Up until a few months ago I would have given this place 5 stars for every reason - price, staff, efficiency, etc. Now some other company has taken over management. Nothing is ever the same price twice. I used to come in for weekly shots costing $25, now they are $60. A medication I take at home used to cost $80, now it is $120, some ridiculous surcharge because it is not in the same category as it used to be. Sometimes they are now adding an office visit copay charge, which is not consistent and just started here in the past month. It is time to find a new provider. This new management company will destroy Low T Centers. Very sad.

I struggled with low t for a couple years. I would have anxiety and depression due to low t. I also increased drinking to offset how terrible I felt. Ive been on the TRT program and I was relieved almost instantly. In 6 weeks I decided to lower my antidepressants and also I had the thought I could stop drinking alcohol. I was feeling so great I quit drinking for a year now. My Wife and family say Im totally different. I will never go back!!

Refills for self injections were never on time making me miss shots on schedule. They don t communicate at all with you but make sure they take your payment without providing services as they should be. The last script I was suppose to receive it was over two weeks of waiting with it showing processed when I called and they informed me that they switched providers and said they never told anyone and no one s script was being filled. Told me then that I had to come back pay for the blood work again and then sign back up, mean while they charged me and never provided services. I have reached out multiple times for my refund and even went into ask and they told me I shouldn t have been charged and they would process my refund. They don t return my calls and it s been over a month.

After being a satisfied client for years, recent changes are being nothing but negative. Cannot get anyone to answer a phone, being billed when not receiving meds, should not have to drive to a center to actually talk to a person. Alot of different providers in the metroplex, I would shop around to find a company who works best for you. Pay for a service, expect to be provided a service.

Im not happy to make this review but... Been coming here for over 2 years. Up until February of this year (2023) the organization was superb! I do home injection (kits delivered & go have labs drawn quarterly). Starting in February, my kits were delayed, often arriving 1 to 3 weeks after my current injections ran out. It is now August & every month it is the same scenario; my replacement home inject kit should arrive a week before current kit expires, but there is no kit. I send messages and get different responses to them than what I asked about. Sometimes they blame the pharmacy. I wish they had not changed. This will be my last month with them. What a shame!

I was a long time client and the staff is still great. However, Low T was bought out by someone else and instead of seeing a Physicians Assistant every six weeks for consultation and a nurse weekly their new policy is to see a PA every week with the resulting increase in cost. What was $40 a month is now $300. Im no longer a client and looking for other providers.

Great physicians but the staff are really rude and always seem like I m bothering them. Had a home sleeping test (which it was super easy) for my sleep apnea; after I was giving the results, I agree on getting a CPAC machine and it was order back on 02/01/2022 and as of today 03/15/2022 I am still waiting for it. When I ve asked about the status, I always get the same answers (back ordered & stuck in customs), asked them if they offer another brand and was told NO because the big bosses only like that one.

Have gone here for years. And every year they try to overcharge on co-pays. A big hassle especially when they are overcharging me by $50. Billing refuses to call back, and the front desk refuses to deal with it. Also the staff this year is not as nice as before the pandemic. Will not be going back. As there are other places that get the billing right on first try. And are nicer.

I have not had a good experience here. The front desk ladies have been rude and short with me. Acting as if I m bothering them by coming in. My insurance company covers my first physical of the year. They charged me anyway. Told me they would reimburse but after a month it has yet to happen. I have stated my sleep apnea concerns but haven t received a call or schedule for testing. Dr asked me how the treatment was going but rushed my response. At one point interrupted me while I was explaining how I felt and said [okay so everything is looking good any questions for me?). I have great discernment and have felt uneasy about my experience there from day one. The nicest lady so happens to be the nurse who administers the shot. She is a sweetheart! I have requested to use a different location or do business entirely with another company.

LOVE this place. My T levels were lower than my prepubescent 11 yr old daughters. I was suffering from a bad case of the Dad Bod. I had MOOBS and a built-in Fanny Pack. Started getting injections once a week. Been going for about a year now. Im down to 11-13% body fat. Up to 80% muscle mass. I used to feel 84. Now I feel 24 !!! They take the BEST blood pressure. They give the BEST injections. They have the BEST receptionist. They use ONLY the cleanest needles. My kids even LOVE this place. (They get to raid the snacks in the waiting room). Ive NEVER looked more forward to getting a needle in my butt.

I have a good relationship with the staff. They actually care about people. I have a friend who goes to another place for his Testosterone and actually thought about going there, but after I called and started asking them questions, I decided not to go because I realized that they did not offer the same benefits that Low T Center offered, plus, I already know them. Why change a good thing, right?

Ive been going to this location for a few years now. The nurses are wonderful, funny, and very good at what they do. Dr. Barrett and Dr. Grear are absolutely amazing and always a pleasure to speak with. I highly recommend coming to this location for your low t needs.
