I don t even know where to start. When we first found Lindsay she asked and answered all questions that we had and made us feel extremely comfortable with choosing her without speaking with any other firms. She sent us all necessary forms along with how much it would cost and within a weeks time we had everything to her with payment. Over the weekend she went over all of the paperwork line by line to be sure everything was correct and that we weren t missing any information. We confirmed everything was correct and within 30 minutes she filed the petition, got us a 341 date set and the rest was history. In total it took 90 days as expected from start to discharge and I m so happy we went through this process with her. Trust her you will not regret it!!!

Like many of the previous reviews regarding Steele Law Firm, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. When it was clear that bankruptcy was my only option, I spent a lot of time researching law firms, and Lindsay Steele kept coming up as the best. Because of Covid-19, we conducted business via phone, email, and text. Even with those limitations, there was never a time that I second-guessed my choice. Lindsay Steele is an awesome bankruptcy attorney. I had no clue what I was doing when I had to seek Chapter 13 bankruptcy relief. Lindsay made the process seem pain free and I only had to put a reasonable fee up front to get started and the rest of attorney fees and court fees were rolled into bankruptcy payment which was the first relief I experienced. All I had to do to get started was submit an application and list my creditors, and Lindsay handled the rest of the process. I only had to make one initial court appearance which was really just an orientation to the bankruptcy process. Lindsay is so professional and has a great standing and reputation with the judge and bankruptcy court, and because of that, is very capable of handling unique financial situations that clients consult her for. Im so pleased with the experience that I had working with Ms Lindsay Steele and extremely pleased with the outcome. Lets be honest. Having to decide whether or not to file for bankruptcy is one of the hardest decisions to make. Then there are the basic questions like what type, how much will it cost, what do I have to do. My husband is an US Army Veteran who suffers from PTSD, so the added stress can sometimes be a trigger.
