I had a bad experience with this lawyer at the beginning of August 2023, I hired her for a child support case that day she charged me 2000 thousand to take my case... I had no response from them, I made calls to them and I never had a response I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL and if you do, think twice, cancel and only get a thousand dollars back. She never did anything, she just wraps you up so that you think she does something but she doesnt.

I do not recommend it at all, the secretary is rude for more than 10 weeks I am waiting for them to give me my document they said that in two weeks, I call to ask and they say that they communicate, it is already 10 weeks and I spoke again and they say that they communicate, I asked to speak to someone who would give me a solution and they said that there was no other solution than just to continue waiting for them to communicate, of course the work has already been paid in full, do not trust it because it is a place without word and without seriousness and of course it is not cheap

The receptionist is rude. She refuse to tell you her name, she speak down on you by saying things like you need our help, we dont need yours.. I would rather do business with someone who respect me and work with me; not an attorney who allows her staff to belittle or talk down on people. Save it for someone else. I DO NOT recommend doing business here.

CPS took my sisters kids without probable cause. Elizabeth and her team were referred to us by another great lawyer. She told us everything that would happen, let us know what we needed to do. When it came to the court date they did what needed to be done. They poked holes in the lies. The kids were returned to us. We all cried!! Elizabeth and the childrens lawyer cried with us. Shes a gem! Thank you, so much! The other reviews cant be talking about the same person. You also have to remember youre on a retainer...

I do not recommend it, the lawyer was very kind at first, after paying her almost 4000 dollars in advance for what she charged us!!!!!! He made it very long for us, and charged us separately, on the other hand it was scary that we also paid it in advance! To go short we waited almost 2 years, in the last court we had Lla was paid in advance for almost two years, he wants to charge us again for representing us, he tells us that if we do not pay him again a payment of 1000 dollars he would leave my husband thrown out in court, a few days after her court, we decided not to pay her, and my husband showed up without a lawyer, she sends her assistant in the middle of court, my husband arrives all distracted and with no idea what was happening, she calls my husband He told the judge that he did not have a lawyer and he would only represent himself!!!! and he left immediately, now he sends us emails that we owe him almost 3000 dollars, charging us, supposedly the entire balance is paid, He has very little professional ethics in the few courts we had, he was always late! #DontRecomend! You represented my husband!!!!!!!!!!!!

Basically paid $75 for nothing. The only legal advice was 3 websites that provide legal advice for free. Front desk person was inexperienced. The location alone was sketchy. Didn t even meet with Elizabeth who was the main person we set up to meet with to begin with. Don t find Elizabeth and her team professional or even experienced.

Won t ever return phone calls or emails, you have to be constantly calling or going to her office to get them to do anything and get you information about your case. The worst lawyer that could exist, I dont recommend her for anything in the world, she just steals your money.... I hired her only for a Child support case in 2017. Her office never notified me of my court date. If I had not been calling and calling, I would have missed the first and only court I have had since I hired her services for more than a day. year and a half and still nothing has happened.... And it is worth mentioning that apart from everything she did not ask in court what she and I had agreed on.... When I call they never answer me so I have to go to the office to ask about my case and I always meet someone who, like me, is complaining about not receiving any response from them......WORST LAWYER IN THE WORLD

No words can ever express how much Elizabeth Rivera means to my family and I! She is absolutely amazing. I have used her in numerous cases ranging from Divorce and custody to child support. She takes her cases personal and fights for her clients and the children involved. My babies are now safe and protected because of her. My family and I wouldn t be the same without her. No matter how busy she is, she will always be there for you. I wish I could say my cases were simple but that s far from the truth and she never turned us away or shrugged us off.
