I went in and talked to Genine.Ware and Lucia Rodriguez I liked what Genine and I had talked about so I hired her. This was in May 2024 excluding the weekend I had a day and a half notice that they changed my attorney to someone else .regardless of how many years experience the new attorney had. She wasn t interested in what I wanted to do or what I and Genine had talked about . And just like a court appointed Lawyer that I ve had in the past nothing mattered of what I said except for what the Attorney General wanted. Now in August, I get another bill with interest if not paid in 10 days I was quoted 3000. I have paid over that and they still want money. If anything I think you guys should pay me back some of my money do not hire this company!

The paralegal Lucia assigned to me was great. However, I cannot say the same for my lawyer jeanine I was very disappointed in the service I received when it came to the court day considering the amount of money I spend. My lawyer was not prepared and had not clue who I was upon arriving to court. The first thing she did was tried to reschedule another court date which would mean more money being spend when things could have been settled during the initial court hearing/ date. The paralegal communicate with me throughout my process. My lawyer told me each time I talk to her it would be $350. One would think since I haven t talk to her in months she would at least known who I was and would ve been prepared. In addition to that, she was late to court and we never met 15 min to speak prior to court (like the letter stated) I was almost in tears during court because I spent my hard earned money and I m a single mother to see it go to waist.

Edit: After everything, they proceeded to send us an invoice of 2k, for doing absolutely nothing after we were told from another law firm how bad they messed up our case If I could give me zero stars I would. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. They did us very dirty, they took our money and did nothing for us, actually made it worse for us. You re better off representing yourself. I would have to call multiple times a week to get an update on our case, nobody would give me answers nor reply to my emails. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They showed up the court unprepared, missing documents and tried blaming it on us. All I have to say is, RUN !

UPDATED: [They have proceeded to not speak with me regarding my final invoice, asking me to wait for an eventual call from their finance manager while also continuing to charge me for non-payment every month all I want to know is why their final number is different than the final number my attourny told me and nobody can answer this question... but they cant keep excessively charging me while I wait for an answer.... tremendously unprofessional.] Overcharged the entire experience. Literally charged me to give my exwife legal advice and continuously sent emails to the wrong email address and then charged me to call them to find out what happened and for the 6 additional emails to figure out the correct email, and this happened EVERYTIME they needed to email me. Also, they never sent paperwork and charged me to call them to find out what happened with my case, then charged me for the 4 emails to finally get my divorce paperwork via email. The temporary orders never got signed, but they charged me for taking it to court. My case also changed hands after my first attorney blew through my entire $4000 retainer for a divorce that literally only required a signature and then left mid-case. All mediations had to be done by me through third parties because they refused. Find someone better.

I received very poor customer service from Lupe. I reached out multiple times trying to contact an attorney from this office and Lupe 3 weeks later .sends me a text and claims it was automated. No automated text is going to randomly text me 3 weeks after an inquiry. I responded to the text and was ignored again for a whole week. So I reached out on the website and lmarquez responded rudely and unapologetically. Do not hire this attorney . My attorney Keith Spencer. I was a disabled veteran on fixed income as well as a student. Therefore I was limited however he still offered to help. Told me to give him what I could, but did nothing but create false narratives, false hope and make a very large bill for me to pay more than $14,000. This firm served my ex-wife two times, knowing she would not sign the papers when I only wanted her to be served once, and then to go to trial if she refused, but she was served twice.why? Because that s more money in their pocket. After they racked up, a very large bill , Keith simply stated that the firm is making him withdraw from my case. After he told me himself that there were so many things that he could do, he s not going any where and then he pulled the rug out from underneath me. Not only that they our HoRIBLE at communicating and feedback . I went through a divorce battle for more than 3 years. And got absolutely nowhere. When it should ve been a slam dunk case, the opposing party had child neglect and abandonment, and CPS cases withheld the child you name it she did it drugs all of it. I do not recommend hiring them as they are a money hungry firm. In my experience in a couple of others, there are a lot of other good attorneys and get things done. Stay away from this one.

Kim Wyatt and her team has been my saving grace with my workers comp case. Without them I would have been lost.
