My husband and I were hesitant to spend money updating our Trust which had been done by another law firm years ago. I am so glad we made the investment. Our attorneys, Katie Manchaca and Will Mahaffy did a thorough job setting up the Trust and patiently explained the legalese so that we would have a clear understanding of the documents. Also, they showed us exactly how to set up our beneficiaries for all of our accounts. We needed the services of Thomas-Walters in an emergency situation. I found out I needed open heart surgery ASAP. I didnt even have a medical power of attorney. I contacted Katie Manchaca on Thursday and explained the situation. She got our family info (including our business) and recommended we have a family trust. By Monday she had everything we needed drawn up for both my wife and I. We met with Meredith Thomas for the signing. They were both very knowledgable and very thorough in explaining everything. The documents also came with a very helpful list for setting up beneficiaries for various types of accounts. And the charges seemed reasonable. I highly recommend them for estate planning services.

On a lark my wife and I attended a seminar presented by a Leslie Thomas. Our main interest was to protect our assets for the grandchildrens education fund. The presentation was outstanding. Leslie answered questions we didnt know we had. The presentation prompted us to have the firm create a will and trust and we are very pleased with the final product. I especially appreciate their guaranteed lifetime commitment which we have taken advantage of on one occasion.

She was extremely nice through the entire process, listening to our situation (having sold two businesses) and our somewhat unusual wants for our adult daughters. I recommend her firm highly.
