Mr. Foust is an amazing attorney as well as his staff. The staff keeps you informed listens to your questions and needs and provides personalized feedback very easy to work with. Mr.Foust is very kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate, I recently went through probate and just prior to entering into the court room he warned me of how emotional this process is, in front of the judge I was prepared and just as Mr. Foust said I became emotionally overwhelmed he patted me on the back an handed me a box of tissue(thank you). Directly after court he walked me up to the probate clerks office to retrieve documents required moving forward an personally took the time to explain everything just before parting like a kid in a candy shop he received a sucker truly an awesome firm all the way around thank you all.

I received Attorney Foust information thru a referral from Legal Shield about an Estate for my late Father. He walked me thru the process and answered my questions. His staff assisted me with documentation needed to file in court. I appreciate the compassion they offered in a time when this type of thing is the last thing you want on your mind.

They dont return phone calls or emails. I called the answering service since no one at the office picks up. They said someone will call me back about my dead dad. I hung up and never agreed to a time for them to call me back. They sent me an email saying that I did and blame me for not picking up. No compassion. Ive been waiting over a month to speak to someone but they are too busy. Those were their words.

By far the worst law firm I ve ever worked with high turn over rate cases are consistently getting passed around no one answers phones or emails Jeff has no clue what s going on in your case he talks a big game and says he s going to file this and that mean while nothing gets done I don t recommend this place to anyone

Was referred here by Legalshield. Called on Monday to set an appointment. Lady told me I would get a call back later that day. I called again on Wednesday to find out when they are going to call me back to set an appointment. Got a Call back on Thursday to be told I must pay $150 upfront to get an appointment....How long will it take then to tend to my case. Asked Legalshield for another referral.

I wouldn t recommend anyone else. He is bold and backs it up. I m a father that now has sole custody of my three boys due to Mr. Foust s diligence and knowledge of the law. He successfully fought in the interests of my children and myself and made sure that we were protected. You can t put a dollar amount on what he did for us. But the financial investment he required was more than reasonable. He earned every red cent too.
