Hi. We're HopFusion Ale Works, a veteran-owned craft brewery in Fort Worth, Texas. We opened in late November, 2016 - deep in the heart of The Near Southside. Our passions run deep and far − the outdoors, the Near Southside, cycling, the arts, local food, good friends, friendly dogs and, yes, excellent craft beer. We’ve discovered along the way that craft beer isn’t about a product or even a brand. It's about community and friends. At its core, craft beer is about the experience. We are lucky to be a part of a vibrant community that supports locally-owned businesses and are honored to have the opportunity to share our passion. At least 19 beers on-tap (every drop brewed 40ft from the taps) + wine + cider + seltzer + non-alcoholic.

With the spirit of the Near Southside culture, this independently owned brewery was an early contribution to the roots of this neighborhood. Owners hand craft both the beer and the metalwork designs you see on-site. Multi International Awards achieved for their beer. They have a huge 16 x9 indoor screen for games, and a large outdoor patio with umbrellas. Staff is always welcoming, if you re looking for where the locals go, you ve found it here. Sláinte!

I wish I could put zero stars. I was here with a friend celebrating and having a good time when we got cut off. We were fully cognitive and didnt understand why we got cut off. I will never come here again and I hope that the color our skin had nothing to do with it.

In 25 years now Ive never been disrespected the way I had been today we came here for a celebration for a couple of hours and I guess the guy had a power trip because he was counting how many beers I was drinking with equivalent to six to his number tall white guy with glasses who was I assume counting my beers but its not like I had like one after the other we were just enjoying our times and talking about what we were doing with with a friend of mine that I brought over here but never again while I come back to this place even though I came here from day one when this place was bumping for tejano supposedly Tuesday and I feel like they discriminated on me and my friend which we are both Hispanic. So what happened was he cut me off after six beers that he said I drank within a less than 3-hour period I was like are you serious and then he got combative with me and of course I lost my top but at the same time I had every right we were talking to the other bartender like it was nothing and had a great time with him and then this guy shows up and expects for us to leave because he tabbed us out which was uncalled for because we were not slaring our speech we werent loud we were not combative we were just simply enjoying our celebrations and for him to cut his off the way he did given that we are Hispanic and it supposedly being tejano Tuesday we were sitting at the bar at that time and it was just really on card for I left because I was pissed off and I did cuss him out but hes lucky that thats all I did Im a huge guy and I could have done a lot worse and done and said a lot of things but I didnt I told him where to go and thats that I hope I never have to see him ever again outside this bar!... But the other bartender that I was dealing with was awesome I hope he wasnt the instigator on this but he had a beard and mustache a little shorter than the other guy and was down to Earth because I was showing him stuff off my phone about other venues that being said whoever owns this place needs to really check who runs their bars cuz theyre going to run off the wrong people that has a saying in this world and Google will say it! As I say to everybody else that disrespects me or does me wrong is good luck with that!

With so many nice options nearby with way better service I m surprised on the high ratings here . Was great weather outside and we sat down on the patio (nice view of downtown) and were never greeted or told by anyone. Used the scan code to order a $15 fight, $1 upcharge on almost all the beers. They were delivered to the table which was nice and The Mexican lager was truly amazing, like literally one of the best beers I ve had in in a while. The crème brûlée Porter was pretty good too, but the blondes weren t worth mentioning. The only time we saw an actual person that worked there was the guy who walked up and delivered the beer, looked directly into my soul and said hey like he didn t even see me and then just walked off. No actual friendly greeting or any direction on the order of beers in the flight. Nothing. How is it that a place can ask you to scan and order your own items, barely acknowledge you when it s delivered and then try and charge you 20-25% gratuity? No thanks. We left without finishing the flight and headed over to the Bearded Lady around the corner which was a much better experience.

Theyve always had pretty solid beers, but over the last 2-3 years theyve been steadily getting better. They have a great selection and its a great place to hang out. The patio is perfect for a nice day. You can also grab food from any of the restaurants around to enjoy with your beer

Love coming here because of the patio when it s nice and the inside when it s no so nice out. Great selection of IPAs and if you re really lucky, you ll catch them when they have Fiesty Brunette on tap. Can also catch some good live music on the weekends as well as a giant projection screen for games and fight nights

This is one of my favorite breweries! The inside is great with lots of games you can borrow to play and the outside patio is wonderful too! We bring the pups here a lot because it is a large space and they can roam a little more than some other breweries (both are under 2 years old so they are curious and excited)! And if you aren t a beer drinker, they have ciders from Locust Cider there as well!

We have tried (and enjoyed) Hop Fusion beers at various restaurants and festivals. So when my husband and I planned a stayaction in Fort Worth, Hop Fusions brewery was on our must do list. We really enjoyed this brewery! It was just the right ambiance - lots of folks playing board games, watching sports on the giant TVs, or just hanging out. Dogs are welcome both inside and out, and there is plenty of space if your pup is a little shyer than others. Hop Fusion is the perfect place to try a flight. They have lots of unique flavors, and their flights are generous 5 oz pours. I even discovered a new favorite - El Gran Pepinillo - a lager infused with Best Maid pickles and chili arbol peppers! I will definitely be keeping my eye out for this tasty brew when I am out and about!

My Saturday consisted of having A beer at the bearded lady with crawfish. Moved to HopFusion had two beers, went to get the 3rd and a man named Casey, decided to cut off my entire party. We re talking about 1030am-4pm for 4 beers. This was ABSOLUTELY EMBARRASSING!!!!! The manager was phenomenal but unfortunately couldn t help what s already been done. THINK TWICE ABOUT GOING HERE! I have been to several craft breweries throughout Texas and have poured at 2 different breweries, I have to say, this place is in my top 2 thus far! Coco Anejo is delicious!!! I have always been a death by coconut fan from Oscar Blues and Coco Anejo is in a class by itself and blows death by Coconut away! Everything else I tried was excellent, I admire the creativeness and fun you put into your beer.

Beers are fantastic here and pre-covid the energy and games were awesome. I m obsessed with their kombucha and order cans to-go as often as we can. The only slight issue is some of the servers are not nice. Some of the times I went to order to-go cans they acted so put-out, one tall dark haired guy rolled his eyes and said ugh really when I asked for 2 cans to go. And just this last week the young tattooed girl server was so incredibly rude to our group, she would point at empty glasses at our table and then waved at us to give them to her without saying anything. Then when we ordered a can of kombucha to go she said we don t do that . I totally understand that the past 2 years have been tough but when you have patrons actively trying to support a small business and the server makes you feel totally unwelcome it sucks a bit.

Hop Fusion has been killing it for years now, and you are doing yourself a disservice if you havent checked out their taproom yet! There are always a few taproom only beers, and they sell fresh beer to go as well. Added bonus: they are dog friendly! The staff members that have met our pup seem to genuinely enjoy the fact that he is out there with us, and he is always ready to make some new friends.

The tasting room was smaller than I was expecting, given how popular the Fiesty Blonde beer is in the area. Solid beer options, which are creative, without being over the top. Patio is dog friendly. Parking was a little tricky, but doable. They didnt have any food options, but outside food is welcome.

I visited HopFusion with a few friends this past Wednesday and we really enjoyed ourselves. Unlike my friends this was my first visit to this establishment. Hopfusion has a wide variety of adult beverages both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. It is pet friendly and bicycle friendly which is great if you live in the South Main area and want to cycle in for a quick drink. The night of our visit just happened to be karaoke night which made it an even more fun evening

Very impressed with the place. Outstanding beer, including four stout variations. They had mead, which is difficult to find anywhere outside of Icelandic sagas. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Outdoor seating in the patio. Beer-to-go in cans of larger containers. I imagine the place is going to be an awesome venue when love music starts happening again.
