Back in December 2021 I was charged with hit & run to summarize what happened I was on the back side of my car and crashed into a pole being disorientated from the accident I walked away and was found 2 streets over scratched up and with a lump to my head - I suffered a concussion - I hired Wes Ball to help me with this case and he only made it worse for me, he told me there s no way to prove what I m claiming and wanting to agree to a deal with the judge. I declined, I ended up hiring a new lawyer thanks to my families help and got the whole case dismissed Wes Ball is a greedy man and didn t care for my well being please don t trust him and his reviews!

Back in August 2020 I was involved in an altercation with a family member that resulted in my arrest for assault with a deadly weapon. As I shopped around for a lawyer Mr. Ball was the fourth lawyer I saw. All other lawyers were quick to tell me how complicated my case was and I should get ahead of it, they wasted no time asking for money up front. Yet none of them wanted to see me in person due to the pandemic. When I reached out to Mr. Ball s office not only were they professional but they understood my need to want to see someone in person, they saw me that same day. When I explained the situation to him, he explained all the ways my case could go at no moment did I feel rushed. When our meeting was over he explained his fees and payment options. He went on to tell me that my case hadn t been filled yet so to take my time choosing a lawyer. Mr.Ball even went on to give me advise on qualities that I should make sure the lawyer I hired should have to properly defend me in this case. He then told me he would have his assistant check weekly and give me a call once the case had been filled to see if I would still be needing his services. At this point all this exceptional service and I still hadn t hired him. I left his office feeling at ease knowing I had found my lawyer. Around November 2020 I received a call from Mr.Ball assistant letting me know my case was filled and my first court date was in January 2021 so I hired him. The case was prolonged due to covid. I had about three court dates with in a year. With the evidence he presented my case was dismissed on January 2022. With his experience everything played out exactly how he described in our first meeting. My family and myself are forever grateful with Mr. Wes Ball because of him I m home with my husband and four kids.

Wes Ball was the public defender appointed to represent my sons probation revokation. Not only did he get the prosecutor to offer the minimum required sentence but he SPENT THE NEXT HOUR AND A HALF just making sure my son was given credit for time he spent in a court ordered rehab resulting in time served. He could have just let TDCJ figure it out but he went the extra mile to make sure it was taken care of before my son went in front of the judge. Thank you, Mr. Ball, for your hard work.
