap a photo I purchased 6 game cards $30 each & after the 6 one since I got them at different times he told me about the snapping a photo. So I wasn t aware and when I told them that the lady put it on the desk to grab it and the other young lady staff snatched it from the desk and they both just laughed in my face like it s something to laugh about. She handled it back to me I just grabbed & walked away.

The lady at the front desk in the entrance was very nice and informative when we first walked in, I think she was a manager . A lot of the other employees seem young and inexperienced with a few interactions I had with them . One of the older ladies at the food counter was just plain rude, she kept making indirect comments towards us like most people just wait until they re called to the counter and proceeded to yell thank you! At me as we were leaving. As for the place itself it was nice and clean. It offered a lot of fun things to do, if only my first time there hadn t left a bad taste in my mouth with those couple interactions. I m not sure if I will be back because of customer service. I had the interaction with the rude employee Wednesday at the food counter at about 4 pm I just think her behavior was just uncalled for.

I visited ARs on a Wednesday when they have their family special half off to celebrate by lil girls birthday and I don t regret it one bit. We had an amazinggg time. I had read mixed reviews on google and didn t keep my expectations too high but i must say I really give them five stars. Emily and Mark were super sweet and friendly. The staff at the entrance counter were superb too. Definitely recommend. I am definitely gonna make it my to go place on a regular basis. I am sooo glad i chose ARs entertainment for my baby girl and her friends to celebrate her birthday. Everyone had a blast. The food was good too.

Went to enjoy a few rounds of mini golf with my wife as this was our first time here. I can tolerate kids running around unsupervised and all that comes with a kid centered venue. What I will not tolerate is a complete disregard for the safety of their guests. Someone was able to just walk right in to the facility with a firearm with again KIDS EVERYWHERE. Staff gave no warning on the loud speakers so people would be aware and not risk a stampede at the exit. My wife and I heard from other people running that someone has a gun. Why is there no security measures in place at the entrance to prevent this from ever happening. We ran out very quickly and so did the staff again not making any attempt to warn the multitude of guests there. Shame on you ARs

Nice place. Hit and miss with employees. Gentleman doing the laser tag loved his job and was a great help. Other time we waited for an employee at the VR 10 minutes until manager came by and said someone will be right with us to wait another 10 minutes to find manager playing air hockey with another employee. Wouldnt waste any time on the VR, the game is a joke. Great value if you go on a Wednesday for half off. If it wasnt half off, we would have left real disappointed.

We took our boys ranging from age 5-13 years old here and they all had a good time. You get to play for 5 hours and that was long enough for us. We didnt eat so I cant day anything about the food. Stuff was nice and there were plenty working. We also didnt go into the arcade. The skate rink was fun for the older ones. We all liked the mini golf. We will go back again.

Family had a blast! We showed up on a whim and were greeted with team members that genuinely enjoy their jobs! It was busy but everything was well organized and there was an efficient amount of employees working that the wait times were not too long that my kids got impatient. The FIRST attendant, young man with braids, in the laser tag was up-beat, patient and so much fun as he explained the rules and different experience of this particular game. The equipment was well maintained and clean! Shout-outs to Jenna, who was our personal golf ball machine and Tae who helped us with our skate rental. They were both smiling the entire time and actualy listened to my childrens excited gibberish. I was truly impressed by the kindness displayed by these individuals as my family wondered around for the first time deciding whether to fall over on the skate floor or try 20 times to get a hole in one. Way to go management team for taking care of your staff and providing them with the means for awesome customer service!

I have an almost 5 year old, and an almost 2 year old. It s so hard to find things they can both do and enjoy indoors when the weather isn t great. This place looked awesome online, and the price is fair. So we took a chance on the hour drive despite the mixed reviews. It turned out that it is so nice here, and so clean, and every staff member we encountered was so kind and they actually care. Shoutout to Chii at the playground area, and the nice man and lady working the skate counter 3/9/24 (I wish I had gotten your names). I m sure you all thought I was insane for how many times I said thank you, but you just don t realize how much of a difference you make for a stressed mom with 2 littles when you do your job well and with a smile on your face. Oh and the parents are FREE. So you don t have to pay an admission fee for yourself just to chase the kids around and help them do all the things. I took my parents with me, and even they said we should go back again today We will definitely be back, and also I m checking out how we do our next birthday party here. I m so grateful that this place exists!

Bathrooms are disgusting, food takes forever (we waited 45 mins) and is cold when you finally get it. Where are the people in charge? This was our first time here. I thought it would be bigger but it s small. I guess they are short staffed. My family waited about 45 mins to order food and another 45 mins to get their food. Getting your skates takes a few minutes also. The skate floor isn t smooth. I could feel bumps. The playground area is cute. The laser tag was fun. The mini golf was okay. Half was black light and half was regular. Kids are running everywhere and parents not really watching their kids. They have lockers to put your stuff in. It was $6 for 3 hours. Ohh the line was long outside the building just to get in. There s only 1 person working the front. We went on family night which is Wednesday. So the card to play everything was only $15.99. Overall it was okay. Probably won t be back

Don t get me wrong this place is amazing and fun and definitely a lot to do and keep the kids entertained, but believe me when I said the food area is a zoo house I mean just that, be prepared to wait over an hour just to order and another hour to get it only to be semi cold. They are very shorted staff and I understand the frustration but Jesus this was absolutely ridiculous all my entire party pretty much left after waiting so long. They need to reevaluate the way they do business here on this side. Not to mention, most of my party had to wait an hour just to get in the building Other than that, it s super fun here

Had my sons bday party, and can easily say he is the coolest guy in his friends group there is SO MUCH to do, even the parents got in on the fun. The only downside is that there are 2 exits/entrances to the mall in the arcade, but thats understandable from a business aspect. But as a parent, its a big deal and scary. Other than that, its amazing, and all the staff are super helpful. I liked that the staff were actual ADULTS, and not just the norm of high-school kids running the place, not being attentive, like a lot of these event places have been hiring. Also, they serve alcohol for the stressed parents!

We have gone a few times and usually dont have issues. Went about a week ago, and things seem different. Staff was moody (not many happy faces), place isnt as clean as we are used to, and the older female manager was pretty rude to us and some other customers in the food area.

Fun place to take the kids. If you have littles, be aware that there s an exit to the outside and to the mall. These exits are not monitored so children could wonder outside or into the mall if not supervised. Also people can wonder into the area that may not really belong.

Over all great prices for what they offered. Went on a Saturday night. Only down fall is of you purchase tickets at the kiosk, your supposed to print your receipt for the counter. They give you an option to email or say no receipt though. I missed the sign that said to print it. I had to show my bank account purchase to get in.

My visit to AR Arcade on a Saturday night revealed a bustling atmosphere with numerous birthday celebrations. Skating and laser tag was fun. While game wait times were reasonable, the food service was notably delayed, and there were issues with maintaining accurate food count in numbers. Food over 45 minutes, very busy. A concerning aspect was the presence of alcohol on the premises, resulting in some parents becoming intoxicated in the vicinity of children. Furthermore, a 2-year-old managed to wander into the mall area unsupervised, highlighting a lack of paterental and staff presence and potential safety concerns for children. The absence of monitoring or tracking measures in this family-oriented establishment raises questions about the suitability of serving alcohol in such an environment. Watch your children, it could have been a tragic situation. Glad he was alright.

I recently made a visit with my party of 10 and it was by far my best arcade/entertainment hub experience the location was super clean from the parking lot to the inside of the building the staff was super helpful and friendly there was a long line when I got there and we were able to get in within minutes 100% highly recommend for a good family day

The only reason it gets 1 star is because it at the very least has a roller rink. I paid for the unlimited games, skating, golf etc. But almost every single game was out of order! Literally only a few out of the entire game room worked. The laser tag line was full of really young unattended kids who were loud and kept shoving each other into people. No employees in sight. The whole experience was trash. This entertainment hub is trash. Spend your extra cash at Andrettis or Main Event. Dont bring your kids here.

We went here for a birthday party (3-4yr old kids) and it was great! It was on a Friday evening so it wasnt very crowded. They have a large skating area with equipment for little beginners. There was also a play area perfect for their age, and the party system was pretty good with a party room, food, and gamecard for the arcade. We didnt get a chance to try out the mini-golf, but it looked good as well.

I went there for the first time with my daughter last night and this place is amazing and great for families and hangouts. The food was pretty good and there is a variety of things to do there for everyone s own interests. The only issue I had was that most of the employees looked like they didn t wanna be there and not very helpful when I asked questions. Only the young lady at skate counter was very helpful with my skating questions and the man at the front was very helpful explaining everything to me with the cards and the activities. Although, I would suggest this place for family events and birthday parties for any age.

OMG we absolutely love this place tonight was our first time, but the staff treated us as if we were Family and we come here all the time. All of the employees were extremely nice and informative. We definitely enjoyed our time here and we will be back again you should come and check it out as well, Especially if you re looking for good music, Great food, And a great night with your kids this is your spot! As my first time coming to this place I never knew it existed! Its very clean and friendly. And my son had a blast in the playground area, including the XR areana. I was here for my nephews birthday party and Ill say that their party host Geddy was amazing! He had a great attitude and was so nice! He was attentive the whole time never letting my sister or her husband lift a finger! He served the kids and adults from pizza and cake to great customer service! I want to do my sons party here when the time comes and Im going to request Geddy because he made my sisters and brother in laws exerperince easy and fun! I recommend this place to all for a fun and great time! :)

This place was all around fun. Food is a bit different each time Ive been. But the games and especially laser tag are great! However. the manager, Cindy. Ive been a few times and each time I feel like Ive seen her lecture employees in front of guest. Its honestly sad to see it. Its highly unprofessional. If I worked there and got talked down to in front of guest, I would have quit on the spot!

Had my son s 6th birthday party yesterday and our host Danny R. did an amazing job. We got there and our room was amazing and clean. He right away help us out with everything we need and even though there was a little mix up in one of our pizzas he was able to get it fix right away. I had such a great experience with the staff. They were so helpful and nice. They helped me so much, my party was leaving earlier than I thought and I was having a hard time getting things together but they really helped. The music was fire. Im so sad that I didnt have time to Roller skate. I live in Austin and I would totally drive back up for a date Night with my husband. To the staff! Yall are really cool! Thank you! What a great time had by all! Took my three kids out for some good ole family fun and they had a blast! My 11 year old learned to skate, my nine year old had a blast playing laser tag, and my 4 year old daughter loves the two story jungle gym! The manager Larry Williams was very helpful and answered all of our questions. It gets busy later in the evening so Id recommend going as early as possible so you can enjoy everything at your own pace. Id definitely recommend ARs for a great family outing!

The jungle gym was nice but a few things I had to pay $10 extra for my infant to be in the jungle gym with her 4 year old brother in all the kid places around SA I have never been charged the same entrance fee for my infant as my 4 y/o Most places see an infant and allow them to go in for free with a sibiling seeing as they can t actually do anything but sit and watch And In my daughters case she is in 2 full leg braces so she s extremely limited to what she can do I d rather go to kids empire or urban air At least at those places my son isnt being escorted out of the 2 and under area for TALKING to his parents just standing there talking not touching any equipment or doing anything just simple existing and being respectful Plus at least at kids empire my kids can play together and the $18 entrance fee is all day long you can leave and come back at any time during their bussiness hours I don t mind paying $20+ for my kids to have fun but the fact that at the front desk the worker failed to mentioned that we d be paying for both of them until we got to the gym area is insane and bazar to me and my infant wasn t even allowed to go into the area without being paid for To add to an already terrible experience for whatever reason a few minutes after my son was escorted out of the 2 and under area there were much bigger/older kids allowed to be in the area for a good minute playing with the equipment before a staff member said anything I was considering celebrating my sisters birthday here and my son but i can already see the headache of dealing with these people Also there s a severe safety concern any child can walk right out the area without an adult and any adult could honestly walk out with a random child if parents aren t watching like a hawk (which I am) there are safer children s places in SA that have way better security to their areas then this DIY Pop up

This place was amazing. First time coming here for my sons 11th birthday and it was beyond words. Dashawn the party manager handled all of our questions and needs before the party and introduced himself to us during the party. Super sweet and professional. Elijah was our party host and he was a life saver. Parties can be so stressful, but he did his job and then some, and all with a smile. He made the party 10x better for all the kids and the parents. I highly recommend doing a party here, its a great price and SO much to do. We stayed for over 4 hours and still had to rip our kids away. 10/10 would recommend!

Went on a Wednesday night and it was so much fun! There were plenty of people but also not insanely packed. Larry helped so much with getting us in quickly and informatively. Made sure everything was going well through out the night with not only my family and I but the other guests as well! Laser tag and mini golf is such a fun experience and it was so cool having the opportunity to roller skate as well along with the VR experience. Food, drinks and Snack available. First time coming here and it was awesome! Very clean and the layout with all the activities surrounding the skate floor was really cool ! They have a toddler area in the playground with so many fun things, there s pool tables (but the coin machines are out of order). There s laser tag and mini golf that s dark with a lot of bright lights. Definitely recommend anyone with littles to come here and have a great time ! It s $30 to do all activities and they have so much to offer so the price is really unbeatable!! Please fix the coin machines for the pool tables tho lol

Went in with high hopes for the place, left severely disappointed. I ordered food and I had to wait an hour for my food, and if that couldnt any worse, my food tasted really bland. Ive always said that you couldnt mess up a burger, but these guys proved me wrong, somehow making the meat and toppings taste like nothing. The wings were eh, there are definitely better places where you can find better wings for the price. The fries tasted like school fries, no seasoning to go along with anything, making it sad and mushy. They also had no sauces to go with anything, the only options they had were ranch and ranch. The games were pretty meh, they felt pretty bootleggish and run down, with no feeling maintenance, this place can be fun for the laser tag, mini golf, and skating, however, it feels like those are the only redeeming qualities of this place. Overall, if youre hungry, go somewhere beforehand before even thinking of ordering something here
