Ive been coming to fat shack for years and recently I found out Im gonna be a dad I was so over the moon so I took my girl here cause they are great when u got weird craving I got the fastback like usual and my girl got wings and the cow it tasted a little funny to me but I thought it was because havent had in years but yet then next morning me and her wake up throwing up and almost wrapping our pants this place gave me horrible food poisoning so bad I had to call in from work and today is my overtime day i usually work 10 hours overtime so not only am I out 50 bucks Im also losing 10 hours of ot plus my pregnant gf is sicker than a dog and when u try to call them the refus3 to answer the dang phone Im am so upset when I can control my bowels I will be coming down and talking to a manager since this store dont even now how to answer a phone ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡

This is a Crown Jewel !!! The Philly Cheese Steak and Fried cheese cake bites with strawberry sauce is to die for!!! Mind you Ive only visited late at night however no matter what time of day the service is phenomenal !!! Pro tip Get those fried cheese cake bites and go over to insomnia next to them and get a double scoop of Dreamweaver dip those puppies in and eat em together youll always want to come back and visit the Fat Shack!!!

Food was mediocre at best, was not worth the price. Ordered double cheeseburger, whole cheesesteak, 6 boneless tenders, an order of jalapeño poppers. All with cheese fries and a drink, total came out to $75 Seems like drunk food, where you don t care what it taste like and you don t care how much you pay for it. Asked what kind of cheese was on the cheese fries was told it was shredded and got nacho cheese instead, the only thing on the fries themselves. Buffalo sauce tasted like it was old and the bottle wasn t even shaken up before tossing on wings. The only decent thing was the double cheese burger.

This was our first time going. My 21 year old son wanted to go for his birthday. This burger was OK at best, nothing even worth mentioning. I only ate half yet I vomited it all up when I got home. The fries were bland and we also got cheese fries and they had some generic velveeta gpc on top they were disgusting. I ordered one large and one small chocolate shake those weren t even made till after everyone ate. There were six of us, five adults and one child. The customer service was awful they didn t even tell me the shakes were going to take that long. I spent $85 then a tip so $95 and honestly i felt like it was such a waste of money. I wasn t impressed I would never go back here again. I didn t address the issues with the people who worked there, we were the only people in the restaurant. Two thumbs down fo sho!!!! The only cool thing there was the long bean bags and I laid on one thinking am I gonna get lice or bedbugs?! I m just paranoid like that Honestly I don t know how this restaurant is getting all these 5 star reviews I know some restaurants, companies and vets office pay for reviews so maybe that s why!, I did not get paid for the review the food was gross, I am a real person!!! Save your $ go somewhere else

They gave me the wrong sandwich (I ordered a Fat Chance and got a Fat Jersey). Gave my kids bone-in wings when I specified boneless (granted I misread the menu and didn t realize it said bone-in wings or boneless tenders). The fries were pretty decent. Cheese fries were probably the best thing. The burger had a weird seasoning I wasn t a fan of, and the food was way too expensive (in my opinion). It was also dark in there.

We tried this place for the first time and were pleasantly surprised! They serve burgers and fat sandwiches which are basically a ton of toppings/sides shoved into a sandwich roll. Very much late night food. Their fries were crispy and was the highlight of the meal for myself. The burger tasted good, I had no complaints. The chicken tenders had a good ratio of meat to batter which is hard to find at a lot of restaurants. We went at 12:30am and even though there was nobody in store, they did have a lot of online orders so we waited about 30 minutes.

Aside from the loud music within the building which made it hard to concentrate to order but other than that excellent customer service excellent help with recommendations and many options to choose from to dine in. The only other downside is the prices went up and the sandwich sizes went down basically now paying for the fat shack name. Flavor is still wonderful! Sup guys, David here. Just wanted to give an honest review about the place here. Been eating here for about 4+ years, so far, I really like the food. Its not Gordon Ramsays fancy food but its simple, and I like the junk style of it. The fries are amazing, very chunky, the ranch dipping sauce is pretty good too, and I dont even like ranch like that. I always get the Fat Cow and the customer service is usually friendly to me 99% of the time. I only had 1 issue here about 2 years ago and it was only because it was a busy Saturday night, and my order was wrong but it was no big deal to me. They were very cool about it, and I understand the work here. I am a little down they took away the large sandwiches, because I always order a large Fat Cow when I come but its ok, I get that not everyone can eat as much as me, so I will settle with a regular size. Price wise, it can get a little pricey, but if you can manage, you can pay about $10~$15 per person. I tend to spend about $20~$29 per meal because I always tip. Other than that, I dont have anything bad to say about this place. Maybe the parking? It can be a pain to find parking, there is a free parking garage nearby if you dont mind walking. Besides that, theres a few parking spots on the side that you do have to pay. Thanks as always for the great food guys. Keep it up!!

Customer service SUCKS. I was out of town for my birthday but was treating my co-workers to dinner when I returned. I was one day late in redeeming my $10 off birthday coupon. I was going to place a well over $100 order, and the manager said he couldnt redeem the coupon. The store was COMPLETELY empty, not a soul in sight, and you want to miss out on a big order??? I got the Fat Bronco and it was very much a disappointment. It had, chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, french fries & marinara sauce on it. First nothing inside of the sandwich was crispy like it was fried. Everything tasted as if it was premade and sitting in sauce before getting put on the bread. While eating I could not tell the difference in fries, sticks, or chicken with the amount of marinara sauce was on it. I expected for some type of crunch while biting into it or a small cheese pull from the mozzarella sticks but nothing. Marinara sauce was everywhere. Did not satisfy the munchie craving. Also when we arived (my boyfriend and I) we were the only two people in the store, but it still took quite a while for our food, it wouldnt have been odd but the state of the food raised questions as to why the two sandwiches took so long when it was clear nothing was fried fresh. The parking selection here is no good either, there is like 3 spots out front that you have to parallel into or get lucky enough that no one is there to slide into. Or you can park in one of the other stores parking lot and hope that they dont notice your car and call for a tow. I get Fatshack pretty often and normally it s great food but tonight (12am) I ordered 2 6in phillys and 2 12-count spicy bbq wings. The wings were good per usual, but that Philly was Hard as a rock, I m talking bout hit it against the table and crack the table type hard , throw it at your ex and knock them out hard, Brick hard, I couldn t even eat it ! Def a 0/10 please get it together with the Phillies . Love y all tho !!

I never leave bad reviews. I ve sent food back exactly once in my life. Now would be the 2nd time, except I ordered on Doordash (making it an even bigger waste of money). THESE ARE THE WORST WINGS IVE EVER EATEN. They obviously don t clean their cooking equipment, or the wings are old, or they just suck in general. First and last time ordering here. Save your money people.

The food was great. The milk shakes and fried Twinkies were even better. But we did have to wait almost an hour and a half to get our order and they werent even busy. But definitely recommend trying one of their crazy sandwiches.

My family and I are from out of town and where we are from we don t have very many restaurant options, especially ones that have wacky SANDWHICHES like this! It was an absolutely amazing especially after our bad experience with Golden Corral. 10/10 would come back and even recommend!

I was happy with my burger and the fried oreos, but it is expensive for what you get. The tables werent clean but the service was friendly. Of the people I kkow whove been there it is very hit-or-miss in terms of service, food, and cleanliness. The concensus was that the food tends to get burned here quite a bit.

I mean, it was okay. It was hot, we asked for our food to be dine-in but it was brought out in a to-go box. Didnt feel welcoming. Our toddler was able to sit comfortably in the pub chairs. We ate and left seems like its a get your food to go type of place, should be a food truck instead of brick and mortar. Guess its better college kids vs families

Walked in today to an employee sound asleep on the beanbags and no one else in sight so we walked out. The employee had plenty to do as it wasn t clean at all! We used to love this place but the last few times we re not good at all and after this I will not be back

I ordered the FAT SHACK sandwich and it was disgusting. I then got it replaced with another sandwich and I threw it up. Im pregnant and just wasnt feeling none of them. The workers made a huge scene as if I was trying to get free food. At this point I wanted my money back or just some wings. They threatened to call the police on me and asked me to leave. Needless to say I walked out hungry and they didnt give me my money back. I will definitely not recommend this food to no one. 4/29/2023 around 11:36pm. The place was dirty not one table was clean. The restroom was also filthy. Had to get one of the employees to wipe a table off and he didnt even sweep under it. I normally come and have no problems but this bad experience was not to my liking. I dont stay no where near this area and hate I had to leave hungry. I will not return to this location.

I decided to take out my whole family for some great food only to realize i ve wasted my time and theirs. Not only was the food greasy and stale but the workers themselves kept passing us even though my children tried countless times to get their attention we were ignored. I went in late last night after work for some food, and only three people were in the restaurant. But, it took 34 minutes for them to make my food. They seriously need to hire another cook! I could have had better food at any of the restaurants near TCU, and I m sure it wouldn t have taken nearly as long. Next time I ll do Buffalo Brothers, Jon s Grille, Fuzzy s, Topperz, or somewhere else open late that s much quicker.
