It was not as good as it was 5-10 years ago. We came in because we received the email about the special they had on shrimp and fish baskets. And aright before the bill I showed the waiter the email and they said Oh you were supposed to show me that before you ordered. Besides, we cant give you that special price anyway because it only applies to a fish other than catfish. Sorry, I just work here.

Our server came twice the first five minutes to get drinks and orders, that s good.. right? Then 45 minutes later, I m still waiting on food. All we had were oysters, fries and one entree. It was 3 pm on a Monday with two other tables in the restaurants. Waitress never checked on us again, and I actually waved her over from the bar and she just waved it off. The server who brought our food out at minute 50 after seating provided better service than our waitress did.

Ive been going here for many years and never had such bad service. The food was only fair. Definitely not what we expect from Razoos. Ordered appetizer and never got it. When waiter brought food, I asked what happened, he said Ill go get it. Of course we didnt want it now that our food was on the table. The crawfish fondue appetizer was the reason we decide to celebrate my wifes birthday here. Waiter was just to busy flirting with hostess to be taking care of customers. I doubt well ever return.

When they have the boiled crayfish I give them a 10. But I just dont think crayfish should be fried. Those were hard and covered in bread with a tiny piece of rubber meat inside. So I dont recommend the fried crayfish but the boiled crayfish should be on the regular menu. Overall a good place to eat. The grits are legit and creamy love those as well. I would return.

Without question, the staff here was the best I ve seen in years. We engaged with about 8 staff during our Sunday night dinner. Every single one of them was happy, excited, joked, were attentive, and were simply a delight to have short engagements with. Can you say the same about many other places?? I cannot say better things. Something is being done here right and I cannot recommend a better food experience (yes the food and drink was great!!!) but the atmosphere and staff made this an absolute enjoyable and set the standard of how restaurants NEED to be run.

Around the first week of August, decided to go to Razzoo s for dinner.. I ordered the crawfish Etouffee & the Boudin Balls for myself.. It was really good.. Cheyenne, my waitress was pretty cool & nice.. she also checked on our table often & kept us hydrated.. Wish I could give her 10 stars.. Overall, we greatly enjoyed the Razzoo s experience.. It s a good place with welcoming staff and tasty food that hits my Cajun spot.. From appetizers to dessert, Razzoo s does an all-around good job, satisfying my eyes and stomach.. I definitely recommend trying Razzoo s for anyone who wants that good Cajun cusinine.. On top of that, it s a pretty causal sit-down place, so you can go anytime with anyone.. And the music isnt too loud.. I will definitely be back...

When we first arrived, our group of 9 was seated by another very large group who was being so loud that we couldnt hear each other talk, so we requested to be moved further away. Management took care of this without any problems, which we greatly appreciated. Unfortunately for our waiter Shawn, this ment that he had 2 large groups that were now on opposite sides of the building. He handled this like a pro and was kind, funny, and on top of anticipating our groups needs. The food was good, but Shawn was amazing and helped to make the two birthdays in our group be a fun and memorable experience. He was absolutely, hands down, the best waiter Ive ever had.

Lovely Cajun on a Corner location. Lots of pretenders out there. This ain t it. This stuff is authentic folks. Great location, great views, great dining experience, corner dining with plenty to talk about as the charm of old Ft Worth comes alive along Main Street. Take a break from sightseeing or the nearby TCU water spouts and take yourself back to New Orleans for a quick authentic bite. Pricing terrific for such a hot, desirable location. We are out of town folk and we randomly stumbled upon this place. My son and I were a little skeptical, but very quickly, the skepticism went away. As soon as you set foot into the door, youre awed by the vibrant colors and the friendly staff. We were seated in a reasonable time frame given the full restaurant. The server was very friendly, provided great suggestions and was quick with our food. He checked on us frequently. The food delicious, it was our first time trying Cajun food. We bordered alligator tail, delicious btw, ordered a craw fish bowl (the name is escaping me), and blackened chicken. Absolutely delicious. 10/10 recommend.

Our red headed waitress was lovely and the food was good for a quick restaurant. However the manager on duty needs a lesson in communication. In the future the restaurant should disclose what s in a meal not shame the patron for not asking beforehand. I wouldn t assume there was ground beef in my seafood dish. They did accommodate after we asked- but the customer service on the managers part needs work. Dietary restrictions: Don t assume ask or be shamed for not.

I was not impressed with this place. When you think of new orleans inspired Cajun meals I want to be punched in the face with flavor and spice. We got a few of the seafood appetizers and they were not good at all, there was no flavor and even our fries were flavorless and cold. We got the bacon wrapped shrimp, all you could taste was the grill and we got the Creole oysters which tasted like nothing. We sat down and weren t even acknowledge or served. We had to go up to the bar to ask for a menu. Not the worst place I ve been to but will not recommend or go back.

Ordered the stuffed chicken, when it came out it was a thin slice of grilled chicken laying on top of boudin and mash potatoes (NOT STUFFED). That is not stuffed and hardly any boudin, it was good and could of been 5 stars but fell a little short. Everything else was great!

Me and my family are from out of town but we decided to stop here tonight for dinner and we could not have made a better Choice. Rudy was our server and he was absolutely amazing very Attentive and he even recommended something off the menu for me. Beer was warm. Shrimp was extra small popcorn size, no one had a smile. Very loud. Gumbo was the worst I ever, completely flavorless. They were very out of touch of Cajun food. They really didn t represent what Cajun food is. Never again for me.

Acoustics ridiculously loud. Food was AWFUL. I ordered shrimp and oyster gumbo. It was not hot, the shrimp were the pre-cooked Costco type and broth had NO FLAVOR. My husband s skillet had a weird tomato sauce on top of rice that was, I don t know what! Very loud, bad food, will not recommend to anyone!

Let me address the service first, off the bat just bad. I sat at the bar and ordered a drink and when i was IDd the waiter had the nerve to try to check me for my name, as if i wasnt wearing a giant badge that had my name on it that matched my ID. And i know he was trying to check if i had a fake, because he didnt ask anyone else their name for their food and they didnt ask me my name when they brought the food out finally. Emphasis on finally; i got a lunch order of the etoufee, with half shrimp half chicken, and it took about half an hour for it to actually come out. I also ordered half a dozen raw oysters, for reasons i will explain in the food section, that came out without being detached from the shell and without an oyster fork to do so. The food....mediocre at best. Like I said, i got the etoufee and it was a tad bit too soupy for my tastes, but thats my personal preference tbh. Now, maybe this is because I ordered from the lunch section, but the actual portion size i received was pitiful. I paid $10 for what was essentially a kids plate. I figured the whole point of a lunch special would be to let you try something for a cheaper price at a time when they might not be as busy as usual, but apparently it just serves as a second kids menu. The normal price was $13 so its not even like they were doing me a favor unless thats actually the size of the plate they give out for a normal meal, which is, like i said, pitiful. However, the main issue i had with it is that the flavors were all there, just not balanced very well, and they were fairly light. When i think of Cajun food, I think of an explosion of flavor, and this was FAR from that, but i wouldnt say it was bad. Thats more than I can say for the oysters. Terrible. I ate 2 of them and the other 4 were either strangely warm, strangely liquidy, and/or just off tasting. One of them felt fibrous and thats a big no go for me. Complete waste of money. I will give them the kudos for supplying ample saltine crackers to go with it, and their cocktail sauce was banging, but thats about it. Where i think this place really shines is its atmosphere. The music is great. The ambiance is great. Good amount of tvs to watch a game on if youre into that. Probably a good place to knock a couple beers back, so at least it has that going for it. Oh, they also have outdoor seating thats shaded so you can enjoy the bustle of Fort Worth around you as you dine. TL;DR: food is mediocre, service is not the best, but its a great place to go watch a game or just chat and catch up with someone. Maybe to people watch outside. Think the Applebees of Cajun food.
