I enjoyed my Happy hour at this beautiful new restaurant. The steak, chicken, and shrimp tacos were really good as well as the margaritas! I have also tried the surf & turf Fajitas my last visited and returned 3 days later to try the Happy Hour. This place was delicious. One night we were walking home from another restaurant and passed by this place as they were closing. One of the waitress putting away patio gear gave us a coupon for free queso. So we went back and glad we did! The queso was tasty! The sangria and horchata were delicious! My husband and I ordered the barbacoa tacos and Sonoran enchiladas, absolutely delicious. We saved a little space for dessert and destroyed the flan! We ll definitely be back. And Veronica was such a great server, she gave us all the great recommendations and made us feel so comfortable. We ll definitely be back. Love this place!

This place is disgusting. The food is practically inedible. Some of the staff I encountered was rude as well. Pretty sure they were managers as well. I also saw a cockroach when I was in the bathroom. Do NOT come here. Very poorly ran.

The service and atmosphere were great. My husbands food...amazing(lamb shank barbacoa) but mine was disappointing. I had the chicken milanesa with the poblano mashed potatoes. Well actually I was told our food was going to take a little longer because they were making fresh mashed potatoes. About 15 minutes later I was told by someone else that they were out of the potatoes. They offered me a different side so I got the rice. When I received my meal the chicken was super chewy and dry. They offered a complimentary dessert since we had to wait a little longer. We ordered the flan...it was very thick like a cheesecake almost. Dont know if thats how its supposed to be but I did not like it. I would give this place another try though but ill try something different.

It s kinda tucked away but in the open , you can literally miss it. The entry door was cute and stylish but heavy. But once inside it s just so great. I went on a Tuesday night for taco Tuesday and it was a small crowd. It was near closing but it didn t stop them. We sat at the bar. The ambiance was amazing. The bartender was attentive. Glad to have approach this place on an evening that I wasn t sure what to eat. As I walked, and I was welcomed with a very friendly host. The waitress Pantera was absolutely amazing. as I didn t know what to order she was very suggestive and very informative of what preferences I had in mind. This place was awesome. Pantera did an awesome job. I like my food SPICY, Pantera was on the ball to bring me all the extra heat that I needed. My girlfriend thinks ketchup is spicy. Pantera wasted no time letting the kitchen know to put ranch in the queso bowl. She couldnt even tell the difference! (jk, but she did have them take out the pico) Everything tastes authentic or in other words, not canned bs that all Mexican restaurants get. Likely all made from scratch. Meghann was attentive to our needs, helpful when making decisions about the menu, and made the overall experience just lovely. I was impressed with the quality of the carne asada and Barbacoa tocos - the meat came out so tender and juicy! I am also a hard critic when it comes to queso, and they did not disappoint. My only regret is not letting the camera eat first so you could see how yummy the food looked.

I was sad to see you go, but now that you re back, let s talk about the food tonight. We started off with the ceviche a dish that was served absolutely beautifully. Fresh, vibrant, and plated with an eye for detail, it was the star of the evening. For the main course, I went with the Wild Tacos, a trio of street-style tacos that let you mix and match from their menu. I opted for the steak, grilled chipotle shrimp, and mahi mahi. Each had its own charm, but the chipotle shrimp was the clear winner. The salsa verde, with its tangy bite, paired with the pickled red onions and shrimp in a way that made me sit up and take notice. My dining companion chose the Grilled Mahi Mahi. The flavors hit all the right notes, though the fish was a bit overcooked. But hey, they re just getting back in the swing of things, so I ll chalk it up to a learning curve. The taste, though, was exactly where it needed to be. And a nod to Chloe behind the bar she served up a spicy mezcal margarita that was as balanced as it was bold. Im happy for your return, Wild Salsa. May you stick around this time. Cheers! We have been wanting to try Wild Salsa for a few months and when we finally did, we were impressed. The atmosphere sets off a cool vibe and the food was great. We were unaware they opened at 4:00pm on Saturday, we arrived at that time, and they greeted us without hesitation. The staff was extremely friendly and our waitress, Hannah, was amazing with her level of service being extraordinary. Everything from the appetizers (multiple orders of guacamole) to the entrees and ending with the Tres Leches cake, was amazing. It is worth the visit.

Layla was a great tour guide for our return visit, with helpful suggestions on what to try.... We were sad when Wild Salsa closed, and quite happy to see it spring back to life. I enjoyed the mahi tacos, the wife liked her Sonoran chicken enchiladas, and the queso blanco was tasty. Glad to see downtown get a much needed boost from an increasingly sagging Sundance Square.

Wild salsa is must when visiting Fort Worth. Not only is the atmosphere giving upscale Mexico City but the food is absolutely delicious! McKayla, along with staff, was also extremely attentive and really eager to serve/ make it an overall great experience. FREE Paleta as you leave was the cherry on top!

Its obvious that Chef pays attention to details. Vegetables were a perfect al dente, sauces freshly made, dishes well balanced with flavor and color. Stayed in Fort Wort for the week and walked past this location a few times. I decided to give it a shot on the final night here. It was a great choice! Megan, the bartender was super attentive and the Fresa Caliente was just perfect. It had a kick to it, but not too much and the presentation was so pretty with the dried strawberries. For dinner I went with the Cesar and tortilla soup (I know - I don t venture too far off). Portions were great, prices reasonable, definitely will be back!

Wild Salsa hosted our company for an after work happy hour. They were very prepared for our group of 50+ and everything ran SO smoothly. They worked with us on a menu that worked well for our group and the food was amazing! We had 3 servers that took care of us and they were all great. Layla was the server I had and not only was she kind but very efficient. Drinks came out quickly and she never let my water glass go dry. I am so excited for them to start being open at lunch time so I can try out more of their amazing, fresh food! Thank yall again for everything!
