Our server Andrea was A+++. She was very attentive and always around when we needed her. She clarified our concerns and patient with our requests. Andrea was also very kind to our little one and made sure he was comfortable. The food was good; ribeye, shrimp, grilled chicken, and lava cake. Calamari was my 2 yr olds favorite. We loved the crab fondue. I would revisit if I had the same server and service.

We had a great meal here. Make a reservation right before sunset I assure you , the view alone is worth it! The view is as great as the service. We had a couple drinks and the shrimp avocado tower at the lounge first. The ladies there were professional, kind, knowledgeable. Once we moved down to the main dinning room our server, Sky, helped to Make our night memorable. She provided good recommendations. If you only enjoy one thing PLEASE let it be the Lobster bisque! It s perfection. We enjoyed the ají tuna and the prime rib. Both were excellent. The food was great, the setting is perfect for a romantic dinner.

Went to Chart House for lunch. We enjoyed the atmosphere was great getting to see the 360 degree views of the city. Our server Jalin was super sweet and very attentive to our dining needs. Unique experience. Food was so good! Our server, Don, was excellent. He added so much to the experience. He answered our questions about the city and took extra time as needed and never seemed to rush. We had a reservation at 5:45 pm, which seemed a little early but turned out to be a perfect time since we were able to see the city during daylight and at night as we finished our meal. I had prime rib and my wife had a filet. Both cooked as ordered. Lava cake and Creme Brule topped off the meal and did not disappoint. Highly recommend.

the chart house was amazing experience definitely worth the wait and visit .. me and my woman came for a good dinner and was not disappointed c, we got a prefect seat and to a degree secluded which was the best .. the view is amazing the moving round was one of the best parts definitely will be back .. the check in lady was a little too much but whatever .. we ordered chopped salad and lobster bisque both wonderful apps , we also ordered prime rib amazingly cooked come with the best sauces for dipping , and we got the lava cake which was dying for more lava bc it barley had any but it was still good .. definitely worth it and the service was great .. the manger tried to say we order a bottle of wine and tried charging me $60 something dollars when i only offered a glass of red wine which was $16 . get it together other than the manager who has nothing else to do but try and charge people for things they didn t order and the hostess our meal was great ..

A unique experience to take in a 360 view of San Antonio from 75 stories up. The staff is friendly and attentive but not checking in too often to be annoying. They offered great suggestions based on our preferences. The drinks were good, not too much ice but a little sweet. The shrimp fondue was amazing ! Also, the Cesar salad and chicken sandwich were very tasty. The prices were not at all bad considering this environment. I have been to space needle restaurants in other cities and they usually overcharge because of the view, but not here.

We went to San Antonio to celebrate my partners birthday and we decided to celebrate it at Chart House. The location, was a nice restaurant located on the top of the tower of the americas. We have to ride the elevator going up to the top floor. We were seated beside a window window where we could see San Antonio in a 360 degree angle. We ordered the clam chowder soup for appetizers, very creamy and rich. Main course we ordered the prime rib, very tender, melts in your mouth like butter, well seasoned steak. And dessert, we ordered the lava cake, a very typical cake nothing fancy, just sweet and chocolatey. A nice place to visit and try when you come to San Antonio.

Worst meal I had in long time. Service - poor. The waitress actually gave me the menu and didnt come back for long time, even she saw me and I signaled her, she kept me waiting. Food - poor. Ordered prime rib, worst prime rib I had in my visit to Texas. It was rare although I asked it medium. I asked to cook ot more, so the waitress took it, and gave me back a whole new dish, rare again. What can I say we had the most lovely dining experience last night at Chart House. Brianna, our waitress was outstanding, she made our dining experience one of the best I ve had here in San Antonio. I do not live here, (St Louis) but if I did she would have a regular in me. My granddaughter has a gluten allergy. Brianna could not have been more patient & helpful running back and forth to the kitchen to make sure the dishes were gluten free, chef even visited us at the table. 20 wedding anniversary celebrations with my wife. To make reservations at sundown the only available day was on Sunday 7:15, the last day of our stay. We arrived 10 minutes earlier so we dont miss the sun hiding, the lady asked us to wait either at the bar or there at the base of the tower. We dont drink alcohol so decided to wait down. At 7:15 she finally gave us a paper to get to elevator, up there we had to wait several minutes to be assigned to a table, so just when the sun was already disappearing the hostess moved us to the opposite side of the tower so we missed it. I could observe several empty tables and it was taking an eternity to get even drinks served so I guess they were lacking personnel. So at the end we just asked for an entry and the molten volcano. By the way, it was hard like bread not like a cake.

Jarvis was superb!! He is amazing! Received excellent service and because of him, I will be back again one day from South Florida! Please ask for Jarvis when you go to the Charter House in San Antonio, Texas Kid-friendliness: I could not get another reservation after my graduation except at 10:15pm (earliest) and although I was a bit worried about taking my 11 and 9 year old daughters at that time, husband and I decided to go anyways. So glad we did! Kid friendly for sure and Jarvis made it even more of an amazing experience!

Maizy provided excellent service, and the food was delicious! I had the mahi, one person had the fish and chips, and another had the salmon- all delicious and cooked perfectly. Fun atmosphere! (Full disclosure: I am an employee, but went to dinner on my day off.) Wine selection is exceptional for a chain restaurant, with over 155 selections, some by the glass , on the list. Ranging from a$750 Opus One to a $35 Bogle Vinyards Sauvignon Blanc. Ask for the Wine Steward for a perfect pairing for your meal. A new menu item, the Shrimp and Artichoke pasta on the Chart your Course menu is !! Mediterranean style pasta with sun dried tomatoes, olives, artichoke hearts and a rich garlic butter sauce complement the grilled shrimp beautifully. The new Pearlicious cocktail is an awesome gin and pear pureé based drink that is deceptively easy to drink, but packs a nice punch . And then theres the Godiva chocolate lava cake Nothing needs to be said about the 360° view of San Antonio...but I will . It is absolutely stunning at sunset and nighttime. Vegetarian options: Decent vegetarian meals (ask for the separate menu) for a primarily fish/steak restaurant. Ask for the pasta dish that is off the menu. Best vegan meal, IMO.

Ive never had a bad experience with Chart House restaurant or the bar upstairs. The food, no matter what you order on the menu, is always cooked to perfection. We are local resident in San Antonio TX, we came here for a birthday celebration knowing a bunch of people giving bad reviews about the food. I would say the bar food is awesome but the dinner menu is way pricey. Yes, its supposed to be a fine dining but there server dress so dirty. The server got mad when we change our mind and we want to go upstairs at the bar since 2 of our friends got motion sickness with the turning dining area. I would not recommend this place to eat probably to enjoy the view and drink only. Too hype up for a bit cheaper looking food and service. 54th Street is better. Whoever manages here need a better instructions for their server dress code. Take this review as a critic.

Unfortunately, we were not sat until 40 minutes after our reservation. But, that gave us a chance to visit the bar upstairs. The bartender was excellent and very knowledgeable 10/10! Armando sat us and was incredibly helpful and kind 10/10! Jeremy was our waiter and was also kind and considerate 10/10. We LOVE the lobster bisque here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone planning on getting an appetizer. I will say that the lobster and shrimp with our main course were extremely overcooked and disappointing. The ahi was very delicious. The atmosphere was good.

The view cant be beat. I ordered a fish entree which was maybe slightly warm when served. The heirloom tomato salad was good. Waiter accidentally spilled sauce from my friends entree when serving on my skirt and top. While it was an accident, I was very surprised nothing was done to make up for the spillage. He provided club soda and paper napkins to try to remove it but it had already set into the material. We thought possibly something would be comped for the accident. It unfortunately made the whole night disappointing.

We celebrated our last night in San Antonio and had dinner at the Chart House and we were greeted by our waiter Joshua. He was AWESOME. So attentive and nice. We started with the Mojito flight as our drink of choice and we were not disappointed. We then had the Mediterranean hummus and it was a trio of flavors. It was amazing. My wife had the filet and garlic potatoes and I had the Bourbon shrimp and scallops. Everything we had was delicious. Highly recommend coming here to eat while in San Antonio.

First off, the atmosphere is great. I would suggest eating somewhere else first and just going here to have a drink. The waiter was buzzing or had been drinking. We were seated at 8 pm, got our drinks around 8:20, and the salad came out about 8:45, the main course which was a steak didnt come out until 9:20. Had to send my steak back because it came rare instead of medium. Wife ate her food, mines came back out about 20 min later. When we got our salads, I asked for another coke. That coke didnt come until he brought me my steak for the second time. If you want a good steak, this is not the place. Steak has no flavor. Must was cooked in an oven. With the price of the meal I would have expected better service and food. Ive had better food and service at a chilis. Like I said, the environment is nice, but the food here was lacking. Maybe the lunch menu is better. idk. Will not return and will not recommend it.

Wow!!! What an experience! My night started at the bar with the Infused & Fogged Cocktail! Get ready to have your mind blown with the production and taste! I thought the drink would be confusing with all of the different ingredients, but I was so wrong! Dinner followed in the restaurant and the Prime Rib was perfectly cooked as ordered, complemented with the perfect glass of red wine and concluded with dessert! Loved every moment! The bartender was on point and the service in the restaurant was exceptional and of course, ambiance was amazing!

We went with friends and had lunch. There was a good selection of entrees and everything tasted great. Our server, Beatriz, was wonderful. She was friendly and very attentive to our dining experience. Even though we were all from San Antonio, we enjoyed seeing the city from a different perspective. Parking: We parked in the Tower parking lit, which had plenty of shade and is super close to the tower. The price was very reasonable. We went at lunchtime during the week and there was plenty of parking. I m not sure of availability on weekends or evenings.

My friends & I really enjoyed our dinner yesterday. The website states the dress code is business casual. However, most people just had t-shirts & jeans. Briana was our awesome waitress, she was very pleasant & attentive. I can assume Mike was the mgr. , he kindly visited each table to make sure everything was going well. If we needed anything he made sure it arrived right away. We had a beautiful window seat that I reserved online. The Cucumber, Honey, & mint soda/water was refreshingly tasty. My Cocount shrimp was fried perfectly & was paired w/ 3 different sauces. My friend ordered the Sea-bass & it was succulent! My other fired orders the salmon that was glazed with sugar, but she expected a little more sweetness. The single, personal sized lava cake takes 45 min. To cook which Briana told us ahead of time to order during dinner because of the bake time. However, the kitchen must ve lost track of time , the cake took about an hour , it didn t have any lava coming out it , & was a little dry, yet some flavor was left. I recommend doing a Timelapse video so you it automatically speeds up the video to show the background revolving in a circle. The Observation Deck & 4D theatre are tickets purchased separately. We enjoyed the observation deck ! We will be back ! Thanks to the staff for making our visit so fun and pleasant!
