I didnt have the great experience the reviews claim they had. It took over 3 weeks for my car to be done. When I picked up my car the door handle was broken and they said that tends to happen with older cars. They specialize in bringing old cars back to life-never shouldve happened. Theres paint on my refinished headlights that I paid to have done somewhere else. Bruce started out nice but that was just a front to get my business. While Paloma did replace my door handle I could tell she didnt want to until I pointed out that Bruce took pictures of my car and it wasnt like that when I dropped it off. From a distance the car looks good. Up close you can see the rush job.

Our experience with this Maaco was very good!! Paloma, Bruce, Dakota and their team were great to deal with! They did a fantastic job on our son s 2007 Dodge Ram. This would have been a 5 star rating however, there was some miscommunication on the paint selection. But I am happy to say that the team worked hard to correct this situation!! In the end, we are very pleased with the result and the experience! I would recommend this Maaco for your vehicle.

Bruce helped me the last part of my transaction! I came in at 12:30pm Saturday closing was at 1pm brought the car with the damage bumper, so I could compare the colors! Didn t need to! I could tell right away it was a perfect match! I over estimated how much of the bumper would fit it my trunk. I had to rush to downtown to get an SUV because of this I made it back a back a little bit after closing time but managed to run into Bruce while he leaving I felt bad but he was happy to open up to hand me the new bumper. Transaction and pricing is easy to understand. Good price for what was provided and great overall customer service. If I ever need a bumper pained I know who to call! Also something I want to add my cars color is a metallic Dark Purple with Flakes, could easy of been mistaken for black or another variation but they nailed it! Extremely impressed!

They screwed over a buddy who had brought his Ranger up there they did not disconnect the battery before welding on the frame and caused him a ton of issues and they dont want to help or return any calls for the mistake they made. Would not recommend using them at all shady business.

Got a complete color change(grey to white) on my 2010 Silverado and it came out pretty good! Qc could ve been better and overspray on everything could ve been avoided or at least cleaned up better but you get what you pay for . Brandon in the office was really helpful and did a good job explaining the details of my paint job and what all was included in the price and so on. Took my 1951 Mercury to Maaco and met Bruce who walked me thru all the options that were available to me. Since this is a custom car I had some unusual requests and Bruce made those happen. From the beginning he made sure I understood this would not be a show car finish but a good finish and in fact the crew did a great job of prepping it and painting it and I believe after it s wet sanded and buffed (MAACO does not do this) it will be close to a show car finish. It s difficult to find anyone willing to work on these old cars yet Bruce and the crew jumped right on it and had it out the door in less than 3 weeks. I especially appreciate Bruce for his followup and making sure I knew what the progress was. Many thanks!

Came to MAACO this morning with an issue with my lift gate glass on my SUV that would not close/latch. Bruce asked for my keys and hit the blue button on my key fob and BOOM the lift gate was able to close! I was so embarrassed, it was so simple.BUT THANK YOU SO MUCH BRUCE!!!! Very unfortunate, disappointing experience at Maaco. I wouldnt complain but they sent me a review request. Something was done that was intentional so I should review it. I like the salesman at the front desk and none of it was his fault. However, The people who actually worked on the car had 3 weeks to get it right and intentionally did not do a significant part of the job, i guess, thinking I wouldnt notice. They covered the unfinished body work with the bumper. I looked under car and easily saw what they didnt do but certainly charged for. A significant amount was intentionally not fixed because it was hidden behind the bumper.That was a very dishonest move. So disappointed. If I hadnt looked I would have driven off and not known for a long while. The body shop manager apologized and took it back. They sent me a picture of the redo repair in progress but not a picture of the finished repair i requested that they once again cover by the bumper. I dont know if it was actually done correctly or not now. The bumper would look fine if they had not left a nice little chip in the paint where I can see it everyday now. They said they could cover the chip but it would probably look worse after. Very sad and disappointing experience. I would have certainly sent a lot of business their way had they done a good job. They should have done everything possible to make it right. Instead they have an unhappy customer.
