Both the dental and ortho associates are top notch! Dr. Strickland, Evelyn, and the rest of the crew are top notch and take care of us during every visit. Dr. Edwards did a splendid job with my Childrens ortho needs, and working with Robin was nothing short of spectacular. Any issues we had were solved with patience and grace. I had a rootcanal, filling and crown on my canine tooth and it was right next to my tooth extraction 2 months ago. People say a rootcanal is the worse but to me it wasnt. The only thing that truly hurt was the shots. It took 10hrs for the swelling and numbness to start going down but still a little swelling with a tad bit numbness the next day.

I noticed there is a trend with many reviews . I was looking for a new dentist for cleaning and possible other work done. Yesterday I took the time to fill out the paper work, insurance and all to save me time . I got to the office at the scheduled time . I had to wait 50 minutes to be brought back for an x ray. The x ray machines were out dated and did not work . The vests did not close and I had to hold the vest as I was in the x ray machine . Then I had to wait over an hour for the doctor to see me for 50 seconds . We talked about cleaning , an extraction and a free orthodontic consultation. I had to wait like 30 minutes for a plan to be written up for me. They showed me the plan where my insurance would not be paying my cleaning bill . My gums did not bleed . I ve always had cleanings paid for by my insurance. I knew something was fishy. Bad customer service . Outdated equipment . Blatant disrespect for my time . I won t be going back .

Worst dental place I ve ever been. They made me wait 30 minutes after my appointment time, they only took one x-ray (ONE ONLY) after A while they said my insurance didn t go Through and send me a high bill for it, like if they did all the x-rays that one should have on file. the dentist that diagnosed me he barely checked me and left, and they said how much it would cost me to repair my tooth which was a HIGH ridiculous amount then I left. I ain t rich I work hard for my money I don t mind paying for a service when I know it s worth it but this service definitely wasn t. I don t recommend their services such a bad experience

Im 62 my whole life I have been ashamed of my teeth. Was made fun of. I wouldnt smile. I was scared of going to the dentist Ive had terrible experiences with dentist that only cared about money. They did terrible work on my teeth. When I went to Monarch Dental at 1900 Mall Circle in Fort Worth The staff was very nice to me. The.dentist was a.very nice man that made me feel at ease with getting my teeth worked on. I appreciate his dedication to his work. I will not go anywhere else for my dental needs. He was the only dentist Ive dealt with that cares about his patients more than the money. He and his associate that helped me made me comfortable and at ease. On a scale of 1 to 10 i give them a 100 for helping me. They are the best dental office in Fort Worth. They are a five star office. I go back on the 29th of Dec. To what I thought was 2 teeth pulled and a bridge. Ive have been telling Evelyn C since Dec 8th I have 2600 dental benefits to use before the end of December or I will lose them. I had to verify myself before being seen. Isnt that the office dental ladies job? I even called my provider in a three way with Evelyn the office manager to get seen sooner. Evelyn could have got my authorization in 72 hours she did not. The office manager is lazy, rude, she tried to intimidate me it didnt work. I lost 2600 in dental benefits because she didnt do her job. Im very disgusted with Evelyn not getting my authorization on time. Dr. Strickland is a good dentist the back office assistants are great, but the office manager Evelyn C needs to be replaced.

Caution: Suspicious Establishment During my initial encounter with this establishment, I observed a woman expressing dissatisfaction with the treatment she received, citing excessive roughness. I had specifically made an appointment for a routine cleaning, considering my military background and the numerous X-rays I have undergone over the years. These records should be readily available or easily obtainable upon request. However, upon arriving for my scheduled cleaning, I was informed that I would need to return another time solely for X-rays. This leads me to believe that the staff may have been unwilling to accommodate my cleaning due to a desire to conclude their workday prematurely on a Saturday. The urgency with which the dentist assessed my oral condition further supported this assumption. Subsequently, on my second visit to obtain the simple cleaning, I was once again turned away. As a side note, it is pertinent to mention that I have consistently maintained excellent oral hygiene, and every dentist I have visited in the past has commended me on the exceptional care I take of my teeth. When I expressed my preference for a standard cleaning rather than an additional deep clean, I was denied the service. Given that this establishment is listed as an in-network provider for Tricare, and yet it appears to engage in practices aimed at extracting more money through unjustified claims, there is a clear indication of potential fraudulent activities. I strongly advise against seeking services at this location.

Upon arrival the staff appeared to be friendly but once I got to the back everything was very rushed! The Physician lacked beside manner and did not even acknowledge me or my issue just gave a treatment plan and a plethora of pills. My appointment wasn t scheduled properly for an emergency root canal and the antibiotics were not working so I contacted The staff after 4 days and was laughed at and told food had nothing to do with my infection or pain. I felt dismissed and on top of that can t hardly open my mouth. I will not recommended this office to anyone unless you want rushed and inconsiderate care.

I had my tooth extracted yesterday and this was BY FAR THE BEST dental experience I have ever had! The entire staff is very kind and made sure that I was comfortable even though I was absolutely terrified. The procedure was smoother than I thought it would be and over very quickly. The Dr. even personally called me today just to check on me and see if I had any questions. I highly, highly recommend this place. Ive found my permanent dentist after years of searching! I was having a severe tooth ache that I knew required a root canal. My regular dentist does not do root canals. It was a week in North Texas where everything was shut down due to an ice storm. I tried calling several dentists who were endodentists and nobody was opened and one had to wait until Monday. This was a Thursday. Hands down this is the best dentist Ive ever been to in my life!!! The customer service is superb from all the staff. They are compassionate and really assuring. I had a tooth extraction I was worried about. They offered laughing gas as a Additional service. For someone like me who has PTSD I was really at ease and grateful I am pain free from my tooth. Two more extractions to go. The dentist was very professional and gentle. I felt so comfortable and I love going there. Waiting room is very cozy. Im grateful that it is walking distance from my home. I definitely recommend this place. Just be prepared to pay for services.

Staff of this facility were all very friendly. I ve never had a dentist check up on me but this one did. All in all it was a good experience considering I m not fond of them. I would recommend Monarch Dental at Ridgmar to anyone.

Monarch Dental in Fort Worth by the mall is the best place for dental work I ve ever been to and I highly recommend this place to everyone!! They were very professional, the dentist was exceptional and they really listened to what I was saying, I love this Monarch Dental!! Im a child of the 60s and those that can remember know that dentistry was no picnic back then. My kids convinced to me to come here and I am so thankful I did. They recognized right off the bat I was extremely nervous and the very gracious front desk ladies would continue to tell me Your in good hands, we will take care of you. My x-ray tech was a doll , again reassuring me and letting Doc know I was one of those patients lol. Doctor Strickland came in....wow..he has an air of confidence, caring, and unbelievable compassion. He met me while I was standing and it took less than five minutes for to sit in the chair, I knew I was in the best hands possible. Thank you all for not giving up on me. God Bless You All, and I feel so Blessed to be your patient. I cant wait to be out of pain and have my new smile! ****Update* .I had my procedures done yesterday, we were going to split it up in four visits to make it easier on me and my nerves, Doc Strickland is so amazing that we got it all done in five hours! I was relaxed and felt very safe, he talks you through every step. I have NEVER been able to handle the dentist that well, Doc Strickland is the best dentist hands down! I felt no.pain during the procedure, not even from those awful numbing shots, and the greatest thing is I woke up this morning in absolutely NO Pain other then being sore from holding my mouth open! Doctor Strickland...you are my hero. Al I can say is thank you and you are a Godsend!

Staff was friendly and had answers to all the questions. Trust me I had mini. My appointment was at 4:30, which was really convenient because I get off work at 3:30. Most doctors offices are closed at a certain time. This one was open. This is not the only reason that I went there. Another reason was I have read good reviews about it but a lot of times I don t just go on reviews. I want to see for myself. Well I did and I will be returning, the doctor explained everything that needed to get done and the process is quick and easy. But they re caring when they re messing around inside your mouth. No pain at all they make you comfortable.

The Staff spectacular, but I cant afford it. Except for the Lying girl who did my Financial part, who viciously lied and fraudentially told me my Insurance would only cover whole teeth abstractions, no broke teeth, which at 68 is the majority of what I got left. I would have to get that financed, with a Down payment of $2000!

My visit here is always pleasant, the staff is very helpful and friendly. They do thrive to make you smile. The dentist, well what can I say, he is a dentist and not many like seeing a dentist. However, he was just as nice and courteous as the staff. Up to this point, I give them fives starts for the professionalism of the dentist and staff with the courteousness to my feelings and making me comfortable. The lowering in stars comes from the outdated equipment (which still does the job) and even the poster of statistics is from 2015. If you are going to boost on yourself do it with more recent years posters, seven years have passed since that poster, and many ratings are changed yearly or less. I have no problem using older equipment when it still does the job and is accommodating to the consumer. But when it is uncomfortable and not as accurate (prone to human error) then it is time to upgrade. With all this said I would recommend this dental service and I have been here twice.
