Chyenne & Nikki are an amazing team that work so good together. There s 2 of us & 4 dogs. 2 big dogs. 1 is a Shepherd so it sheds constantly then there s water on the floor in the kitchen from the dogs drinking the water. You have people & dogs in & out all day so the floors muddy up. My floors are challenging but my team is thorough professional & will not leave until the house looks 100% I would recommend them to my family friends

Ive been a maid pro client for several months and I am super satisfied! Nia is often my scheduled cleaner, and shes great! She is thorough and diligent and makes coming home after cleaning day such a joy. Seriously, it feels like my home is even more of a sanctuary after a clean. I would recommend MaidPro because the quality of service is excellent, including any of the times Ive had to call customer service because I goofed on scheduling or something.

Maid Pro was scheduled to deep clean our house for the first time. I called more than 24 hours in advance to cancel because I had just found out I was positive for the flu. I was told my credit card would still be charged for the cleaning because its a 48 hour cancellation policy. I asked if they really wanted to get the flu by coming and she said no. But I guess too bad for me because I didnt know 12 hours sooner that I had the flu. I was also unaware of their 48 hour cancellation policy or I never would have called them to set up an appointment. If the first appointment had gone well, they would have had me as a regular. Now theyve lost a customer. Was it really worth treating a first-time customer that way, Maid Pro?

Scheduling with the Pros at MaidPro Denton was a breeze! I wanted to gift a cleaning to my friend and it was so much easier than I expected. Hannah, the manager, got the cleaning scheduled for the same week I called. Kaitlin and Brian, the cleaning pros, did an AMAZING job! UPDATE: one day different Pros cleaned our house. They scratched up the glass shower enclosure. While we know it was an accident, MaidPro Denton has accepted responsibility, their insurance carrier reported this damage is NOT covered under their policy, and the new owner refuses to even COMMUNICATE with us to get the damages fixed. Since my original review, we have STOPPED USING MAIDPRO DENTON!!! Angie and Denise are an amazing team! They are professional, personable, and provide an amazing clean. We hired them for a move out clean, I confirmed with the person who answered the phone whether they would be cleaning bathroom tiles, windows and etc. However, all they did was dust the blinds, dust the ceiling fans, vacuum brand new carpet and mopped the bathroom floor (which looks exactly the same before they came to clean. I had cleaned it about halfway and you can still see the demarcation where I had left off cleaning). They charge $350 for the move-out clean but all they did was vacuum and dust. I called and asked why they had not cleaned the rest of the house and of course, after they charged me they are saying that these are all extra services that I need to pay separately on top. For each window they want $10, for each blind they want $5. If I had known this was the level of service they would render, I would have never used them to begin with. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND that anyone uses this company. It would have been better for me to do everything myself.

They cleaned a vacant rental property for us. I never got a receipt or any communication saying the cleaning was complete which I thought was odd. My card was charged, so I went to go follow up on the job since we were listing the next day. I walked in and went to the kitchen and it had not been cleaned. The rest of the house was clean but I don t know how they missed the kitchen. I ended up just cleaning it myself. I called and left a VM and they did call me back but I just decided to let it go, we will not be using them again. I will say their prices seem to be lower than others but the communication, attention to detail, and completion of the job was lacking.

So grateful for a monthly clean that I dont have to worry about scheduling each month! They send a reminder email so you dont forget when your maid is going to show up (usually about 3 days ahead of your appointment). Ive had to reschedule a couple times and Hannah always makes it work and is so friendly through email. They were so understanding when we took a pause in 2020 due to COVID and we never felt rushed to start back up. That said, maids are still wearing masks to their appointments, which is so appreciated! Weve had Lyndsey quite a few times and she does a great job please keep sending her to us!

Lyndsey and Erika made me believe in God. Only angels could do to my house what they did. Not only did they clean, but they organized and arranged things Id left scattered randomly through the house. They caught all the little things Id been meaning to clean for months AND even more importantly, they didnt judge me for being an indifferent housekeeper. I have a husband, a son, and we have several pets -- the house sometimes makes me feel were not human, were more like bears with furniture. Maidpro came in and now we feel human again. Pro was punctual and did a decent job but I later realized that no attempt was made to clean floors under any furniture. This was a move-in clean so it was a little upsetting to find crazy dust bunnies and other items under the furniture after hiring someone to clean my floors. The Pro finished in approximately half the allotted time and I just wish more attention was paid to the non-visible stuff.

Bianca came to my fathers apartment to clean on a day the person who paid her told her not to come she banged on the door and put in her copy of the key in the door and came inside and started chatting with my father. She gives him nicknames and wants to meet his girlfriend. She took some of his food and 2 $20 gift cards to Target. She ruined his flooring because she did not put the shower head back on the way it came, she was on her phone and did not render aid when my daughter had a seizure just sat there and looked on. The office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional! The woman who answers the phone, Tasha, claimed to own THIS franchise and was completely unprofessional over the phone. They pull the bait and switch with their prices. Theyll tell you its ONE charge per month and then they hit your account 4 times per month! The maids were fantastic. Maid-pro actually caused more harm than good on their last cleaning. They ruined my stainless steel appliances! I cant suggest this maid service. No clue what they used to clean the appliances, but I have black blotches all over the place along with strange streak marks. It looks like there is dirt all over the fridge.They say they are bonded, but give you the run around when you hold them accountable. Poor cleaning and even worse customer service. They cashed the checks, but the manager refuses to return a phone call. Unbelievable.

Moving out of a rental and needed the place looking good for the next residents. Upon researching MaidPro Denton had the best looking quality plan and format. Upon their request until completion of the cleaning everything was very simple and organized. The people I talked to (including the cleaners) were very personable and did an excellent job inside the house. They have my business and recommendation, they are worth every penny.
