Every time i order here its not good old pizza .i ordee a carry out waited 20min i show up they drop my pizza on the floor .i hardly ever order here at this location cause there always problems 3 hours devlierys messy services.dont waste your money here i guess go out of town to get pizza hut.true story.tryed to go that pizza feedbacl site its bs doesnt help they dont fix the issuse dont eat pizza at 3404 N victoria .they wont get your order right at least not mine i only go here now mayb once a year due to poor service and crap pizza .

Im at a hotel here for work. Jonathan was my delivery driver, and he was great. Very nice. Everything was there, made per my request, and was hot, fresh, and delicious. This is, by far, one of the best pizza delivery experiences Ive ever had. Thank you to everyone involved.

Manager at this location is very hard working and personable. Bought The Big New Yorker Pizza for the hard working nurses at Detar ICU after a family member was treated there. They said the pizza was great. I will definitely go here again.

Coming off of a 14-hour shift, traveling from out of town to settle in for the night, I call the store and ordered my meal. When I got to my destination the driver was waiting for me with the food and she was so pleasant! The food was great too! I highly recommend yall call them if you want a fantastic meal from some great people

This place has a lot of potential to be packed on game nights or family nights! TVs need better programming with working remotes. Employees getting their drank on behind the bar.. server never came out to refill drinks we had to go up to counter, but employees were nice over all and not rude I FEEL THEY JUST WERE NOT TRAINED CORRECTLY!

I accidentally dropped my drink and it busted. There was still enough in bottle, David Moreno, the cat who delivered my pizza that night went back and got me a bigger bottle no charge. Dude was cool, didn t even have to do such a cool thing but it was much appreciated. Really cool dude. Remember folks tip your driver and treat em with kindness.

I m from Dallas this is my second time at the spot. The first time I had the most wonderful manager experience!! I forget his name but will know him if I saw him. This time I went back and the hospitality was great but the service and my food quality was awful. I don t eat meat and wait all day to get here. The pizza was burnt!! I was starving!! Food was good although the Cinnabon rolls were dry and a bit hard. The 4 stars is because we ordered pan and got traditional crust. We also ordered wings but got bone out wings and no dipping sauce. The receipt was correct so this was a kitchen error. We would eat here again but will check our order next time.

Very average pizza. Toppings were not distributed well at all. Some pieces had a lot of toppings, others were just cheese. Some pieces had cheese had way up the crust, others pretty low with just marinara exposed. One of the pizzas the boxes was closed on it because it was not properly centered in the box. The white thing the pizza sits on in both boxes were not even fully under the pizzas. One was crammed in the lid the other the lid, white thing and pizza were closed in the lid.

The pastas that we ordered were horrible. The meaty marinara was very watered down with hardly any marinara or meat sauce. It was watered down noodles with a hint of cheese.The chicken Alfredo pasta had absolutely no chicken in it whatsoever. And was also very watered down. Very disappointed. My food was ordered and I was told that there would be a 15 min wait, after about that time I went to check on order and it was still being prepared ( no biggie), waited another 10-15 min and sent my son in and he was told after waiting an additional 10 min that they accidentally gave our food away. I went inside to see what was going on because we are now 40 min in waiting on one pizza to be made ( and the location was not busy at all during this time. I understand that doesnt take into account to go orders, onlines or call ins, but I did see several employees just standing around chatting). The young lady behind the counter was polite and said she was sorry that there was a mistake and our food was given to another customer. Shewas interrupted by another older gentlemen an employee also who started yelling I ALREADY TOLD YOUR SON THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT YOUR ORDER, ITS BEING REMADE AND WE ALREADY SAID SORRY! I was not at all being rude to the young lady so I am not sure why he proceeded to yell at me and put his hand up also in my face. I then asked to speak to a manager when the manager started to apologize and take care of the situation this employee began to approach us again raising his voice stating he did not yell at me. I warned him not to approach me any further and told the manager this was the same aggressive behavior he portrayed the first time as well. The manager had to tell him several times to please stop and to get back. To me any employee like this is a liability. I was told that I would be credited $10 to my account which was not taken care of and of course I didnt get the Managers name. Upon leaving this same employee was again being aggressive with a customer and the manager was called over to their table as well. I have used the other location in town with no issue whatsoever. This location I would not recommend at all if employees are allowed to behave this way and threaten your customers.

Ordered online, processed on my card, and i called one in. The called in was ready but the big order i did online was not on their screen. They said i didnt have an order i told them i could show them i did it online and it went thru. The manager argued with us, then lectured us on his credit card searching process, then said o look here it is. Then went and pulled it up on the other register and got our food.
