It is giving old school Diner burger vibes and I am here for it. I had the double cheeseburger combo and I added bacon. The burger was exactly what I expected and tasted amazing. I wish the fries were fresh as they were warm and limp. I do recognize that if they were fresh I would probably give the food five stars for the type of restaurant. Atmosphere was a little down a little dirty could use some cleaning. However, for the price I am not disappointed at all. I would highly recommend this location and would definitely be willing to return again and again.

Griffs , the King of fast food burgers in Fort Worth , Texas. I visited today and ordered the triple giant monster meal. The burger was cooked on a griddle with the crunchies on the patties like a smashed burger. Think old school burger. Dressed the way I wanted it with a fresh bun. Very large diet coke and large fries came with the meal. Thin fries tasted a little off. That burger blew any burger from whataburger into oblivion ! Pure awesomeness. $12. and change. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The burgers are cooked to order with my meal taking no longer than 5 minute to arrive for dine -in. Griffs is FIRE !!! Edit on 8-23-2024 - What a difference a few months have made. I came in for my usual #4 meal with a mound of added cheese advertised on the counter at .80 cents. I was charged $1.60 . I questioned the team member and was told thats the way it is and cannot do anything about it. Ok, so false advertising. Nothing new there. Broken air conditioning and a cold pre made burger made this one bitter $18.06 meal. Griffs you just sent me back to Whataburger!

The hours show 10, and yet they kick people out at 9pm. The manager is always very rude and has no customer service skills at all. The rest of the staff attend guests to reflect the same teaching as the manager .

Griffs is Griffs. I have not been inside this one. Drive through, youll have to speak up so they can hear you. Always a good burger. I can never go wrong with a burger from Griffs. If you get the sweet tea, I would do the half sweet/unsweet if you dont like extreme sweet tea. Food

I consider myself a regular at this location. I made an order in the drive thru a # 6 sandwich combo. I always check the receipt attached to the bag before leaving the location it match to what I ordered. Once I got home and unwrap the sandwich it what I ordered it was a small kids meal hamburger. Besides being told to pull up forward to waited another 4 minutes because my food wasn t ready. I live 21 minutes away from the location I wasn t fixing to drive back and complain. Next time I will check well before leaving the location

I come here all the time and the food is usually pretty good but sometimes they get my order wrong and they don t answer the phone at all so I always to check everything before I leave because I don t live close and today they gave me the wrong change back which makes no sense because you should know how to count at a food business. Not only one of the very best places for outstanding, old-fashioned burgers and fries in the Metroplex, but also incredibly inexpensive. I love this place. Local chain with several locations in both Tarrant and Dallas County. I could be wrong, but I believe this Lancaster location is the original.

I just sat in line for over 45 minutes waiting to order. And for the fourth time in a month and a half, theyre out of milk so cannot make milkshakes. How do you keep running out of milk!!! That is poor management. Go to the fricken grocery store. I drive all the way across town 20 min, just to get their milkshakes. I guess Ill have to start calling ahead or bring my a gallon of milk.

I waited in line, drove up to the intercom, waited, no one responded, assuming it is broken. So i waited, drove up to the window, explained the situation, attempted to make my order. But they refused to take my order, they said i needed to go in to order. If i wanted to go in i would have. This is why i hate doing business on E Lancaster.

My initial experience was Great! The burger was fresh and juicy and fries were fresh as well...which made me want to go back. The experience I had today not so much. My burgers were overcooked and fries werent so fresh either! This really upset me because not only did I brag about this restaurant to my son but our burgers was so dry we had to take a drink after every bite! As a person thats not very fond of eating out and working in restaurants I know that every experience should be a great experience. Not sure if I will be returning to this location again.

It was packed in the drive thru, and also in the diner. I didnt realize that it was the lunch rush. It was 12:45 in the afternoon. It was a little messy as far as a few tables that needed wiping off. And the trash container needed wiping off. The burger was very good and was made the way I wanted it.

I got a number 4 with bacon and I have to say this burger was so damn juicy and good! Great beef quality and cooked to perfection! Amazing. Would eat this every day if possible!
