The boneless chicken wings were disgusting, small, poorly packaged and not white meat as represented. My wife refused to even try one. I did try one. It was a third the size of a chicken nugget and stunk. I wish I had the option to post pics so you would know Im not exaggerating.

Ive never given a 1 star review before....we came in and ordered 4 draft beers...after quite a while the waitress took our order. She finally came back and informed us that she had no cups for draft beer....there were maybe 8 other customers so they werent busy, so not sure why they would run out of cups. She suggested we ordered bottles, which we did. We werent happy with the service so decided not to eat there and closed out. We were polite, just assumed maybe it was her first night on the job. Our check was more than what we expected so we questioned the bill. She charged us extra because the bottle price was more than the draft price. When we asked for the draft price since they didnt have cups for what we had initially ordered, the waitress informed us they would take it out of her paycheck. Of course we didnt want that so accepted the additional charge, but she should have told us that when we ordered. We would have been fine if she had informed us of that when we initially ordered. We wont go back....

I walked in last night on a first date. The....hostess I guess asked, What do yall need? Lil taken a back, but ok. Told her can we get a seat for two? Stares at me confused and say, oh you actually want something? Im sorry do yall not train staff? Ordered two Dr. Peppers that tasted like pure syrup. While waiting for our food gnats were buzzing all over. Ordered loaded fries which tasted like they were sitting under a heat lamp all day. Soggy and barely room temp. Then the gnats had a field day landing on our food. When she asked if we were done, I said yes and handed her our plates. She said, oh I only wanted the trash WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOUR ESTABLISHMENT

I am a wrong connoisseur and the wings here blew me away!! 10/10 will be back to try every flavor. Had the mango habanero, peanut butter, Thai chili, and hb moonshine and they were all the best Ive ever had. Fries are also awesome! Highly recommend!

I just happened to stop in after passing by every day O just getting off work, I ask the girl a question about the affiliation with the one in stock yards, her demeanor was curt! and said : I dont know!! so I let it slide I said this is my first time in... I ordered the waffle and wings, she asked what flavor? I go the pineapple one , she rings me up and says 16 dollars and change, I go thats a big jump from 12.dollars after she already swiped my card and she tells me that. She already rung up the order and she cant charge it! I told her I didnt want to spend 16 dollars in there she tells me thats because you ordered what we call a specialty sauce!! I wasnt told that I would have ordered another flavor , she goes on the offense and says let me get my manager ! Its gonna take twenty minutes for your order, I told her why didnt you explain to me which sauces cost extra , because y told her when she had given me the menu. That I couldnt hardly see the menu letters where small! she started acting weird after about fifty minutes she came wit my order I was very upset, the waffles tasted spungy and gritty and no flavor the wings where hard and little dry!! This what gets me I get home I call back asked to speak to a manager , she goes and say its no Manager here she left she wont be back, and she and a back ground person snickering and laughing in the background so I asked why are you laughing? she was making fun of my plyte?? I ask if she give the manager a message to call me! She told when I wanted to change my wing flavor that she had to get her manager!! be for I left I witnessed her the other girl drinking shots with customers!! I said maybe that was her problem!! I want my money back!!! Now !! being unprofessional is not my cup of tea!! I need someone to contact me!! This girl lied !!how come she couldnt change my order after she took my money? Parking: The location is off an access road but ok!

Let me start off by saying the server was super sweet and absolutely loved her attitude. The atmosphere was nice, had a nice playlist of all genres, and was very clean. With that being said, this place was severely empty for a Saturday night, which I m assuming is the reason there was only one cook and one bar tender working, which unfortunately cause very slow service. The drinks were amazing! However, the food is a different story. We came in a total of 6 of us, for starters we got fries and mozzarella logs which took about 15min to come out. The fries were well cooked but overly salty. The logs were delicious, however the marinara sauce they provided went bad. The fried pickles my sister ordered were really good as well. I didn t care for the ranch but I m just picky about that. It took about 45mins for the main dishes to come out. My dude and I ordered wings, the red velvet waffles, and crawfish. The wings and waffle were delicious. However, the crawfish smelled like cheese and according to my dude and sister they taste like Parmesan (which is far from what was expected) and ended up not eating them. It s disappointing we were unable to have them removed from our ticket since they were not to our liking and we returned them. The server was nice enough to compensate with drinks so we didn t feel the lost. My sister and their partners ordered the Cajun pasta and it was cold and had to ask for it to be warmed up. According to them it was just ok, from the bite I tasted, I agree. It wasn t nasty, just ok. Our expectations for the Cajun food were set to a certain standard and unfortunately, those standards were not met for us. Needless to say for us the experience was better as a bar and if we return we will stick to the basic bar foods (wings and appetizers.) We enjoyed the environment, the drinks, listening to the music, joking with the server, and playing pool.

But I thinking is because Im Latino and only black people and white guys inside doing something suspects and smells drugs when the door is opened, hope nothing bad happened inside. Upon arrival there was an individual sitting outside talking outside on a cell phone we walked to the entrance and the doors were locked. We then turn and kindly ask are you open for business, which she then rudely replied, with I don t know I guess are the doors locked that must mean we closed, as she s still holding conversation on the phone. The little boy over heard her say no and responded with yes ma am we are open and proceeds to run to a side wit employee only door . The other worker also overheard her say no and proceeded to tell us that they were in fact open. The girl at the bar had good customer service while the girl with the bad bbl was rude which in turn turned me off from the experience of the restaurant. Not to mention the food was a complete and utter turn off. For example the fried catfish combo was breaded and greasy with no true seasoning it puts shame to true Cajun catfish, also, what Cajun restaurant has no fries on hand at all but has frozen whole potatoes not even ready for customers. Next the wings that were ordered had good flavor as far as sauce but the actual wing itself was slimy and gross overall it was a waste of 120 plus dollars that got thrown in the trash literally. For a very below mid experiences eat here but everyone else with common sense please run the reviews speak for themselves they can t get over a 4 star rating until they do an overhaul just being honest

I dont know what happened to this place..use to be good..I spent $80 tonight and got fish, nachos and crawfish the fish had so much thick batter on it and it taste like it was still swimming (fishy), it was so salty. It wasnt even crunchy it was too hard to even chew and was more chewy. They had the nerve to put dark old guacamole on the nachos and something tasted off. The crawfish had the sauce poured over it and was salty and tasted like it had cumin in it and a was gritty sauce. The inside wasnt bad because it didnt have flavor Im so hungry and couldnt eat any of it. Tried calling and they dont answer the phone. PLEASE Do not order food from here. Its a waste of money. They cant cook.

I cant believe how bad the service is! Kids running a bar wow. Denied service bc I said the bartender didnt look 21. So a different bartender served me and she said theres no manager here tonight.. then when I came she tried to pretend she was the manager. Shut the place down ownership is a joke. We really wanted this to be our place. We have been here multiple times during the week for happy hour. The food is great. The problem is that they falsely advertise happy hour as being everyday. There are 3 signs showing happy hour everyday so I brought my parents on Saturday night. We were told that those are old signs and they don t have happy hour. I asked to speak to a manager and there is no many on duty either. The prices should have been honored. It s sad that they would be willing to lose a customer over quality customer service.

I was told that all of the drinks and appetizers were half price. I received my drinks at half price but not my appetizers. I left the restaurant and called back to see what was on their happy hour menu. The young lady said all drinks and appetizers. When I went back to get my refund for being overcharged the young lady said that the manager was not there and she was sorry she didnt catch the price before I paid. I am still waiting for the manager to call me back.

We decided to try this place out after our movie. I wished I looked at the reviews, first. The place wasnt busy, we were a party of 8, was seated right away, but was only given 4-5 menus at the table. So we had to share, taking turns looking at the menu. Waiter took our order and I wish I could comment on the food, but the service was so bad, we left. We was sitting at our table for over 30 minutes, and couldnt even get our drinks. Their was several staff members casually walking by us, but no one bother to care that theres no drinks at our table. After 35-40 minutes one of our party members, did finally get their beer, so we thought drinks were coming, because I ordered a beer also, but I was wrong. Most of the other party just asked for water, how long does it take to get water out to the table? After it became obvious that we werent getting the rest of our drinks, because we saw our waiter at another table, we decided that was it. Told the waiter to cancel our order and we got up and left. I hate that we had to do that, but how can you go to the table and you just served 1 person a drink, but not notice that the other 7 people dont have their drinks. Terrible service and will never go back.

Drove a hour for oysters and they was out and didn t have crab cakes. So I ordered the lobster and rice meal and my friend ordered the catfish. Baby no, the catfish was so darn hard. All the drinks were nasty, watered down & full price. Food was over cooked. The beer was warm!? I only saw kids working. Happy hour is advertised on multiple signs on the building but will tell you they don t do happy hour due to a band starting later in evening. The worker acted like she didn t see the big yellow sign and said oh that s from the old bar. Well you should take it down .. they offered no service recovery & just shrugged their shoulders.

Lets just say for $17 you get one piece of catfish and one side. Just go to Pappadeaux or Razoo or anywhere. Ive eaten catfish plates all over and never seen that ridiculous price. Overwhelming disappointment. I placed a Doordash order, and headed that way. When I got there, a young lady at the host/hostess stand tells me theres no Doordash orders..... Awesome..... so what do we do? Then a young man who presented as the manager appears. Your food will be out in about 5 minutes, but we dont have dessert. Awesome..... so what do we do? Youll have to get ahold of Doordash. Got it. So, out comes my food. Is it all there, Mr. Manager? Its all there, sir. Awesome.... but it wasnt. A short conversation about employees knowing what theyre talking about, being rude, and a short drive later, food is missing. Awesome..... just..... not worth the trouble. The Hurst location at the mall was a huge disappointment. The menu is sad and nothing like what was listed online. We had ordered drinks before we saw they had very little to eat. Cool atmosphere, that s about it. Drinks and food are WAYYYY overpriced, drinks are small and barely have any alcohol in them. My wife and I were charged $60 for 4 drinks they use cheapest liquor possible in their mixed drinks and their bartenders clearly lack experience. My wife and I asked for a shot with a pickleback and the bartender mixed the pickle juice with the liquor and then told me that s what I asked for. $80 + tip wasted on an appetizer and 4 drinks. Do better.

Really down to earth place to just come in, relax, enjoy great food and drinks, and unwind. Their crew members all work together as a team although it may a rarity or rather an oddity, if by some off chance they make a mistake, each and every crew member works together to fix the problem and no matter what, I can assure you that not one single person will ever leave unhappy . We got there early around 8:30 wasn t that many ppl there.( more ppl started to arrive 10:30pm)Ordered the Tastebud Hennessey wings and they were good. Seems like a chill spot!!

Four-star a because the taste was there; however, the chicken wings were Soggy, and the fries were not crispy. It worked to their advantage because I have braces; however, I would prefer to have crispy chicken wings and Fries. I will likely give them another shot, but please keep the dressing cold mine was warm like it had been sitting out. Fingers crossed for a better rating next time.

It was definitely amazing had my fiancee 47th Blood Birthday Bash there. Great turn out. Drinks were on point and not watered down. The police officer and manager was great. The staff was moving fast and promptly. The food was excellent and plated well. Business was clean. And the mix music was great. I would definitely refer this place and go back again.

Came here for the first time tonight looking for a place to celebrate my upcoming Birthday party.. This place is pathetic! Bartenders too busy playing around with thier friends and ignoring paying customers. Whoever the manager or owner is needs to train the staff. I wont be back
