Henry did a great job at explaining the case, expenses and breakdowns, and also reassuring all of our questions during the process. The only complain I could have was our negotiator. It seemed a little bit as if it was a lot of kickback when attempting to negotiate for a little bit more. After 15 minutes of going back-and-forth with someone who represented us and finally agreed to counter. We ended up getting more, we would ve never gotten more money had we just agreed with the our negotiator. I understand that these people do this for a living and see what happens all the time, however a little bit more customer service and understanding from the clients and would help and future.

The whole process was about a year and 1 month long and the law team was excellent. I was patient and it paid off the insurance companies will try to make anything difficult on you but the Lion at Law takes good car of you. 18 wheeler wrecked into me and I got more than I probably deserved in my opinion. Cristal Sanchez Is who I spoke with 85 percent of the time out of the law team and was very professional.Becky and Giselly also helpful and thats not a knock on any of the other law team. 5 stars.
