Such a great time! I had to use a cane this year due to surgery, but they catered to it and had a staff member follow us a couple of times. If youre going to go through the bubble tunnel, Cover your face with your shirt! And dont be surprised when you come out wet on the other side.

Went this past Friday, You wait in your car until they text you. Once they text you, you wait in line to get in the general area. Then you make another line for the pre-waiting area . Then you wait again in this area sitting down, FINALLY you get called to go and wait in the actual line to get in the house. The place is huge but it was so big that it seemed like there was not enough actors. (I maybe saw like 6-9ish) Also they were letting us in one right after the other so there was always a bunch of people lined up walking throughout the house. At the end The bubbles almost chocked me to death but it was the scariest part.

It was really hot in there but hey, it s a Texas warehouse in September so to be expected. I can t wait to go again! Definitely buy the timed tickets, otherwise you will wait a hot minute.

Such a fun night and a great haunted experience! Our group included 2 adults, 5 teens and a 9 year old yes, my 9 year old loves all things spooky and we all had a blast. My 2 complaints are 1. that it was so hot inside, we were all sweating so bad and I wish there was a little more spacing between groups, we were right behind a group and also had people directly on top of us. Also, most of us skipped the foam tunnel and the 3 teens who did go through it say that would not do it again- they all said they couldn t breathe and came out coughing. Can t wait to go again next year, productions was awesome.

Its an excellent experience, 100% recommended. However, I would have preferred more space between participants to avoid ruining the surprise and maintain the thrill. Just a heads up, pack an extra set of clothes, you might need them after the tour.!!!!

It was pretty good, but it was super humid inside and also smelled like gasoline the whole time? I think bc of the chainsaws. Also i think maybe we went at a busy time bc at times in the scare areas, people were crowded close to eachother.

Overall a superb experience! It was long and diverse. The chainsaw section was terrifying. There could have been more live actors in some parts. Also, in some areas they didn t time entry as well and people were packed too close, making the scares less impactful. Still, it was brilliantly produced and managed. I only knocked off a star for the bubble pit. There should be a detailed warning about the need to cover one s face before going in. Most of our party was fine because they instinctively pulled their shirts over their noses/mouths but one of our members panicked and started to breathe in a ton of bubbles and then couldn t breathe at all. And there really isn t a safety mechanism like a railing or rope or anything to hold onto, so if you panic, you might start running in circles. And this person barely made it out and was a wreck afterwards. I kept thinking had they fallen or not run into that kind stranger, who helped guide them through, this could have ended very badly. None of us could see anything so we wouldn t have been able to get to him. He was coughing up soap for over an hour afterwards and had raw, irritated eyes. That part can become hazardous easily. Would recommend offering masks to guests going in or at least letting everyone know that they absolutely need to cover their mouths/noses before venturing in. We went in clueless and one of us paid a dire price.

It was the worst haunted house I been especially when it was my first time ever, not only was I disappointed but it felt like just waist of time when all your doing is walking looking at Halloween displays or props they have nobody is really there to scare you, it kinda felt like I was walking thru the wax museum or Ripleys believe it or not museum.... So dont waist your time and money. #Dontwasteyourmoney

Parking says $15 online. They make you pay $20 once you get there. They also should wait longer to send groups in as everyone kept getting all grouped in together, which took away from the scares. The production though was great. Could ve been a little brighter though so you could see more

This was my third time and I give major props as she out did the all the others that came with me before. Got to say cutting Edge haunted house is the the best haunted house to visit. Even though I know what to expect still freaks me out...hats off to another great year of scares and to all the people that make it happen.

We had a great time, parking was awful though. We had to walk across a bridge and there were no cops when we left to look out for the people who had to park far away. Be prepared to get wet. Leaving you choose bubbles or a swamp basically, I went through the swamp, shoes soaked. The decorations were amazing the actors were terrific. The little band at one of the waiting spots was cool.

When we left at 9pm there were people walking miles to the entrance. If you show up at 7pm you should be able to park in main parking lot that is extremly close to the entrance. Great fun! My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our experience at Cutting Edge. We went for the first time in October of last year and we loved it. We enjoyed the bubbles at the end the first time, but we went today and it was a different experience for us. We still loved it. 10/10 experience, but we struggled to make it through the bubbles. The bubbles were too thick and hard to catch air while in the midst of them. It would be nice if they lighten the bubbles up a tad bit just so people can breathe. We werent the only ones who didnt like how thick the bubbles were, but we still loved it. Please dont take this as a bad review, we absolutely loved our experience and would come again. I dont know why they were so thick today because they werent this thick and hard to breathe in last time.

I ve been visiting this haunt for a few years now. Since 2018 to now 2023. Over the years it s gotten more and more about the money rather than the experience. They do try to even it out by changing something every year rather than rehashing the same thing year after year. However they still try to get everyone through fast enough. This year I visited on 11/4 for the 8:15pm time. I came with my fiancé and we paid about $105 for tickets and that s after the $20 off each. Parking was $20 but it s always been $20. So about $125 total for the experience. The line wasn t packed and we were in relatively fast. The first half was decent, good environment, good scares, and they even had the drum line again and they crushed it. I definitely felt rushed through however and we were directly behind another couple and another group behind us a minute in. Definitely killed the vibe but the actors pulled through and managed to scare even with seeing them jump out in front of us. After reaching the second half I was feeling pretty miffed and regretting shelling out a hundred for a ok at best experience. But after the second half it definitely got way way better. The line was moving slower and line keeper was keeping pace with CCTV camera and giving groups ample time to be spaced out. And boy let me tell you. It was awesome. That second half was non stop scares and jumps and made the price way more worth. I m not sure if it was intended to be that way and the guy was doing an amazing job at pacing but it worked. At the end there s the classic foam tunnel as always. Overall a decent experience. I don t think regular price would be worth it. I would for sure pay regular and maybe a little more if it was like the second half all the way through and not having the feeling of being rushed through.

If spooky is what you re looking for, this is the place to go. This was my first haunted house experience and it had me on my toes. We went in a group of 4 and were all impressed with not only the actors but the amount of creativity put into this house of horrors. The wait time was about an hour, but at least 15 minutes of that wait were spent watching a spooky marching band which I would say was both amusing and eerie. Once you get into the house and realize the scare you re in for, you ll forget all about the wait. Inside the house there are 3 waiting areas or checkpoints where you are entertained/distracted by spooky djs before heading into the next scare. I d say this is your time to catch your breath and let your heart rate come down. On the way out there is a tunnel with an abundance of bubbles or you can opt out and choose a less /wet/ exit. All in all this was a fun time and we will more than likely return.

First time going, the experience was great! Haunted house was awesome! We got there early as suggested but still had to wait in line, so if you get timed tickets be prepared to still wait in line. Dont get me wrong it wasnt horrible waiting, there was drum line that came out in Halloween costumes and jammed out, that was so much funn. They did an amazing job entertaining while we waited. Went through the Haunted house and it was great, the only part we personally were not a big fan was the ending were we had to walk through a room full of bubbles, it was fun at first, but I accidentally slipped and my hand flew off my face (before entering they tell you to cover your nose and mouth)and i felt like I was drowning. I can see where it could be fun. Anyways by the end we were soaked. But the whole experience was so much fun! And tshirts that were sold were awesome

A bit pricey if you re planning a night out with your kids. 1 Adult with 2 kids and a discount still cost $190. Aside from cost. I appreciated how organized things were and the option to pay for a timed entry. The DJ and music videos while standing in line was a great time filler. Once inside there were plenty of screams and laughter. Now, the foam at the end. Hmmmmm, you will leave wet NOT damp and you better hold your breathe while going through it otherwise you could be left overwhelmed when you start to feel like you re suffocating. My 13 year old granddaughter, still 30 mins later leaving was still tasting suds. All in all, it was a great night, no regrets! They made a lot of money and I m sure spent a lot paying its actors, props etc. My granddaughter and her friend can t wait to go back and will be starting a Halloween savings jar soon #cuttingedge2024

Only complaint is we did not see any indication on their website about what sorts of objects are not permitted inside the haunted house including purses of any kind and my cat ears. We felt very uncomfortable leaving our purses unlocked at the check-in area. They just had them in large zip locks with designated numbers. If they had lockers or indicated in a clearer manner that these objects cannot enter, it would have been a more comfortable experience.

I absolutely loved it. It was worth every dollar. This is my 2nd year and it has improved tremendously. I talk my way through the haunted house - to enjoy all the scenes, decorations and actors. I always thank the actors as I go through and tell them thank you for your services. It mind baffles them everytime. They look at you crazy -because you are supposed to be scared of them- yet here is this lady thanking them! However, my husband ran through this year he was scary, I barely saw him My first year (2021) I did not go through the bubbles at the end. This year (2023)- I did- and I never felt that close to death. So is it pricey- yes. But I took a family friend who has never been and he totally enjoyed it. So it was worth it. Job well done Cutting Edge, staff, actors, musicians ten out of ten. 2023 was amazing!

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. This is the same company that runs the Christmas town near college Station, which is also a total rip off. We purchased our tickets for the countries #1 haunted house online and booked our spot for 9:30-9:45. A little more than I wouldve liked to pay, but figured it must be worth it! Drove 45 mins and arrived at 9:25 to see that parking was another $20. Okay, not on the website but whatever. We wait til about 9:45 until we were notified to go in. Stopped for a bathroom break on our way in and by the time we walked in, signed the waivers (LOL), and stood in line it was 10pm. After seeing the HUGE line of people waiting even though we all booked a time slot, we realized it was going to take another hour at least. We opted to pay the extra $20/person to skip the line, only to ultimately be pushed in with 20 people. At certain points there were seriously about 30 people with us. Theres probably 1 actor for every 20-25 fake figures, no screams just movements. I signed a waiver for this!? Youll reach a few different check points which I think is their attempt to scatter folks out a bit. Great idea, poorly executed. By the time we got out of this 55 minute attraction, it was 10:30pm. Thats right, about 30 mins and very few startles. Worst and quickest $160 Ive ever spent. Needless to say, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The haunted house was alright besides the strobe lights and the foam (which is optional) the strobe lights felt like they went on for 5 minutes straight at one point and was so blinding that I ran into the person in-front of me, it was horrible and everyone was freaking out during that part saying it was hurting they re eyes and they could not see a thing. The foam was probably the most traumatizing thing i ve ever experienced, when i went through the lady said to cover your nose and mouth well you can but only for a second because that foam will get sucked into your mouth and literally suffocate you, it is dark in the foam entry so when i sucked the foam in my mouth and couldn t breath i was running into the wall trying to find my way out to take a breath it was the most terrifying feeling i ve ever experienced, i almost passed out from suffocation and I AM NOT BEING DRAMATIC! please avoid the foam at the end and go through the other side even though it looks tempting/fun it is the total opposite of that and you also get soaked from head to toe, it s not a great feeling.

Very awesome experience! All the performers were amazing and they even had a drum line outside the house to entertain you as you wait to enter the house. Also while waiting online they have an dj and an huge screen with music videos. Inside there were even wait periods with very cool live performances! This house was highly recommended and I now believe the hype. Be prepared to wait, and your entry time isn t exactly on time. But you will enter regardless so don t worry too much about it. I wish they had some food trucks on the lot since the wait is over an hour or so. They had donuts I think at some stand but eh. Oh! The performers touch you. And you sign a waiver allowing that. Hmmm what else? There are multiple levels, a good amount of walking, a lot of fog so I would possibly suggest this house is not for asthmatics. The ending with the bubbles will get you soaked so bring a towel. Also it makes you feel extremely claustrophobic. But cover your nose and mouth and run through you ll be ok. There is also an exit to not go through the bubble room. Overall, Fun times! Wish there were more interactive rooms.

Best. Haunted House. Ever. I am not an aficionado of the genre, but this was just amazing. We went to one in Plano last year that was comparable in price 1/5th as large and 1/8th as creative. The people who built this clearly care. The performers are high energy, the sets are clever, the experience is just top notch. We will go EVERY year from now on. Well done! PS: The drummers at the first checkpoint?? Off. The. Hook. Give them a raise. :)

1. For the foam at the end that so many posts talk about, I recommend bringing a Covid type facemask with one of the plastic guards that gives you a bubble of space around your mouth so you can breathe. Just keep it in your pocket until you see it coming up. 2. The foam is wet, and you will be covered in it, so bring an extra full set of warm clothes to leave in the car for after. 3. Parking costs $15-$20. They take cash or card. 4. Get your tickets in advance. Either print off the paper that they take or have it electronically, this way you can skip a lot of the line. 5. There are porta-potties at the entrance, as well as at the parking lot, just be careful if yours has a lock or not. 6. Be kind to the workers! Follow their instructions and you ll live :) 7. Non-slip shoes, and deep pockets for your phone/wallet/keys/lip balm so you don t need to hold a bag. The security guard will have you empty your pockets and hold them over your head as you go through the metal detectors. 8. Expect bright flashing lights, dizzying floor movements with spinning visuals, etc 9. Keep any perfume or cologne to a minimum as it is distracting to other people who are trying to be fully immersed in the experience. Also, many people have allergies to fragrances and it s an enclosed space they paid $$ to be in. 10. Read the list of their warnings ahead of time when you purchase your ticket(s)! They give you an idea what to expect/do/don t do to mostly ensure your survival. c:

I have gone to Cutting Edge for the last five years with the exception of during the pandemic era. Each year I visit, the logistics of parking and the virtual line queue keep on improving. The overall process of going through security, signing a waiver and waiting in line was very organized. Overall, I love the Cutting Edge, as its such in a unique setting with multiple different themes with high quality sets and props, including a couple animatronics. My biggest critique this year is the disappointment of so few actors. Aside from that disappointment, I enjoyed my visit. It took about 35 minutes to experience the attraction.

This is honestly the best haunted house I ve ever been to. I ve been maybe 5 times now, and I always get scared. They are very good at what they do!! Even my old man loves it. You don t have to go in with a big group of people, you can just go with who you re with!! And it flows well and quickly despite that. They have a ton of security around the area too. The only thing I d say is not so great, is the secured parking lot costs 20 bucks to park. I also felt like there could have been more people helping us in what direction to walk in for signing the waiver and getting in line. Other than that it s great!! Maybe bring earplugs if you re sensitive, very very loud things right in your face lol.

My expectations were high given the reviews were good- however my expectations were lowered on arrival- the parking was 20- the parking enforcers were rude to include the Ft Wrth police department that was also on location. When an event happens you volunteer for these things and paid quite well for your time- lets not be rude to paying customers who are providing extra income to your pockets. The haunted house was good but not great. Its seemed as if you DIDNT have enough people for the theme. I paid 170.00 for 2 speed passes, which got us right in- being the line was long. The fright was good and I can appreciate the efforts but unfortunately it didnt live up to my expectations and I wont be returning again .

I m so sad :( I went to cutting edge twice back when I was in high school and it was so amazing, I remember so many actors and they would do a great job at scaring you. I went tonight, me and my boyfriend spent $195 total(including parking) for two people and we literally only got two actors attempting to scare us the entire time... that s absolutely unacceptable, especially at the price point. Extremely disappointing, we drove 40 minutes for nothing. I saw previous reviews stating the same thing, that it s gone downhill, but I was giving cutting edge the benefit of the doubt. The owners are definitely being greedy/cheap and not paying the actors enough or something because I know they re making a killing at $75 a pop. Walking to my bedroom after turning off the lights is scarier than this haunted house. Do better cutting edge, this is a complete scam.

I m an advisor haunted house individual that explores different haunted houses all over Texas every year and this has to be the absolute worst haunted house I have ever been to. The only thing you re spending $65 on is to get a headache with all the loud drums, loud music, and train horns. And you would think they would want to create a spooky environment by playing subtle scary Halloween music .No, instead they played the kid laroi and other music that simply got on your nerves, they do nothing for the customers except make it where they can t hear anything. Not a single worker ever opened their month and screamed at you to try to scare you, they just looked at you and occasionally waived something in your face, not effort at all to scare you. And don t even get me started on the bubbles, there is no reason to have that at a haunted house, you can t breath while going in there and my friend actually fell down and someone had to drag them out because they were about to pass out from the lack of oxygen. Everything that came out of the bubbles were instantly mad! The only good thing about the haunted house was waiting in line and listening to the band play the drums outside. I was extremely disappointed and couldn t believe they were charging people $65 for that.
