I deal with a lot of dr. Offices working with seniors. This office has an extremely rude receptionist. We allowed them to come to a senior facility to establish patients and then then didnt get the information correct and then cancelled the same day of the appointment after loading seniors on the bus. Extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend.

I had been going to Valiant Life medical for physical therepy following a stroke that left me with left side shoulder, foot and leg problems. They did a great job advancing my rehab. In fact, they did such a good job, I returned to them following a recent hip replacement surgery. Dr. Jurnigan and his staff are first rate!

First chiropractor experienced and super impressed! Been there twice and all the staff is friendly and relaxed. The leading doc there is a great, and pays extreme close attention even if your coming back weeks at a time. Definitely reccomend!!

Dr Jernigan and his entire staff are very caring and wonderful people. They have been cared for several members of my family and we are extremely satisfied with the care and service we receive! They are highly qualified and very dedicated to their patients achieving total recovery, without being overly aggressive. I recommend Dr Jernigan to anyone in pain that feels they might benefit from chiropractic treatment!

This is the best. My law firm recommended them and I feel like a friend not just a patient. My recover after near fatal collision has been great. All the staff are so caring and amazing! Even after the doctor found out that we were not a potential client (my mom has cancer, they dont treat cancer). The doctor still treated us with so much care and love. They are not about generating revenue and they really care for their clients and just people in general. I would recommend this place!

After a woman texting and driving struck my wife and I on our motorcycle we needed medical care. My wife had significant injuries requiring emergent surgical repairs. I sustained injuries to my ankle and dominant forearm requiring evaluation and treatment as necessary. I was referred to Dr. Jernigan (awesome bedside an overall demeanor) and Valiant Life Medical. From my very first appointment I was very impressed. The desk staff (Nancy and Cassie) were extremely nice unlike any other medical facility I have ever been to. Mind you I have been a full time 911 Paramedic for 30 years and have dealt with many. Dr. Smith did my evaluation and prescribed my care. Not once did he ever treat me or anyone around me with anything less than genuine compassion and the utmost professionalism. I was prescribed Physical Therapy to begin with. Julian had my ankle feeling much better in no time. My arm took quite a bit more though. Injections helped a few days. With the Necessary tests and more advanced evaluation I was referred to an Orthopedic Specialist / Surgeon. Unfortunately, I am requiring surgical repairs, but had they not been so thorough I would be stuck hurting still and causing more damage. My apologies for the longer review, I want to impress upon others specifically rather than just saying they are good and I recommend them. The bottom line is This is The place for your chiropractic and physical therapy needs... Compassionate, Friendly, Honest, and Professional.

Pretty good about scheduling appointments the next day! From both receptionist to the doctor & Diego they were all very very nice! First time being there, they did X-rays and adjustments plus therapy!! Thank you to the lady that helped me with my therapy! I definitely recommend this place to everyone!
