I have mixed feelings regarding the Stoy Law Group. During their handling of my case, they displayed prompt responsiveness to my inquiries, and I must commend Nancy for her exceptional service, rating her a perfect 10 out of 10. However, subsequent to the settlement of my case, unforeseen issues emerged. My health insurance sought reimbursement for hospital visits, but we did not receive compensation for those expenses. When I reached out to the firm, I was informed that Nancy was no longer with them, and my case had been closed. Regrettably, I never received a call or email in response to my inquiries. Subsequent attempts to contact them left me feeling like an inconvenience or a nuisance. It seems that while they are eager to take on cases, they may not provide adequate support for post-settlement matters. In hindsight, knowing what I do now, I would not engage their services again, nor would I recommend them to others

July 4 I was rear ended and Stoy Law Group took my case and I will say The Ms Loretta has been Phenomenal this whole time , She made sure I understood how this all works as its my first ever dealing with this. She is so Kind , understanding as mri was a bit challenging for me as my body has been and still dealing with muscle spasms, and pain in shoulder from the jurking and tingling fingers, and back is not ever comfortable due to pain still after treatments w pt still have occasional headaches and get dizzy at times. The Hospitality thats been given is amazing and love how thorough Loretta is about everything and stays on top of everything and is quick praying medical specialists finishes his part to move on to next phase. Im praying by end of Nov settlement is offered and a really good amount for a car bc the other is totalled outbc cost of repair was too much . Max amount is where we need to go not settle for little bit I am still waiting on the finished work Im believing for not just great outcome on medical getting paid but lawfirm also as well as a huge blessing for settlement for my end for the pain and suffering Im still dealing with dont need Surgeries thank God for that but to fully recover will take awhile bc of spasms and the tingling in fingers and numbness I get all throughout the day. Very professional, I have nothing but good things to say from day 1 they were getting me scheduled to see A Dr getting police reports all the things I had no clue how to get and start physical therapy. They even provided me with Uber rides to the Dr until I had a rental. While dealing with one case I had another accident. I had stoy handle that one as well. Not only did all my medical get taken care of but they negotiated with my medical providers for reduction in my medical bills. I would definitely recommend them. When I called almost every time Nancy or Diana answered the phone or returned my call almost always the same day. I was in a wreck Oct.15th 2019. I was hit by 3 cars. While they did arrange Chiropractic services for me, my settlement was so low that I could have negotiated it myself. I am in extreme pain every day with no end in sight. In the beginning laura told me that we would go after everyone involved in my wreck. To me that means all 3 cars involved. That is not what happened. What happened is we only went after the person who initiated the wreck who, unfortunately only had liability. This means that even though I was 100% not at fault, I only received a very little portion of the 60,000$ that liability insurance provides. I only talked to my lawyer ( on the phone) when they were ready to settle and he probably wouldnt have talked to me at all except for the fact that when I found out the settlement was going to be a 3 way split I became so angry I couldnt see straight. He assured me that he has tried cases like mine before and there was no way I was going to get more than 3500$. Three thousand dollars and a lifetime of pain. So while Im sure the 4 star rating for this law firm is accurate for someone else, it is not for me. Do your research people and if your looking for a non aggressive lawyer who just accepts what the insurance company offers then these are the attorneys for you

I appreciate the professionalism and dedication used on my case by my lawyer Rich Hyde against a paint shop that possessed my show truck for 9 months without completion. Mr. Hyde monitored my case to see if the shop owner would complete the paint work by the date that the owner had given me which was April 18th. I called Mr. Hyde to vent my frustrations and he immediately went to work by calling the paint shop owner. He explained to him that if the truck was not completed three weeks from May 5th, 2020 a lawsuit will be filed against the shop. Im very disappointed in how my case was settled. My attorney, Chris Stoy allowed an insurance company to trample right over me. He really let me down. On a positive note, I enjoyed working with Alma, Christi and Kim Anderson. I know if Kim had been at my mediation I would have been taken care of! I waited a long time for not much of a relief from my accident.

Working with Chris Stoy has been a great experience. Since day 1, he has been extremely professional in both his knowledge & interactions. With Chris, not only do you get a professional attorney, but also a laid-back, personable-gentleman who will joke along with you, as well as keep you in the loop throughout your entire situation. He helped me fight for an awesome settlement from an insurance company who was unfortunately taking advantage of me. Additionally, I was VERY leery of attorneys before this (due to ignorance on my part). Throughout this process I have unfortunately learned how shady insurance companies have ultimately become. Insurance companies are not honest like they used to be - dont count on them to treat you correctly, because theyre not in the business of your best interest - Chris & his team ARE in the business of your best interest. The insurance company wanted to play games with my injury costs & Chris made sure that didnt happen.
