The food here is delicious!!! My husband went for the first time and we were not disappointed. I ordered the Friday Special. It comes with red curry chicken, pad Thai chicken, and a spring roll. It was a very generous serving, and I had leftovers. The food was flavorful and rich. And I can t handle too spicy food, but they offer different spice levels; and it was the perfect amount of spice to give the meal that zing, but not make me feel like I needed a fire hydrant. We will definitely be going back. I give it a 10/10!

I placed my online order 1 hour, at 4:23pm before wanting to pick up at 5:30pm. When I arrived at 5:35pm, my order wasn t ready and I had to wait 30 more minutes before I was finally handed my order. And I had prepaid a tip. This is the 2nd time that this has happened. So disappointing because the food is pretty good.

My Pad Thai was so salty I had to stop eating it and try to figure out a way to save it. Seriously, the *only* flavor was salt, which is wild because I could see all the elements that I should have been able to taste. My tongue was nearly mummified, though. Its actually sore. It wasnt a problem with all the food we ordered, so hopefully there was just something wrong with that batch. Otherwise, this restaurant is just stunningly bad at balancing the flavors and seasonings of the most popular Thai dish.

FINALLY! Soooo happy to discover this restaurant, just when I had lost hope of finding a decent food spot in Flower Mound and started to get homesick (Houston) because I was used to having a ton of delicious foods all around, I discover this gem... Yellow curry was very creamy(Not watered down) deliciously packed full of flavorand plenty of chicken and veggies. So happy the price is compesated with amazing food and portion. I will most definitely be a regular!!!

Ordered to go, so I cant speak too much on service. First off, the chicken satay looked horrible and tasted and looked more like pork. I just hope it wasnt some other meat. I ordered the broccoli stir fry. It was listed under the noodle section of the online ordering menu. It didnt say anything about whether it came with noodles or rice. I ordered a side of rice, just in case. Good thing, because all I got was a half filled container of meat, broccoli, and carrots. It did end up coming with a side of white rice, but it would have been nice to know. The food was very sub considering the price.

We re visiting from Mexico and Thai food was on our list. Our family suggested Chillicious. The Pad Thai was quite good, pineapple curry soup had a nice flavor and a little kick (spice level 3) and service was friendly and very good. Glad we stopped by.

Our family really likes the food at chilicious, especially the Thai fried rice. Our only complaint is the spice level is inconsistent. Spice level 0 and 1 seem to be the same (not spicy at all), but when we order a 2, the spice level jumps way too high (like a 4). There have been times when the spice level 1 was somewhat spicy, but not usually.

Worse service I have ever had at Chillicious. They food was adequate. The service was horrible. It took 5 minutes before the drink order were taken. The food was randomly delivered with the last dish being served 10 minutes after the first dish. I ordered one beer 3 times and it arrived hot! The drinks were left empty most of the time. The worse part is the bill was the size of a 5 star restaurant and the service was the worst. Don t waste your time or money here. If there was less than a 1 star they deserve it here. Will not go back. I don t think they will be in business very long with this horrible service.

Disgusting. Worst panang curry I ve ever had. Was fishy despite ordering chicken. Didn t even really taste like panang. Only ate a few bites because I was afraid it would make me sick. We usually would give them 5 stars but the last 2 times we have had the herb fried rice delivered it has been awful. The chicken is normally very flavorful and juicy, but recently it has not been. Today the chicken had little to no flavor and was dried out. The first time it happened we just thought it was a one off but it has happened again. Very disappointing.

Fort time trying this place, I had the Massaman curry, really good! The Pad Thai was at a spice 3, and you could feel the heat, so careful how you order! The veggie rolls were a bit small, but nicely compacted. The only thing that I was disappointed, was the peanut sauce, too watery, my personal preference is thicker, works better with the veggie rolls! Will be back!

I was surprised to see a review that said the food was only okay. I have gotten takeout on numerous occasions and everything has always been delicious and prepared timely. I ve not eaten in so didn t rate the atmosphere. Vegetarian options: So many options to choose from if you are a vegetarian! Dietary restrictions: I have a sesame allergy and I love that the website allows me to specify this for the items I order. I have never had a problem.

I do understand prices have gone up with inflation and taking that into account, I would recommend dinner, but would skip appetizers. We had the spring rolls and crab rangoon, they were ok and nothing special and came with some good sauces, my only issue is portions were small for the price and thats properly compared to similar restaurants that I recently ate at. Dinner we had pad thai that was good and had lots of chicken and a good sized portion. Also had a yellow curry that was a bit salty and in a small bowl, but it was packed with chicken and veggies which were good. I do wish the bowl was a little bigger to have a little more of the curry sauce to go with all the veggies and rice, but really appreciated how much they packed it.

Nice location. Food is good. Yellow curry is especially good. Their to-go ordering is very frustrating. They give a 30min - 1 hour pick up window. So if you arrive in 30 min, that means you could be standing their for a whole other half an hour before its ready. But if you wait an hour to pick up, thats a really long time, and if it was actually ready in 30 min, then your food is cold... Pick up windows should be 30-40 min at most.

Tried their food out for the first time and I really enjoyed the Pad See Ew. I didnt enjoy the flavor of the Pad Thai very much but I liked the amount of veggies in it. The reason I rated 4 stars is due to service. I did notice they were busy but at least a little more acknowledgment when the customers walk in would give a better impression. I saw several people come in and just stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge them instead of no eye contact or let them know it will be a moment before they are helped. Not sure if thats how it is daily but all I can share is from when I went to pickup my order. Vegetarian options: You can get some dishes where you choose veggies instead of meat.

Went for lunch on Thursday, week after Valentine. Ordered a couple of meals and appetizers. The food was really good and the service was very very good. We were in and out within one hour. Not that we were rushing out anyway, the cleanliness in the bathroom was good and the lunch ambience was nice. A to-go place only bc those are the ONLY customers they care about. My BF and I waited an hour just to get our appetizers and even that was wrong. By the time we finally received the appetizers our entrees are nowhere to be seen at this point, meanwhile not one time did our waitress approach us to ask if we needed anything or offer to check the status of our meals. Needless to say we canceled the rest of our order and asked for the check. The frustrating part was observing every to-go order being assisted immediately, and then sent on their way from an empty table w/only waters. When you have a dining room full of customers sitting down to eat, those are the ones you want to check on and assist first.

Ordered by phone and they said 20 to 30 minutes, I got there 10 minutes after I order and waited. 15 minutes after I get there several people came in and sat down to dine, and they got their food 15 minutes after they ordered. I checked to see if they lost. my order and they said they were working on it. It took about 50 minutes to get my order. I just ordered an order of chicken pad kee mao level 2 spice. All I got was an I am sorry. I get home and it must have been level 5 spice. I had to mix it with some white rice that I had in the refrigerator to eat it. They are usually much better than that. Not sure I would go back.

3 hairs in my daughters lunch. I had lunch with my daughter yesterday and she had at least 3 hairs in her fried rice. Neither she or I have short black hair. They went up on their prices and cut the amount of the serving in half. My wife just got a shrimp soup that she has gotten several times. The soup is good but they literally gave her 2 shrimp in a small container of soup for $15. I don t mind paying for value but there was little value here. Unfortunately they lost a repeat customer by their choices and way they handled the interaction with a previously happy customer.

Meals are overpriced even if they have good sized portions, but you ll pay $15 for a small portion of mediocre food. The peas and carrots are the main vegetables in the fried rice and they resemble frozen or canned veggies. They didn t even ask us for the spice level so I had to ask for chili paste and soy sauce- we received 2 packets of soy sauce (they don t even have bottles of soy sauce yet it s $15-20 a meal?). The waiter looked bothered to have to get it for us. I thought we d like it based on the nice atmosphere but sadly will not be returning here

Ordered an Egg plant dish for lunch pick up from their online ordering service on a Monday. As part of the online order, it gave option to add Tofu, which we selected. Picked up the lunch, came back, and we see that theres no egg plant in the dish, just Tofu. Called the restaurant about it, the person who picked up the phone passed it on to the manager (presumably). She looks up and says you didnt order egg plant, you ordered just tofu. While on the phone, went back to the website and traced the exact ordering steps, and the order does show egg plant with tofu as an extra. What we realized is that the ordering system omitted the egg plant part when sending it to the restaurant. Tried to explain this to the owner, but the lady wasnt taking any of it. She kept insisting you ordered just tofu!, and not acknowledging that their ordering system might be at fault. At this point, I requested her to refund for the dish, but she was again rude and telling to come return the dish in order to get the refund. This is one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Read the other reviews of this place before you go there.

Went there to eat with my family and I had a unexpected guest crawled up the wall next to us a cockroach decided he likes Thai food. Also our server left for the day and no one took his spot for a long period. My drink was bone dry during this period and we was ready to cash out after seeing the cockroach. We won t be dining here anymore if it has cockroaches.

Pretty overpriced given the portions. The pineapple curry came with mostly pineapples, not much else. I guess its in the name? Tom Yum is very much on the strong side. Ended up diluting it a bit since it was so sweet/sour/salty. I cant help but imagine this might be done to mask the fact that it is lacking in other departments - if Im going to pay $15 for a soup and pay extra for shrimp Id expect a little more than 3 tiny shrimp and a couple mushrooms in there.

20 bucks , i just got pad thai, and a side of tofu ... only 5 burnt pieces of tofu .. i had to complain to manager . Not even that good . Over priced under quality bs. The tofu taste like boiled water and soap . im never going back to this backwoods uneducated experience again .. and google, dear lord, fix your programming it critically failed on the photo upload , cropping 75% of the photo i had to re-edit and re-upload. I gave them another chance and they screwed it up again. I ordered two Curry s to go. They shorted the order and made them very watery. They do this for every takeout order. If you want them to make it with any level of respect you have to dine in.

Best tofu pad thai I have ever had! Shrimp rangoons were also tasty. Always try different Thai eateries around TX & surrounding states, but this place was surprising! Eatery has pleasant staff & ambience. Good job. We got level 3 spice & for us we could have gone to 4 or 5. Average level of spice for Thai restaurants we tried. We shared 1 order of pad thai & rangoons for two ladies. Plenty to make a meal with a side salad. Vegetarian options: Tofu option was yummy Parking: In a nice shopping center with ample parking.

Sadly this is the worst Pad Thai we have ever had. And we have had a lot of Pad Thai! The sauce was completely off, it lacked in any additions besides too little bean sprouts and a tiny sprinkle of peanuts that were hard to see let alone taste. Usually Pad Thai is generous in peanuts and sprouts and onions and sometimes has other extras. This was like a pile of overly sweet noodles and some chicken if you searched hard enough. I couldn t even eat it. The other in my party felt the same - and he isn t picky at all.

Wish I had seen some of the recent reviews before ordering on Uber eats. First of all the restaurant cancelled my order while I was on my way to pick it up without reaching out to tell me this or ask if I wanted it cancelled just because one small item wasn t available. Secondly they just assumed I was an Uber driver even though it was an order for pick up and tried to blame the customer for cancelling it even though I had the text saying they cancelled it. Then when they realized I was the customer the girl at the counter clearly had no way of looking at their system to see if it had been charged at all so I figured it out for them. Then when I went to pay they started to charge me MORE than what I paid online without an item they were out of that was 5.50. The girl then argued with me until I offered to show her what I was charged and then she lowered what she originally stated by 3 dollars instead of the full price of the item I wasn t getting from my original total. I had no desire to spend any more time in the restaurant so I didn t fight it at that point because I didn t want to waste any more time. Then we got home and the food was average at best and definitely not worth the terrible customer service you get trying to get it. Not to mention way overpriced, Super disappointed because we love Thai food and this was nearby.

Order placed at 1pm asking to be ready at 5.30pm It was not ready on time. I came for pick up and a little lier working there told me the order will be ready in 5min. It wasn t. Like most, Im always in the market for good Thai food, and this restaurant satisfies the palate. A friend invited me to dine here for lunch because its one of her favorite restaurants. I found the small, quaint restaurant with the quirky name to be very pleasant inside.The comfortable atmosphere offers a nice environment for most special occasions. My meal, the spicy Chicken Curry at a level three, (from 1-5) was right on target for my tastebuds. I did think the price point was a little expensive for lunch, but I would definitely dine here again because other factors outweigh the one negative. Nice environment, friendly staff, and good food!

Ive been a long time customer of this establishment & its really sad how there is not a sense of human decency anymore & how this resturant has taken a downward slope. Stopped by the restuant to place a to go order, made it home food was burnt & order was wrong. Spoke to someone on the phone before going back to correct the problem & I was told you dont need to bring the previous food back. Arrived at the restaurant & the story changed, clueless workers running back & forth talking to the manager in the back instead of her being professional & coming to speak w/ the customer. Took an hour to get the food... My order was wrong... My appetizers came 30 minutes late and was cold. Staff is running around apologizing for delays trying to make up for poor ownership and management and the place wasnt even busy. Staff was very nice but obviously scared of owner. Owner is a joke!!!!! Dont waste your time or money and pray for the staff. I still tripped our waiter/waitress because its not their fault but wouldnt doubt the owner steals their tips with the way this place is run...

We were VERY disappointed in our visit. Our single appetizer was brought out cold after waiting 30 minutes. Our food order, for two people, was lost and it took well over an hour to finally be served and it was partially wrong. Larger parties came and left while we waited. Our waiter was attentive and apologetic. The manager was not sympathetic, never came out to apologize, and did not offer any discount. We wish the staff well, but not interested in ever coming back.

This place used to be one of the better Thai foods in the area, but has gone downhill. Went for dinner and no one was in the restaurant when we got there... Ordered 4 dishes and waited an hour for them to only bring out 2 dishes and told the waitress we did not want the other two. The food is definitely not as good as when they first opened. Expensive for just okay food. Seems like they care more about their To Go orders than dine in customers. Dont waste your time, go to another restaurant.
