I absolutely love American Cleaners. They are always so kind and attentive to your requests. My clothes always look s amazing. I ve been to several Cleaners around town and this one is by far the best!

Down comforter - bad smell. Took my down comforter there to be cleaned. Returned to pick up order a few days later and the odor of chemicals was very strong. I tried to air out and put in my dryer with dryer sheets, but no luck. Eventually let it air out for another day then tried to sleep with it last night. Couldnt do it. Smell was overwhelming. Tried to wash myself but had to finally take to another place in town and was able to get the smell out. Anyhow, no idea what they used but it was not good. My best to them and their business, they were plenty friendly, and maybe they clean a mean shirt based on the other reviews, but I wouldnt take my comforter there again. Just being honest.

RUINED MY WEDDING DRESS My bridal store recommended this place, so I took my $2400 wedding dress to this place for cleaning days before my wedding to have the it cleaned. When I picked up my dress, most of the glitter that were on my dress were on the floor, some of the threads have came out, and my dress did not look the same as when I dropped it off. I explained to the owner how the quality of the dress is different from when I picked it up and dropped it off and he just made excuses but NEVER apologized. He refused to make it right by offering my money back and told me that I can find and buy a glitter spray to spray on my dress. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

This business is AMAZING!! The owners are professional and will do anything to help the customer...they have made a rod for my car to bring my clothes home and to make sure my clothes stay perfect. They are WONDERFUL, kind, caring, and I would recommend their services to EVERYONE!!!

I walked in Thursday asking for my shirt and pants to be pressed and starched. I was on a time limit due to unexpected death. I had funeral I was going to be in on Saturday. They were respectful to me and they understood. They got it done they very next day before 3 . I can not thank them enough!!

Just a few days before my daughters wedding her dress needed to be cleaned!!!!.... they were able to do this in a very short time and did a fabulous job!!! They truly saved the day as they were able to do this on short notice.... thank you I will do business with no other Cleaner... they have an attention to detail and truly care about the job they do.... thank you again
