I guess if you aren t a regular, it s made quite clear. My friend and I decided to try a new place. Well this one was a major disappointment!!! Arrived at 6:30pm and was there well after 10pm. Not one time did we have service. It was ALL through a QR code. Then when I did have to go to the bar, twice, I stood there while 3 employees ignored me while cutting up with the regulars, whom mine as well have been behind the bar. The food was edible at best. The best part of this place was the ferrel cat that I heard some say they have been trying to catch for the last three weeks. Even the cat, who was very skinny, wouldn t eat the chicken from my chicken tacos. That should say it all!

Went to birdies Saturday night for drinks the food and drinks is always good but the music was terrible it s incredibly sad how empty it was for a Saturday but with the music they were playing it makes sense my friend and I wanted to leave they were playing depressing country music on a Saturday night!!!!! I love this place it has so much potential but afraid it s not gonna stay open for long

When I walked in, was not sure what to expect. Not from the area, however was excited to try a new spot. Then a bartender named John sat us down and read us the menu through & through! Was very nice and made us feel welcome for us out of towners! Food was great wings are a go to and all the cocktails one would crave! Birdie s Social Club is must for all after work shenanigans or weekend gatherings.

My goodness! What a great experience. Im in food and beverage and have a pretty high desire for great customer service, and every single person weve interacted with has surpassed that! We brought our son, and every single person has been so kind to him!!! Gave him a special straw, got him a lemonade with a flower in it, and chatted with him! This is so rare!!!! Rachel and Lillian are so sweet. And they have a delicious new watermelon margarita for the month of August. Highly recommend! I have some specific dietary restrictions and they were very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

John is one of the best bartenders I ve ever had, he went out of his way to make an obscure drink for us and I go to a lot of bars, nobody would ve done that. But he did. I m a traveling musician with the rock n roll band Electric Church. Service and food was great. Atmosphere was top tier, I m definitely bringing my band here to perform.

Had my daughter s engagement party there. Rachel the manager was super nice and very accommodating. She let us decorate, set up a cake and balloons. Super neat place! Went on Taylor Swift night and it was crazy busy but still fun and great atmosphere. The kitchen did their best to get food out and you could tell everyone wanted guests to enjoy as they rushed back and forth to deliver items. Rachel the manager goes above and beyond for this establishment. I had the privilege of working with her a couple month ago to coordinate my friends engagement party and she did everything in her power to accommodate us. From putting up with my indecisiveness area wise to checking on us throughout the event. Fast fwd to now we came for the Taylor Swift cover band and she got us sat at great table and helped make our experience one of a kind. Other than her I frequent this establishment regularly and have never had a bad experience from cowboys watch party s to just enjoying a night with friends. Honestly best place in Fort Worth pleas come visit this hot spot.

Great place. Great food. Great people. Had a great night singing karaoke with my lady and the kids! We keep coming on Mondays due to John and Wulfgang. Love the staff. I wish they owner would do a better job promoting Monday nights. I almost skipped it due to being advertised as Cowgirl Karaoke. No thanks. However, Wulfgang does an incredible job, and I appreciate what he does. See you Monday. Good times. Edit: After not paying your KJ what was agreed upon, and then trying to lowball him, I have to lower this rating. He was awesome. Your marketing people are the issue. Trying to get us to replace him was an even worse choice. If you want a successful karaoke night, support your KJ. He knew how to make it work. Having Esther reach out to my girlfriend the next day by Esther offering $100 was an even bigger slap in the face. John is the only saving grace. You really need to reevaluate your marketing practices. Terrible.

My friend and I sat at the bar and waited 25 min to even be acknowledged by 2 bartenders working. It was a Friday happy hour, and it wasnt extremely busy. They walked around the bar multiple times without even looking our direction. We basically had to beg for service and get up to get their attention. When we realized the lack of awareness, we decided to order a pitcher of margaritas since it was apparent we were being ignored. At the end of the night I tried for 20 min to get someones attention to even close our tabs. Overall, the service was absolutely terrible. Ive never felt so invisible in my life.

Birdies is my go-to, favorite patio bar in Fort Worth. The atmosphere is whatever you want it to be, you can sit by the stage for live music or move to a more secluded area to catch up with friends over delicious drinks and good eats, or play some pool in the back. Dakota is my favorite bartender, I always search for him the minute I get there. He always takes fantastic care of me and my friends/family with how attentive and friendly he is. All of the drinks are delicious, make sure you try the blackberry mule (it s my favorite!)

Cool atmosphere but poor service. Don t order a mimosa unless you want 95% juice. Ordered two mimosas and the bartender poured champagne into my glass and started to pour into the other glass when he ran out of champagne. Instead of opening another bottle (which is what should have happened) he proceeded to take the champagne in the first glass and pour it into the second glass, leaving only a little of champagne in each glass. He then started to fill both glasses with so much juice (to make it look like a full glass) that I had to stop him. When my husband went back to ask for more champagne the bartender stated that was their standard pour. Even though he took champagne out of the first glass??? Disappointing to spend $10 on basically straight orange juice.

This place is just strange. Visited for the first time yesterday and sat down at a table with my dog. There was no QR code on the table. The bartender and assuming manager just stared at me. I continued to sit there and wait on a friend. No one came by. The bare minimum the staff could walk over and explain the process. Nope they just watched me sit there. Wild. We moved tables because the speakers were extremely loud. Love music but it was too much. Finally, moved tables and found a QR code on our second table. Scanned it and the menu didn t have any cocktails on it. So I got up to ask and guess what the manager was like yeah the app isn t working correctly . I mean why didn t he come over and explain that and bring a menu. There were maybe 6 other people in the place. They had a huge opportunity for some personal touches. Instead they wouldn t move from the bar. Our first drink was awful. Returned it and got a new one. Then we went to tab out. It gets worse. They d some how already ran my card. Like why? Charged me incorrectly. The manager returned it to my card. All this happened without discussing it with me. Then tells me what happened. Makes me tab out. Hands me the itemized receipt. Got over charged. Refunds that and then charges me again. I left with 6 receipts. All this happened on clearly a slow night. I really hope the owners take some of the negative feedback/reviews and make this place better. Also, no water for the dogs.

Trivia Tuesday (Taylor s Version) was a hit!! Thank you so much Birdies for hosting us DFW Swifties! Cydney, Lillian, Dakota, Angel, and Rachel all handled tonight like absolute champs!! Tonight Birdies was overwhelmed with twice the anticipated crowd for Trivia Tuesday, and though things went sideways as they always do in the service industry, this team kept their ish together, made sure everyone was still taken care of all night, and showed all of us what it is truly like to make the whole place shimmer . Thank you again for hosting this event and giving me one of the best nights with friends that I have had in a very long time. 10/10 recommend.

We might not win trivia, but Rachel has won our hearts the kitchen got so overwhelmed and Rachel made sure we still got some snacks while we lost trivia. They were totally unprepared for the amount of people that showed up and Rachel handled it with grace.

My friends and I came here for dinner and drinks prior to an event we were going to. All of my friends from Texas had their ID s denied due to being textured and having too much space around their photos. I am from out of state and my ID was accepted but they decided to give me a refund instead of serving without even asking if that was what I wanted. My friends proceeded to show that all Texas IDs have the so called texture and space around the photos but they proceeded to say they would not serve us. We explained we would be more than happy for them to scan them and they said they couldn t do so. We then had to leave without even eating the food that had already been served. They also told us they were uncomfortable serving us despite us being very calm and polite throughout the situation. We were very disappointed and will not be returning.

I went for a concert was told by some people that bought a table I was obstructing their view and standing to close to them (at a concert) they got the manager and security and management and security said because they bought a vip table they meant more than I did....I wouldnt go back to this place if they were paying me to hang out there...save your money and go somewhere they respect and appreciate their patrons... Parking: Its cool you pay to park you pay to get in you over pay for beers and then if you dont spend enough they prioritize people above you

Great margarita. Terrible on the sanitary - allowed dogs on the tables. A dog was on top of the table inside and on on the bench outside. Gross - NOT allowed per health department!

We came here for our first visit on December 1. It was my friends birthday party and we were hosting about 35 to 45 people. We were all eating and drinking specialty drinks and racking up a pretty heavy tab but that was no problem.The atmosphere was great but there were only two bartenders in the back bar and the entire area was having trouble getting drinks. My husband was at the bar drinking Coors light while I was socializing with the party. He ordered two more Coors light as that is all we were drinking, and they said he had been cut off. He asked who made that decision and why as he was completely not even close to being intoxicated. They said it was the manager and he asked to speak to them. The manager blamed it on the bartenders and said that it wasnt him. So we never even got an explanation. We took our large party elsewhere but are so disappointed with the slow service and poor attitudes. We will never be back and we will make sure everyone we know also knows what to expect.

Went there on a Tuesday for Star Wars trivia night and it was a lot of fun! It was nice to be able to order from the QR code on the benches outside. Wings were delicious (we tried the Mango Habanero and the dry rub) and the plates other customers ordered looked tasty, too. Dog friendly and the stage was nice

Don t go on a hot day. Even near the bar where the vents are at, it s too hot. It s a whatever bar with good service but not worth it on a hot day. They have a good atmosphere if you re a college student trying to watch a football game. It felt like a frat boy bar tbh.

Super cute, fun vibe! Great drinks! I hosted a combined bachelor/bachelorette party and it was wonderful! We had a private area and private bartender for a very reasonable price. The service was amazing and everyone had the best time. The communication before and after the event was flawless! I highly recommend!

Loved the margaritas and speciality drinks. Atmosphere was great too - good place for a drink and relax. Food was fairly good too except I don t think the queso was worth 10 dollars. But we loved the Barbacoa tacos and quesadilla! We d come back for drinks and share the quesadilla.

Food is plain out nasty. The queso is gritty and not smooth, the tacos were dry, and the nachos were not good at all. Their chicken on the taco and nachos is unseasoned and tasteless. The workers were nice, but no one came over to check to see if we needed anything. I had to go to the bar every time to get something.
