Got it! Heres the updated five-star review for Nizza: I cannot rave enough about Nizza! The food here is beyond amazing. I ordered their pasta, and not only were the portions *huge*, but the flavors were out of this world. I filled an entire meal container with leftovers for work tomorrow, and I *still* have so much left! This is hands down the best pasta Ive had since moving from New York. Oh, and their pizza do yourself a favor and grab a slice. Its perfection on a plate! The customer service is top-notch too; the place is clean, the staff is super friendly, and everything about the experience was perfect. I will definitely be coming back again and again!

I ve been going here for past years with my family ordering the same meals every time, Went today and the managers daughter refused to make the order saying it wasn t possible, she was also extremely rude to the staff. Loudly made complaints about the customers and staff. Sadly my family loved this place but won t be returning anytime soon due to managers daughter. Don t go here unless you want to be complained about the entire time. Looks like owner replied with the wrong order I ve never in my time going here have ordered that meal. But no I didn t get upset with any workers. The worker that worked today was a horrible person she was extremely rude to staff and customers! This restaurant is mom n pop is great but should really look after who they let run the place.

Ok so is this the best Italian food in Fort Worth ? I dont know. Ive only lived in Fort Worth for 56 years and I eat here for a reason. Consistency of the food they serve , the agreeable staff and the lack of drama. I had my usual order of spaghetti with meat sauce a side salad and a thin slice of hamburger pizza. $31. and change with tip. Worth it ? Yes. Will I go again ? Of course. Should you go ? That is a big thumbs up ! P.S. I havent noticed adult beverages.

Jenny offered top-notch service. Everyone there was great! Lasagna was delicious! Pizza was really good, and we could NOT get enough of those garlic knots with real garlic..oh em gee! The candles were a bit hard & dark, but tasted ok nonetheless. The pastas that were going out to other tables looked amazing! Its really nice dine in pizza place with excellent table service. Im very glad we tried this spot and looking forward to visiting again when were in town. BYOB, by the way! 1 complaint & easy fix..that the restroom had the most sour pungent nasty overwhelming fishy odor. It reeked of used feminine products that sat there for days. It definitely needs some type of commercial deodorizer and for the trash to be taken out more often.

My girlfriend and I have been excited to try this place ever since we moved out to Fort Worth. She s from New York, and was really hoping this place would be at least reminiscent of a NY-Italian slice of pie unfortunately, this is not the case. Pizza was very bland, hardly any flavor at all even when visually quite appealing! Somehow flavorless. The atmosphere was decent, EXCEPT for the music decisions. Country blaring in the main dining area, and Dance/Rap/Trap/R&B blaring in the open kitchen area like a tug-of-war between awful music combos. Really disappointed, but the cashier was nice so I guess that earns at least full star in itself.

Hysen was not only busy bringing out food and cleaning tables, but he also took the time to chat with us, sharing stories about how he started cooking for his mom, which eventually led to opening this amazing pizzeria. Came in today vs. drive thru. Since is was a slower day. (4-25-24 5pm.) The Waitstaff is fast, attentive, and friendly. The pizza passed the one hand fold and hold , with flying colors. Now thats how you NY Style pizza. I totally recommend the Philly cheese steak and house salads, oh and of course, any pizza of your choosing.

The owner is a very cool guy. Love the wall art. When I tell you that s the best chicken salad I ve had in a long time Chicken was delicious and a plenty. Everything I ve tried there is wonderful. Best mozzarella sticks in the west. I ll be there a few times a week for that salad though. This place is a gem.

Why if I order online, and you have four to choose from. Im limited what to order or charge more for more options? There are four ways to order online delivery and at least one limits you. Im disappointed we been going there on university Ave 76107 for years. Weve moved obviously but the options for online ordering is stupid. Ive lost faith I will look for other options. Which is sad, cause I like the lasagna but il be okay. I can make my own. Goodbye. Bang for your buck! I ordered the calzone which was able to shared with my four friends, I believe all single plates give you enough for it to be shared. The portions are massive and the flavor isn t compromised, each bite was fantastic! Our server was so attentive and sweet, will definitely be back. I think it a great place to come with friend if you want to share plates or by yourself to have adequate leftovers to enjoy! I came back again of course with my family, and Amy s service was amazing!!! She made sure everything was great, that the food was enjoyed, and the table cleared to accommodate the shared plates with my family. Thank you Amy for your amazing service.

I ordered through the phone, and they said the pizza would be ready in 20 minutes, I got there 15 minutes after they said that and proceeded to wait another 15 minutes to receive my pizza. I went home to eat my pizza and it was lacking flavor, the crust was hard, the sauce was bland, and cold! My house is only 10 minutes away from the store so nothing on the pizza should ve been cold. It was a bad experience, the cashier said they recently raised the prices on the pizza, a medium pepperoni pizza was $17.85!! And it wasn t even good! Felt like a complete waste of money, I have better experiences when I eat the pizza in the restaurant but if you plan on ordering to-go don t waste your time or money. The pizza was a 2/10, it was bland and cold.

We had just left a conference. In fairness, we arrived close to 10pm. They advertised they were open until 11pm. We ordered and said it was for dine in. It was served to us as take out. They started putting chairs on tables and mopping up. They even locked the door before we left as we had to unlock to leave which was also before 11pm. This was my first visit to Nizza Pizza and Im happy to say that they did not disappoint!! I ordered the chicken Parmigiana pasta dish which was quite delicious, and it was enough food for two people!! I suspect the leftovers will be even more delicious. Our table also ordered Pizza and another pasta dish, everyones food was great. The service was also amazing, we were there for a bit over an hour and without us asking - our drink glasses never ran dry, and we never ran out of those amazing Parmesan rolls! Ordered shrimp Alfredo and cheesy garlic bread. The pasta was undersalted and overcooked. The sauce was bland and undersalted and the shrimp were disgustingly bland and slightly tough. My company had our luncheon here and it was superb. The staff was courteous and patient with us while we perused the menu. The menu has so many delicious options it was hard to chose. I settled on the chicken Alfredo and it was phenomenal! Tasted like it was made in some sweet Italian grandmothers kitchen. All ingredients were fresh and I believe they make their sauce from scratch. A gentleman, who I believe was the owner, was even kind enough for give me tips on how to adequately reheat it without losing its robust flavor. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. Wanted dine in but was forced with take out!! Will absolutely never come back again! I m a big supporter of the food service industry and love to try new places in the area. Had been talking about it for a couple of weeks and decided to treat my girlfriend to a nice dinner. Not one employee was courteous. We were both very rushed. Ordered our food and when it was brought to us it was in a box taped up and the waitress literally said it s in the box so it s easy to carry . Just dropped it on the table. We always carry a handful of passes to the movies for great service but definitely not for this place. Serious pizza right around the corner is the spot to go!! Employees need better training and the owners need to be aware. Lost a potential good customer! . Tell the cook that they did a great job!!

I remember when Hysens opened. Even though theyve updated the interior, their quality of food still reigns supreme. One of the few Italian restaurants you can visit to find spicy Italian food. I used to get the chicken a la vodka, until one day I decided to try the chicken Murphy, and now its all I eat there. So good. So spicy. Never a long wait even when its busy, their lunch specials are great, and the service is always nice.

First time there and children love the pizza. if you are looking for a crispy and fresh toppings this is the place to go. I noticed also that they have good deals for parties when you need 10 or more pizzas. It is a little bit far from home but definitely will be one of the places that I will be visiting or recommend to friends. I think that the price is very affordable for the quality. Pizza taste like cardboard, and the cheese looked like rubber. Very unsatisfied considering the amount of money spent. And the mozzarella sticks where empty and over cooked. Will not be ordering from there again. Food

We were visiting the Kimball nearby and decided to stop for some pizza on a Sunday afternoon. The food was good. Garlic rolls a bit burnt. Lasagna was underdone. Meat lovers pizza and meatballs were good. I would suggest the restrooms are cleaned more often. The women s restroom was just atrocious.
