Our Minter Mortgage team worked with Kelly and Karen for the first time and had a smooth transaction for our buyers. These ladies displayed wonderful teamwork in their office when one of them had to be out, the other stepped in to balanced final figures for closing, so that nothing would be held up. Also, our buyers had split notaries in 2 different states, and they scheduled that efficiently with no complications. We had a great experience with Shaundras team at Fidelity. As the lender its always great when we have an awesome title partner to help the transaction go smoothly. They were integral in us getting this file from submission to clear-to-close in just 7 business days on a short escrow home purchase. Pretty Terrible experience . They need more staff or something. (Home Seller) Received my final closing docs at 5:10 pm the night before my 9 am signing. There was multiple discrepancies and additional items on the docs of course giving me no time to deal with any of them. Told them I need another day to sort out and they said the buyers would sue me if I didnt close. Imagine that stress?! Anyways, they know what they are doing, just a cocky, uncaring, mush of chaos. Suggestion from me would be to have someone provide guidance of what is going on with liens and items like that prior to the close date.
