What a nice place for a cocktail and a snack! This place was much cuter than the online posts depicted. Had a glass of Gruet Sauvage in a NICE glass. Hubby had a bourbon OTR and the lamb meatballs. Our server was awesome!

Just moved to the southwest side of Austin was looking for a cocktail lounge. This place came up and looked great. However, when we showed up, the main bar was closed so there s a little sidebar you go to. It s more like a dive bar/pool hall type vibe. Did have a really good Old fashioned I will say.

Totally an unexpected experience! We stumbled upon this cocktail lounge after meeting a stranger on the street. Amazing ambiance. Delicious cocktails both funky and new and the classics. Can you find the speakeasy? Hmm, have a peak. I would be a regular here if I lived in the area. The service is welcoming and friendly.

I highly recommend the cardamom cocktail. I also had the warm brie with pears and it was great on the Rosemary toast. I have met a friend here a couple times before and every time we both have enjoyed the unique variety of cocktails and the delicious gourmet hors doeuvres. I have never tried their beers or whines because I cant get past the unique cocktails but they do offer a good variety of beers and wines. This is a place to sit with a friend and enjoy a relaxed conversation. Although I always leave full from the hors doeuvres it is not a place a typical full meal. The seating is very unique. To be honest some of the seats are not very comfortable. But there is a great variety and lots of pillows available to adjust the back. I strongly recommend this place Dripping Springs winner.

I read some of these reviews and it is not at all what I experienced! This place is a scam!!! First, if you are going to charge $16 for a cocktail with 4 liquors in it, dont put 2.5 ounces in total into a little kids dark plastic cup and call it a day. Two sips it was gone. I asked others sitting around us and they all had the same complaint!! They were like yeah, the wine pour here is even worse. They could fill the cup with some ice or anything if thats how cheap you are, but to me this 1/4 volume in a small dark cup is deceitful. We talked to shop owners along the way who alllll said the same thing. Why no one speaks up is crazy, as a business you should know what people say behind your back. Next. For some reason my card wouldnt swipe and we had ordered food as well, she asked me to pre pay. Ok. No problem. But where there is a problem is when you want your tip prepaid too. How do I know how service will be? Considering she came back once in the 90 minutes we ate and had our two sips, I wouldnt have left a tip at all. Tips are for service, which I prepaid for but definitely never received!!! Heres the scam part. Their POS machine offers several tip options. On the left the first selection which on every other POS machine is the lowest, theirs is 40%!!!! Are you kidding me???? So 40% is ridiculous but to put it in that slot I bet many have mistaken this in the dark room and got screwed. Maybe I should ask that you guys tip me 40% for serving myself water? Yep. The atmosphere is nice, but what a really bad business model full of deceit and weird tip culture. BUYER BEWARE.

Good cocktails, pleasant atmosphere, but it feels artificial and I am not sure how to best describe that feeling of artifice. For example, there is a fake wood structure and brick wallpaper. There s a skeleton holding a comic book and it is attached with a loose strand of duct tape. I liked it a lot, I enjoyed having festive and good craft cocktails in a less crowded, less Austin environment, but there is just an aspect of it that seems low effort and fake.

This is THE coolest cocktail lounge in Dripping Springs. Mixologists are top notch. Note not calling them bartenders cause they arent slinging beers and jack and coke. The folks make great mixed drinks! The lounge is funky and relaxing and a great place to gather with friends. Grawlix, I dont know what youre doing in Dripping Springs, but thank you so much for being here. This place is amazing. Its as if they took a craft cocktail bar from downtown Austin, and helicoptered it into the Drip. The atmosphere is great, they have a false wall that leads into an arcade, and I would put their bartenders against any of Austins finest. Absolutely stellar drinks. This was a unique and fun place to happen upon. Very eclectic and vibey. Its the little details that make the experience go from cool to really awesome. The cocktails are beautiful, like little works of art in a glass. They taste fantastic too. The different pieces of art or decor, a hidden bookcase door to the other side of the bar, the comic strip wall, all of it comes together in a way I cant really describe. It feels like a gloomy or drab elegance. We tried several cocktails, and a few different food items, it wasnt typical bar food either. Burrata Cheese with tomato and basil, Brie with pears, queso with pretzel thins etc. So delicious! Definitely recommend and will most definitely be back.

Exactly what dripping springs needed. Fantastic cocktails, super friendly and knowledgeable staff, awesome beer selection, and although we didn t try anything a nice food menu. They knocked the design out of the park and should quickly be a drip favorite. Definitely a must see in dripping
