We were there for the Evnnne concert. The staff was very friendly! However, after VIP did high touch and the group photo, we were made to line up in the heat. It was 105° and we waited outside for an hour. There are also no bathroom facilities available until the concert. Otherwise, the sound was good and I could see well.

Thoroughly enjoyed the orchestra, favorite part was the drunk guy sitting nearby singing and having a great time, but being obnoxious. When he was kicked out he yelled I dont think you realize who I am and everyone laughed at him. The Show must go on!! I had a great night. The orchestra was amazing!

It was a beautiful show and the people were so friendly. I just was sad that we couldnt hear the vocalists very good. So it was disappointing. We couldn t he ear what they were singing. The good thing is we knew the songs so that helped. But I felt sorry for them because they were giving it their all. You could tell. I even went down and told two different people and nothing changed. So the whole show was like that. Very good show quality entertainment. They just need a new sound man or make some changes please.

I just got back from watching Saturday night fights live on 6-22-24. The Ridglea Theater was perfect. The acoustics were great. The Boxing action was competitive. I had a nice time. Lets do it again....Soon!

Saw a comedy show there that was moved to this space last minute. I had concerns but it was actually a great space for it, it was clean the sound was great. I had a cocktail that was delicious. The staff was super friendly. Definitely worthy of a 5 star review.

The Ridglea Theater venue itself is fine. My biggest problem was the drink pricing at the Ridglea theater bar. There are two bars on either end of the theater. At one bar we ordered a margarita and a beer (total $14) ok I thought not bad, par for the course for event pricing. Tipped at that bar. There was lots of time before the show so my friend asked for a water. They charged me $4 for a bottle of water. It wasn t even a big bottle of water, it s the kind of bottled water you can spend $4 for a case at the supermarket. I was floored, so I didn t tip on that bottle of water because sheesh. Then I went back to the same bartender later and got 2 more beers and paid $16 for two regular size domestic beers (coors lite and a modelo). I think the bartender hated me for not tipping on the water earlier. How can a coors lite be more expensive than a margarita (no there were no special drink offers that night). I ve never felt so price gouged in my life. Don t order drinks at Ridglea Theater. Just don t.

Minors NO in and out for minors (under the age of 21). Minors 13 and under not admitted without parent, both minor and parent must possess ticket for admission into ticketed events. That s the policy from their website. We purchased Tickets for an All ages event, but they refused to admit kids under 13 even with parents. We ll see if our tickets are even refunded. We were told we couldn t enter after they were scanned in.

This place was tacky! Sorry I just didnt see the charm. The only thing good about this venue was the sound system and the artist!!! The bathrooms need remodeling in the worst way. The ladies room had toilet tissue in the paper towel dispensary. The place has more railings than seating area. If any artist is going to attract a crowd it better be a small one! There are ways to do subtle upgrades to make this a comfortable place. For goodness sakes please lose those hard damn chairs! Uncomfortable and enjoyment dont go hand in hand. Before you book and engagement at this locale do yourself a favor and take a good look at this drab place.

My son and I went to see Lorna Shore, along with many other fantastic bands. We got there early, around 5, doors opened at 6. So, we waited in line along with everyone else. The venue employees did a great job at speeding the entry process up by checking IDS and security checking while everyone was in line that way, when the doors opened, it made the process of entering so much faster and easier. It is a very small venue but its a very good venue. The merchandise people were wonderful, the bartenders were fast and kind, security was friendly too. All of the employees were very nice and helpful. They do have a balcony that has seating but, Im not sure if its opened for all events so I would check the listing when purchasing tickets. We did the general admission floor, standing. Honestly, we had no complaints. Highly recommend seeing your favorite bands here. Looking forward to coming back. Overall an excellent experience.

Very quaint venue! We visited to hear Vandell Andrew, and we truly enjoyed the show. Venue is cute and quaint, nice setup. Staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The band sounds were great, most definitely a vibe! Easy self parking, comfortable cool temperature in this TX heat, and pretty comfortable seats too. Bar was average event pricing, and well made. There was no food menu offered so will want to plan ahead there. We will definitely return to see more of our favorite artists perform.

Bathroom toilets always clog, sewer smell throughout the whole building occasionally, front row parking is impossible in a sedan or anything with low clearance, not enough parking in general, different company offices share climate so if your neighbor and you are hot/cold they always get messed with.

Saw Danny Duncan here.. (YouTuber) Great little concert venue. Our line to get in strung around the entire complex... I thought were not going to fit into this place... Although it was raining...the good news it is mostly covered while waiting in line. But we did with lots of room to spare. Good sound & lighting. 3 bars located in venue. Lots of free parking.

Love this old theater. Lots of great childhood memories seeing movies. The renovation to an event center has kept the old theatre charm while upgrading to an awesome new venue. I have attended multiple events for various types of events and always well done. I was able to co-host an auction and celebration a few years and the staff/infrastructure/price was all so well done. Highly recommend for medium sized events.

Worst ever, they gave our seats away away first off. Told us it was sit where you want but you had to sit in the back. Our group had numbered seats in premium section. So now we were separated. The bath rooms were out of order. They allowed an over abundance of walk in general admission which over fill the place and FD had to respond for fire code violations. The show started hour late. We left. Poo live crew concert.

We were not in the big theater room but a smaller bar area. It was fantastic. The bad we saw was very good. The drinks we had were very yummy. There is not a ton of room, if you need to use a wheelchair, it might be tight, but it will be worth effort. I am sure the staff will accommodate your needs, and the bathrooms are huge!

Other then a fine taste, the service was, something I have never seen. Our waiter was in the process of getting our drinks, and then walked off while one of us was being told what they have. Then the waiter came back after a while and gave us 2 more ketchup, instead of the sauce for the chicken...
