The pickup service was fine. My sandwich however was less than desirable. I bought two New York Yankee sandwiches. They were so dry we could barely swallow them. The meat seemed as if it had been sitting out for a long time. We were very disappointed.

My favorite Jason s Deli location. I come here almost daily for lunch and Julia at the to go window is always so kind and welcoming!She went above and beyond to make sure I got signed up for their rewards program since I am a regular and I ve already earned a free lunch! Very disappointed in the dinner we picked up. My husbands potato was huge and he was happy, but my order, not so much. When I got home the Au jus had leaked inside the bag, not that big a deal. Except it tasted like water. I had to heat it all up and spooned the jus over 1/2 my sandwich before I tasted it. Awful! You cant make it stronger without bouillon, so I watered down my $13 sandwich! I ate that half without the bread....quite disappointed. Per you request, owner, I emailed you about a week ago, but have yet to hear anything back....

I went with my three children, 10, 8, and 7 years old, and they sold me the largest menu. I dont speak English well but if they are children why sell me the biggest drink and the biggest plate. Bad recommendation experience. Better to read well and be more prepared.

It seems at first glance like everything *should* be fairly natural.. but I got on the website and saw soooo many additives to everything that I realized it only *appears* natural. It was tasty, the staff was OK but not very friendly.. kind of impatient with people who arent regulars and dont have their menu memorized or know how they work. My sandwich had twice as many condiments as necessary.. and with all that its not particularly healthy. Even their home made ice cream has tons of crazy additives.

We do a call in order for French bread and raffles Amys turkey , but we got everything bun and baked chips . The guy who took order didn t listen for the specifications of order .Once we reach for pick up we have to wait another 10 minutes in drive through. I usually get the salad bar when I go to Jason s and while it s always fresh and usually tidy, clean and well maintained, there are certain things I think would make it a lot better, like more variety, more low cal/ low fat dressing options and mostly I d really appreciate the produce being cut down to being more mouth sized. After I load up my plate, to eat my salad I have to first cut everything up or else I m doing the fold the food into my mouth thing leaving dressing on the sides of my mouth. It seems like a small ask that would make it a much nicer experience. Otherwise it s always a nice place for lunch and everyone is very friendly. Vegetarian options: Nice self-serve salad bar

While I always receive great food and service at this Flower Mound location, recently I had the best experience. My sandwich was perfectly toasted, had just the right amount of meats, and condiments that added flavor without being overpowering. Yes, this was the best sandwich I ever had. Jason s Deli used to be one of my favorite counter service restaurants. I don t know what happened but specific to this location: tables, floors and salad bar area looked dirty - what I mean by that is crumbs, spills other customers made not cleaned up, etc. the area where they prep the food also looked kind of gross. Specific to cost, a create your own sandwich with chips and fountain drink now costs over 14 dollars and they ask you for a tip, so I paid 16 dollars to eat a sandwich in a dirty restaurant Not sure what happened Because Jason s used to be amazing.

The restaurant inside has gone down tremendously. It was dirty and not sanitary. 9 tables were sitting w leftover food from previous patrons and there were at least 8 people standing around behind the serving counter while the knats swarmed the plates of food onthe tables. I absolutely love eating Lunch at their Salad Bar! The Salad Bar is always restocked with fresh green Vegetables, Dressings(my favorite is the french that a female worker always remembers to bring to me without me requesting it...shes a sweetheart), Muffins, Potato Salads and fixings. The Male Clerk at the Register always remembers my Order when I walk-in and is always pleasant. The Staff works hard at keeping the Tables clean once Patrons leave. This location had great service. Everything was made just right excellent quality and in a very timely manner. I had a half a muffaletta and a cup of gumbo that was delicious. What companion had a Reuben and said it was the best Reuben shed eaten since she moved to Texas. Dining room in the bathrooms were very clean and I would highly recommend this location.

Jasons deli always has fresh food and a healthy menu, not a burger joint. I consistently order The Carmela. I have done if you place an online order, when you get your sandwich, the cheese is not as melty as when ordered at the store. At the store, its warm, just made and very melty, just the way I like it. At times I do find The Carmela is not made the same. Sometimes a lot of meat, other times, not. Sometimes a lot of jalapeno sauce, sometimes not. Those two idiosyncrasies are not enough to keep me from giving Jasons Deli 5 stars. Regardless less of how my Carmela is made, it is 100% fantastic.

Jasons Deli is our all-time favorite grocery store when we visit the Dallas Fort Worth area. The sandwiches are SUPERBLY made from the BEST INGREDIENTS!!! My wife loves the Build Your Own sandwich choosing turkey, cheddar and whole grain bread with all her favorite additions like mayonnaise, fresh lettuce and the juiciest tomatoes! Delicious!!! My hunger is fed by the mighty Jasons Deli Salad Bar. What a wonderful salad bar it is indeed!!! I chose the freshest romaine, cherub tomatoes, milk cheeses, croutons, sesame seeds and the amazing Thousand Island dressing. The salad bar features specialty breads, including their award-winning mini bran rolls. There are also several types of potato salad and pasta. What a lovely lunch we ALWAYS have at Jasons Deli!!! The service use to be a lot better now they want to charge for ranch dressing. You use to be able to get one per sandwich you order. Please don t ask for the house chips unless you dining in the to go orderI sandwich bag is less then the amount you use to pay .25 cents for.

Each time I visit the Flower Mound location and have an interaction with the manager Gabe Maldonado I am reminded of what great customer service truly is. Mr. Maldonado is always kind and helpful and works hard right along with his employees. You can tell that he cares about the establishment, his customers, and setting the best possible example for his staff. People are so quick to point out issues but often dont take the time to praise when praise is due. I hope Jasons Deli knows what a great manager this location has.

I only ordered a sandwich to go, in between my jobs, not a large or extravagant order. They told me theyd call my name when it was ready and I ended up sitting around for nearly 30 minutes. Finally decided to go ask someone and my order had apparently just been sitting on a back counter. I only waited so long because I figured they just had a lot of orders and didnt want to pester them too much. No one was rude. It just seemed like they were a little disorganized.

I guess they have a new manager, because the place looks like a giant mess. Dirty tables everywhere, food all over the floor. Nasty nasty!! Oh, and all of a sudden they say you can only take 1 trip to the salad bar. Ridiculous! Stay away.
