The food was okay. I wasn t a fan of the RC sauce as it lacked flavor to me. The service was not great for a Tuesday. Ontop of having to place my order in the front, they rarely came and checked on our table despite there not being that many people in the establishment. Also Hot was not hot at all.

This is the best seafood boil place I have tried so far, it would literally be 5 stars but they DO NOT DEVEIN THEIR SHRIMP!!! So if this bothers you, I would not order the shrimp. It s so good though they have a lot of menu options and delicious sauce, so I keep coming back. Please, PLEASE devein your shrimp and I would be 1000% satisfied here !!

Went here with my family as soon as they opened up. Im not a huge fan of sea food but let me tell you, they make some food food. My family all ate the sea food bags. Except 2 of us . I personally got the Nash ville tenders and it was phenomenal. Seasoning was on point with the mild spice. The side sauce was good. We also got ranch fries also on point. I tried the sea food and Im not a fan personally but its good I can even eat some here and I did. My family loved the seafood. They had crab , craw fish and shrimp. All of it was well season over all loved it we will be back (we drove from dallas) Service was awesome they answered any questions kept our drinks full. They were very nice and helpful .

Now y all know I love me some seafood and lawwwwwd did they have it.. That lobster tail was cooked well, and the crawfish boil was popping. I would ve gave it 5 stars on the food but my eggs and bag of noodles was missing.. The bartender had to be me in another life because that margarita was strong and tasty just how I like it.. Huge disappointment because I love seafood & it had been forever since I had crablegs. I got sick from the food here. It was a late lunch and I ordered 1lb snow crab legs with potato & corn with mild house seasoning. The sauce was delicious, but the meat was stringy & difficult to eat because it wouldnt come out in one piece. I shouldve said something, but I didnt. I was hoping they werent all like that. I took my leftovers & went home. The next day I had a very upset stomach, among other things. I thought it may have been the crab, but I didnt want it to be. I had issues all day, several times. The next morning I felt fine, so I had a cluster of the leftover crab. Boy was that a mistake! Sick all over again. It was the crab. Dang. Also, the crew was unhelpful with menu explanations & all around unfriendly. Seemed to not care or not want to be there. I hate that this was the case.

Came in for lunch at Fort Worth location. Fish menu on chalkboard was all marked market price Crawfish season is closed. They serve previously frozen crawfish. That is a little deceiving especially at $13 a pound when the fish market down the street sells the same for $30 for 5 pounds. Shrimp ($17 a pound) was probably frozen also and almost impossible to peel from being overcooked. 3 golf ball sized potatoes- $3. Be a little more transparent with your menu. Service was quick, employees pleasant. Not crowded. Food was mediocre- it was thawed, frozen food - and I guess enough seasoning can cover up anything.

Took my staff for lunch yesterday. We were celebrating a birthday. I didn t get a name but there was a very attentive kindly gentleman. He took the cake and put in in the fridge. Got our food out quickly. Then brought our cake with plates, forks and a plastic knife. It really as great service. They also joined us singing happy birthday. Thank you

We are frequent eaters of crab boil at the coast and Shreveport, LA. What I can say is that your prices are definitely higher here but that can be expected as you are not as near to the coast. Extremely disappointed that you do not offer scallops because those are my favorite. Your menu does seem to have a lot of variety but you do not sell 1/2 lbs. which is very common in our area. I don t like that you order at the counter and that it is brought to you but the service was quick. I like to pay at the table to give a tip based on services. The corn and potatoes were cooked to perfection and your seasoning is good. What gets you a 2 star is that fact that for the cost of that food my crab and shrimp should NOT BE OVERCOOKED. This is your main attraction, for this simple fact I wouldn t eat here again. It is much appreciated that your staff is kind, patient, and great at their jobs but that alone cannot keep people coming back,

This is the second time I have visited this location the first time was when the first opened the good was amazing fresh fish awesome boils great atmosphere awesome service and they were very busy. This time I should have taken the sign on the wall as a warning we do not take food back due to seafood costs basically if the food is undercooked or not correct your stuck with it. This time I ordered the fish it was not catfish that I ordered it tasted like the pre breaded frozen fish from Sysco my oysters were under fried soggy and gritty the fries were the cheap shoestring frozen type. A 50.00 price tag on a meal that I hated. Im a positive person but I have to tell the truth. I will never go back again.

There was a line and a long wait, and the staff was not sitting customers quickly, and as we made our way to the cashier I asked for a Military discount, and I showed the cashier my drivers license with Veteran on it. The Mgr is rude af and lack major customer service skills. He got upset because I mistakenly pressed tip for walk In pick up order of 22 dollars saying its my fault and he had to come up to refund my entire order and re rerung it up. I asked if he could write on the receipt that it was refunded and recharged just in case I have issues and he refused giving more attitude. Since they can tell you to leave their establishment they treat you anyhow. Very rude. Its been a long while since Ive been here. Now you have to wait in line to order food, pay for it, and then get seated. Tip first, of course, when you pay, which all they really do is bring out the food you already ordered at the counter. The food was good. Crawfish was disappointing, though. For 14.99 a lb, they were extremely small. Its definitely not worth it. I guess Im going to assume they changed it up because people were walking out on their bill? I loved it better before. My family and I were celebrating my birthday this day. The food is great! The service from the employees running around trying to help a full restaurant is not bad but they are very short handed on staff, specially on the weekend. Atmosphere is okay, the issue I see is that not only are too close together but the people waiting on line are very close to the dinning area staring at you eating. This place is reasonably priced, well, seasoned, close to me, and the vibes are simply unmatched. That fish was straight from the fry! when I brought it home and put it in the fridge it was still hot about 20 min later (after refrigeration) this is definitely a place I would order delivery from. The raw oysters were HUGE and had I known how big they were I would ve only gotten a half dozen but it was a gift honestly and truly. Will come back!

Solid food. Nothing amazing, but usually consistent in taste. Service is poor...very poor. Charge a 15% gratuity for parties of 6+ but do nothing to warrant it. They come to table once to bring food out. Afterwards, they never check on you or ask for refills, so what is the 15% for? Charging you extra for bringing them more customers and money? 15% gratuity is fair for restaurants that have waitstaff that actually serve you.

Got a seafood boil bag Togo yesterday and had the worst food poisoning of my life last night. Hoping they see this and can assess the kitchen and products. I love seafood boils but the cook was off and there was a long blonde hair in my bag as well. I pulled it out and said no biggie since I peel the food. Red claw was one of my favorite spots, but full transparency, the shrimp is not deveined so if that bothers you, be ready to put a little extra work! Also, you pay for your food ahead of time and if the party is 6+ they add gratuity, which is ridiculous considering I have to get out of my seat and walk up to the bar for a refill and water is self-service, the probability of the staff actually giving you service after ordering is lowwwww. I don t mind tipping a few bucks considering they re bringing me my food to my table, just not 20+ dollars (our bill was high). There s other places just as good with better service and better value for your money. If the things I listed bother you than try a different restaurant, otherwise the food is quite delicious (minus the poop in the shrimp but I take that off myself).

This is my first time trying them out. Its located near south arlington close to Parks mall. The service was fast . I tried combination fried rice and i did build your own bag. I went to this restaurant last night for a friends informal birthday dinner. I had the two cluster snow crab legs/lemon pepper/mild. My boyfriend added some sausage and potatoes to my order and got a catfish and shrimp basket. We also ordered a side of hushpuppies. My crab legs were fine. I have no complaints about them. However, the sausage wasnt good. It had been sitting in the bag of sauce but somehow managed to have no flavor. The catfish and shrimp? Cooked perfectly with no flavor. Its as if there was no seasoning added. The highlight was the hush puppies. Those were delicious. Another thing to mention is that you have to order and pay as soon as you arrive. I assume theyve had issues with people who dine and dash. Its not necessarily a big deal, but not something Ive experienced at other establishments like Shell Shack or Tasty Tails. Also, people should know that if your entire party isnt there, they will not seat you. Lastly, I didnt use the restrooms but my best friend said the ladies room was disgusting. Overall, although I liked my crab legs I wouldnt recommend this location.

The food was trash it had no flavor to it , i tasted more butter than seasoning and that s not good. After I eat the shrimps I put the whole bag in the trash can because I couldn t take the bland taste. My feelings was really hurt because I haven t had it in a while finally got it and it wasn t what I expected.

This was the worst restaurant experience we have had. Music skipped the entire time we were here. Food was not flavorful the best thing we had was the Cajun fries. We have had better fish at burger joints. Calamari was rubbery and tasteless and served with mayonnaise sauce. Fried Pickles were were even bland. Gumbo tasted like chunky water. I can not recommend eating at this restaurant. Restrooms were a mess and out of hand soap.

ALERT! Please read with caution!!! Saturday I went to Red Claw off Cooper St. I ordered a catfish and shrimp basket only to find out that Red Claw no longer serves REAL Catfish!!!!! They are still charging catfish prices and still have catfish on the menu, however, they are substituting Swai for catfish!!! Being a Louisiana girl, I could definitely taste the difference when biting into the fish and was highly upset they were false advertising. I went to the counter and informed the cashier that I ordered catfish and what I received was not catfish. She called two other workers over and they apologized, stating, they didnt know I wanted real catfish. They refunded my money instantly. I hope this save people from disappointment during their next visit to Red Claw. I ended up just going to Razoos to get my catfish.

Ordered the king crab at $58.Did not receive a full pound crab. Crab was drenched in salt water, the crab itself was very salty. Management when asked about the pound she explained it by the number of items not by by the pound. Spend at your own risk with compensation or correction to your order.

Unfortunately I nor my large party was impressed. First, our table didn t get a waiter or waitress. We had a party of 14. They charged an automatic gratuity of 10% and then asked for more tip but I m trying to figure out who am I tipping. There were no waters given to our tables, refills, or clearing of empty plates. You ordered at a window and they brought the food to your table. No one came to check up on us or anything. We had a cake to eat after dinner and asked that they clear our tables of the baskets and bags of crawfish and no one came. I asked again and still no one came. The food was OK. But the service or lack there of made me not to want to return.
