Do not hire this guy do not it will cost you more money I hired couple of days before I had court I explained the situation perfectly and guess what he didn t go and now I m worse spot the when I started my names Jorge if any one would like to kn ow more please ask he just took my money and did absolutely nothing I repeat you would be better off represented by a trash can cuz the trash can won t lie to you worst lawyer i ever had please don t give this guy your hard earned money the will never call you to inform you anything , update he s still a bad lawyer

I had an 8 yr deferred adjudication felony agg. assault w/deadly weapon and David was able to get me released 4.5 years early and even had my court cost and fines of 1k dismissed due to hardship. Process may take a month or two so be patient. Other lawyers wanted to charge me twice as much as he was able to get it done for. David wouldn t even take my money until he did his due diligence first to investigate my progress throughout probation to determine if I even had a chance which also added a great value of security to give him a chance once he came back and felt fairly confident I would most likely have a fighting chance. The money he was able to save me doing this was able to go towards my family of 8 kids and my wife. Thanks, David! We will keep you as a lawyer going forward. Glad I could finally find a fair and honest person nowadays!

I have been dealing with this law firm for almost a year now. I have left numerous voice mails and emails. However, the attorney David Cantu nor anyone in his office have replied or followed up. Its very unprofessional and disheartening. How do you fire a hired attorney in the state of Texas?

I only heard from David maybe 3 times tops in a year and few months of him working on my case I keep calling his assistant says hes not in and he will get back I understand he has other clients but still hearing something from your attorney is better than 3 × in 14 months total not sure if theres even a case or this is how long it takes to settle.

I have been going to David Cantu for all of my legal issues since 2004. He is the best that I know in the business of law and justice. He will fight to get you the best settlement possible or even dismissed in most cases. He has never let me down. Plus he is local and not far from the downtown area of Fort Worth. They are on point! I have never been dissatisfied when using Mr. Cantu for my legal needs. He has always been my first and only choice for traffic tickets, and when I was in need of assistance with a case that arose from an unfortunate ongoing incident of identity theft, he took care of it and made sure I never even had to set foot in court! I have referred several friends when they had legal troubles, and his services always end with the client in far better circumstances than were ever thought possible. He is amazing!

Would put zero stars if I could... Had a ticket go to warrant because the ghetto and unprofessional office staff cannot do their job. Do not use them unless you want to end up in jail. They had updated contact information, and cannot update clients on the status or outcome of a case. It s too bad David is a good guy, but the entire office staff is his downfall.

David was an awesome lawyer. I had a pretty serious Class A misdemeanor. I also had a job offer contingent upon getting my case resolved. He was able to get my court date moved up a month so I can get the job. He was also able to get me off with just fines.... lower than the DA wanted to give me, and some work detail. I would highly recommend!

Dismiss, dismiss, dismiss and defferred. These are the end results on four different cases my fiancé and I recieved after her angry ex husband pursued false charges against us. Mr. David Cantu, Mrs. Belinda, Mr. Palmer and their law office have stood and fought for us steadfastly over a two year period. The methods may be a little unorthodox for a law firm but no doubt their tendency to treat you like family lends them a more personal view and unexpected advantage against the adversary. Horrible!! Do not recommend. Bad customer service. And unprofessional. How is an assistant going to be eating and talking to the customer?? Also how are they going to be taking there time to even assist us when walking in when no other client is there. I understand they have cases and other things to do. But when we presented with our case they said yes they could help and it would be an easy win since everything points out that it wasnt our fault. It was the other person who passed the ref light and hit us. They sent us to one chiropractic And said they would be in charge of everything. Waited days to get a call but nothing. We then called and said to give them more time because the other insurance company was not answering. Waited a week and still no new news. They would keep us waiting and waiting. When we tried to withdraw from them. They said no. They said we couldnt leave them because we made a contract and would not allow it. Then they said to wait for a letter on the mail. It was a criminal case in a against the other guy. The guy sent it to jury trial and was found guilty and charged for the two tickets. We later found out that they withdrawal for our case. They didnt even started a civil case if they insuarance didnt wanted to pay. And Cantu office said would not represent us. They are Slow and take forever. Literally took almost a year before they decided to withdrawal. Went to other firms and said they could do nothing since David B Cantu office took too long to do something. They said it usually takes a week. ONE week. This office took months to even call us or inform us. WE NEEDED to call them to get the information we needed or any update on the case. The Anderson firm said DAVID CANTU OFFICE SCREWED US OVER and they did.
