That crew at Prestige KNEW what they were doing! They did an excellent job with my teenage son. They got him to smile. The options for photos were many. They asked for his input & mine. We were VERY pleased with the service and the proofs came in today & theyre amazing! Thanks!

This was my first time at this location with my youngest graduating. The staff was phenomenal from the front desk to our photographer Nesi who was the absolute perfect fit for my sons session. She took her time, allowed my son to do what was most comfortable while making suggestions, and made sure I knew this was my moment too. I cannot thank her enough!

8.5.23 we had an ultimate session booked for yesterday but we had a makeup snafu that put us way behind so we arrived 30+ minutes late to our 11am appointment. Unfortunately, the staff was fully booked and could not squeeze us in same day. We explained that we had spent time and money on lashes, nails, hair, makeup, etc. And that it would be easier to come in right away instead of 2 weeks out and utilize the existing hair, nails, lashes. The front desk staff person, Emma, was very understanding and accommodating. She was able to get us in today/the next afternoon. We brought my daughters shih tzu to be part of the photos and everyone was really animal friendly. They got us treats and water. Rhonda and Devin stood out as providing exemplary service and had lots of patience with us and our several outfit changes. We highly recommend this team. They work very hard on a tight time table. Customers should come in with a reasonable expectation and set aside 1-3 hours depending on the package selected. Thank you.

The staff was all very kind but definitely wish the photographer and taking sometime to actually take decent photos of my son. Several photos his time is crooked and I stopped the photographer to straighten it his gown was crooked and the tux jacket that they put on him didnt even fit they were still several sizes larger but the photographer was just ready to get it done and over with.

They did a great job with my kids seniors pictures! I brought my son and my stepson and each session was only supposed to be 30 minutes, but we were there much longer for all the different poses and backgrounds. They even did a lot of pictures with both of them together for no extra charge. I will definitely bring my family back here for a session. I absolutely recommend them.

Anyone trying to use this company for senior pictures is just wasting their time. It was ok to schedule the photo session but I just received the proofs and the quality is very poor. I have been trying to contact them all day and my calls are being redirected to the Caribbean and Belize. Dont waste your time.

I never got the email link to pick my senior picture for my yearbook, so instead they chose one for me. They couldn t even bother to choose one in the black formal attire they had us wear, which is kind of the whole point of senior pictures. Lazy and unprofessional

Senior portrait taken at high school on Saturday. Went to school 20 minutes early to find them, no where to be found, tried calling all numbers, guess what all are answering machine and no one works the weekends. Reviewed all mails from our appointment we made on their website, no numbers to call no building or office numbers just the schools address. Very upset about this. But I guess we will find out on Monday when they respond if they respond.

Lets see. This was the only location we could get an appointment in the evening. Went to Mesquute for my sons senior pics three years ago and love that location. This location staff was rude from the beginning. It was my daughter and a friend and they rushed them like cattle through the appointment. There was one staff member I think she had it out for me. There was NO place I could stand that made her happy. It was just me and the two girls so its not like we had a large fan club trying to look on. Also, I remember as soon as we finished in Mesquute they allowed us to choose the pic we wanted sent for the yearbook pic. Nothing of the sort at this location. Very disappointing and we drove from Rockwall for this treatment.

I worked for the Lifetouch company, and this studio in particular, for about three years until 2015, so this review may be a little biased (and outdated by about a year). This particular studio provides great attention to customers and generally speaking has great backdrops and tools to take pictures; the staff of photographers (myself included) and the customer service reps are knowledgeable and kind to every customer. The location is a little tricky to find, but has very flexible hours and is located right next to a Chinese restaurant, a Little Caesars, a donut place and a Subway. Also, for anyone wanting to get into portraiture, this is a great place to work; Lifetouch provides great training for prospective photographers on interacting with the subject, posing, lighting and staging. If I had to change anything about my experience working with the company, it would be to have worked with them sooner, so as to improve my photography ten-fold.
