Brandon and his staff did a wonderful job counseling us to create a family trust and will. We went to another local lawyer who provided minimal guidance and support! We had to forfeit our legal fees with her firm after a year and invest in McGee Law who completed our trust and will in 3 meetings! We highly recommend McGee Law for your estate planning!!

Brandon and his team did excellent work setting up our family trust. All our questions were answered and succinct, useful reference materials were provided. Brandon also have us steps for legacy planning . handing down cherished - but perhaps not valuable - family heirlooms. This was especially meaningful to my husband and me. He also discussed the importance of and means of documenting and sharing our family history for the next generation. All in all, a wonderful process. Highly recommend.

I attended no-cost seminars on Estate Planning and Medicare/LTC in October 2020. All presented by Brandon McGee. This lead to my wife and I contracting with the McGee Law Firm to prepare a Revocable, Family Trust package with POAs, Pour-over Wills, Medical Documents and such in Feb/March 2021. Brandon McGee and staff were nothing but professional and friendly. And quite knowledgeable regarding Estate Planning. All meetings were conveniently scheduled for both the Southlake and Fort Worth offices to accommodate our schedules. Brandon is thorough in explaining the Estate Planning process, the pros/cons of Wills versus Trusts, tax implications and the cost of his services. Brandon and staff drafted all documents, guided us through the signing and funding process and presented us with a comprehensive, organized binder with our documents (both paper and electronic) upon completion. The binder also contains useful planning documents & actions for us to complete going forward (revise PODs/Beneficiaries on both retirements accounts, banking/investments, burial docs, life insurance revisions, list of sentimental items to pass down...). His office took care of all documents/fees/filing to revise the Deed on our house to the Trust with the county offices. In summary, the entire process was very professional, thorough and completed with great quality (no mistakes made). Brandon and staff are competent and friendly.
