Well, this is unfortunate. I will be Mr. Jack Walters first low rating. Even more unfortunate due the fact that he was recommend by another lawyer who was incredible. Unlike others who have great reviews or Mr. Walters of his promptness and communication, I have had the complete opposite, and it was after a great virtual call. A 15 minute Google Meets meeting where Mr. Walters expressed he wants his clients to see his face to connect with him, only to not have the 14-day follow-up he promised after my car accident report was released. I had even sent 2 follow-up emails to his front office with pictures and was told that Mr. Walters would reach out. This was all about 2 weeks ago. My deduction at this point, is that Mr. Walters is not interested in my case, or I may not have a case, and his new method of turning down a case is full on ghosting. It is a shame too.

2 other law firms refused to take my injury case, but Jack Walters did accept my case. The whole process is totally hand-free for me, I just need to email my medical documents to Jack and Jack took care of all the other things to get the win settlement. Definitely worth to call Jack first before you go with any other attorneys.

My husband is a quadriplegic that was in need of a bathroom remodel. We had to contact Walter law due to the bathroom remodeling company not willing to fix the shower the way my husband needed it for a wheelchair user (barrier free). After months of unsuccessful, countless attempts to call and communicate with the company that we are not happy with the initial installation, we had no other option but to seek legal assistace with the Walter law firm. They were able to get the remodeling company on the phone after a single letter; call us for repairs, and gives us a barrier free, wheelchair accessible shower, as requested in the initial consultation with the remodeling contractors. We will keep this firm on speed dial if their services are ever needed again! Thank so much!
