We recently had my daughters XV here at Arelis Celebration Hall and was thoroughly impressed. The location is stunning, the venue itself is beautiful and elegant. The staff were exceptionally attentive and professional, ensuring that every detail was flawlessly executed. The food was exquisite, with a variety of options that pleased every palate. Overall, Arelis Celebration Hall offers a magical and memorable setting for a any event and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a picturesque and seamless experience. I can t believe what kind of people would give Eddie these bad reviews recently...I recommend 100% this venue for anyone looking to have a memorable event. Its a beautiful venue!! Eddie and his staff are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and will take a lot of stress off your back while planning your venue at no extra charge. Eddie and his staff are very professional. Eddie was very clear about the budget detail, and Venue requirements and our attendant consumer information which included the types of drinks that we requested to give to our guests. We also requested additional services and he was very direct about the increases at all times. I can tell by my experience with Eddie he is very trust worthy and very honest. And Eddie was at my venue from the beginning and throughout the entire night, this was the first time I saw an owner at a Hall doing that. His prices were reasonable and he provided different options. Our expectations were met at 100% and it was worth the price for the event. I had three live bands and Eddie made it work at no extra charge to coordinate that. WOW!! My venue was over packed to the max and everyone that attended had a blast no complaints and they also had mention that the service was the best. I have gone back a couple of times after my daughter s 15th party and I saw the best service like always. The best in the Valley!! My daughter will always cherish her 15th party event. Recently attended this venue for a wedding. It is a very beautiful place and the food was delicious but there were a couple issues throughout the night that brought the experience down. The bartending situation was not enough for the amount of people that had attended, there was only one bartender handling 100+ attendees making it difficult to get drinks. We were also being charged for things like mixers and waters when it was to the understanding of the bride and groom that all that would be provided. There were times when there were problems with the dj/sound system where the music would cut in and out. There was also a person in the mens restroom that I think was the bathroom attendant but he was just sitting on the floor watching videos on his phone, like dang get him a chair at least.

Was there for a wedding this past weekend and although the food was great, the bar wasn t. There was only one bartender for 200 guests, they were charging for mixers (sodas, club soda, etc.) and WATERS. When I asked if I can get water in a cup and not a bottle water they said they didn t have tap water. So, they were charging $2 for a water bottle. We were constantly asking for drinks and they never came. A friend of mine said she ordered a drink three times and they came up with some excuse on why they couldn t make it. They refused to give us shots and serve us drinks. They were ID ing guests at the bar. They only knew how to make Paloma s, anything else they didn t know how to make. They were hiding their liquor bottles from the guests and serving cheap liquor. The bartender would roll his eyes and laugh at us when we asked for shots/drinks. The attitude of the staff was not it. They were so unfriendly and would ignore you. ALL the toilets in the restroom wouldn t flush. Overall, horrible experience.

We had our wedding here this past weekend and though it is a beautiful venue inside we were left very much disappointed with how things unfolded at Areli s celebration hall the day of our event. We booked a year ago so some packages may have changed but if you plan to book your event here we recommend getting things specified and written in a contract or in writing somehow so you won t have the same experience we did. Also, staff isn t too approachable. We paid for the unlimited bar ($2500) with an additional cocktail hour. We were told that our guests would be able to order whatever they d like yet the day of the event the only option was cheap tequila to make Paloma s and tequila sunrises. Anything else would result in our guests being charged $$ for their drinks. We were also told signature cocktails could be made but were shocked when the night of our event they didn t have the stuff to make them???? All our guests were charged for water bottles and told by waiter that they either only had ague de la llave OR we don t have tap water . All our mixers were charged (topo chico, sodas, ect) & so was beer OHH and so were shot cups lol. We were left with an almost 3k tab ON TOP of an already 2.5k unlimited bar charge. Very disappointing bar that was over hyped by Eddie. I m also shocked that a venue charges $2 per water bottle!? We were never informed that water would need to be purchased and never given the option to bring in water for our guests. We asked for servers to pass drinks out throughout the night but were told multiple times by our guests that they never came around and/or they never brought out drinks. Long story short, we paid almost 6k for a horrible, cheap, poorly run alcohol bar. Don t fall for the hype!!! We regret not bringing in an outside vendor for our bar :( We were also told the day we toured this venue that little details like bathroom necessities would be included. This was a lie too. Had I known these things weren t included I would have brought some items for my guests. We were also told by many guests that toilets weren t flushing. Overall our guests loved the decor, the food, and the cake. Main complaints were the staff being rude, the BAR, & the bathrooms.

Arelis has been a place I go to for events and recommended highly to everyone. My daughters XV on July 28th super exceeded my expectations and without a doubt was the best day for my daughter. Eddie has always been the best, so helpful and above all how we are treated from the moment you step into Arelis. Thank you so much Eddie for everything you did and helped make this a reality for our daughter. A huge shout out to his Staff Perla and Christian for making sure everything was up to par for the day of the event. Perla is detailed and ensures we have everything ready for the day of and we never had to worry about what eles is missing, they practically had it all covered . Christian ensured that the day of the event was smooth sailing and my family can t stop talking about how amazing it was. Thank you Eddie for making Latin Vibe a part of the event that was just the icing on the cake, my daughter enjoyed every bit of it as they were all amazing. Speaking of cake WOW not only was it exactly what we pictured but it was so delicious. Thank you again team Arelis for making another amazing event memorable .

The staff Eddie, Perla, Christian, Zilda & Glady s were all great. The day of our event Eddie, Perla & Christian were very helpful! The night before we had a huge storm and lost power for a bit but that didn t seem to phase the staff they worked hard to make sure we had an incredible evening. We opted out on only having DJ and Zilda knocked it out of the park. We had a mix of people coming from NY, MA, CA, UT, FL & from the Valley and she had the perfect playlist. The guest danced the whole night. Everyone complimented the venue on how pretty it was and how nice the staff was. Thank you again for all the memories! Went to an event this evening and had the worst experience ever. Reason being was because my son has autism and intellectual delay he had an anxiety attack we walked outside and gave him medication to calm him down. When we tried to walk back in after medication had started working I had a package of bread to give him to continue to keep him calm. When security told us we could not take bread inside. I explained its for my disabled 8 year autistic son to eat because he just took medicines. I explained again reason for us walking out and coming back in. His answer was I need to talk to owners and he had absolutely no compassion for our situation. I understand many people do not have experience with autism but when a family is hanging by a thread and trying to make our lives as normal as possible and there is people who have no compassion for our situation. Needless to say this place is not accessible for disabled individuals and their families. Compassion goes a long way in a special needs home and it was lacking in this.

The place is not recommended. They will rent out their building to you and then they will tell your guests upon arrival that they can t enter due to their stipulations of dress code on announced. I highly recommend either venue from Arelis! Amazing customer satisfaction from my part. Great service, staff extremely attentive and Eduardo and staff are very flexible! Party was a huge success! Everything turned out exactly as they described. Worth every penny. My daughters quince was exquisite!!
