I ordered what was possibly the best breakfast burrito Ive ever had. Just phenomenal. The salsa was fantastic too - made from scratch by the chef, who first roasts the veggies in their wood-burning oven. My server was attentive, friendly, hilarious, and efficient. She even offered me a coffee to go, and spent extra time describing how they prepared everything. I look forward to coming back!!

This has to be the slowest bar on a Thursday night. Cancelled my drink because the wait was 20 minutes and by the time my friends were ready to leave I still hadn t gotten my drink. Bartender decided to make it after chatting with his friends at the end of the bar. Didn t drink it, left it there after being forced to pay for it. Won t be back; can t recommend. $20 a drink with service charge.

terrible experience and service. the male bartender with the huge earrings is stuck up and talks bad about the people he serves. one of my friends have a bad experience with him too. watch out for that and if he doesn t like you he might just spit in your drink lol!

I chose to celebrate my birthday at Ebb & Flow last weekend, and unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the service. Despite making a reservation in advance and calling the night before to confirm, I was told upon arrival that I had been called earlier that morning to inform me they were overbooked. However, I did not receive any such call, and when I showed my phone to the staff, they simply shrugged. As a result, we had to wait in the heat on my birthday. The staff was flippant and nonchalant. While the food was okay, the overall experience was ruined.

Top two worst meals I ve ever been served at a restaurant. First and last time to try Ebb and Flow. The whole experience was just so disappointing. First it took almost an hour to get our food. One of us got the fried shrimp that was so overcooked it was inedible. Everything on the plate was dark brown including the fries and one hush puppy. The other person got the subpar chicken fried steak with sweet potato fries only he never got the fries even after asking for them. Overall just awful. I don t know how restaurants like this stay in business when there are so many other decent options.

Had an interesting experience that I would love to say I can t blame on the business, but I watched the employees be friendly post encounter so I can only assume they support this behavior. So here goes the 1 star review - 2 men approached me and my girlfriends asking for our emails stating they were a part of the marketing and ownership team. My friends and I quickly debunked this because who AT ALL asks for feedback via contact info written on receipt paper and will send a review later. After calling it out and asking for verification, and a series of lies, the two men became combative, one of them eventually telling me I m pathetic and elitist . This was after I had asked him to leave SIX times. He said I deserved every bad thing that happened to me. They proceeded back to the bar where they were clearly friendly with the bar staff. It s offensive and scary to feel like you can t approach the staff during a verbal assault, and even worse that multiple people, including the bar staff, saw this happen and no follow up occurred. Couple that with bad service (a la us having to go to the bar to get service at our table everytime because the focus was on these bar patrons) I wouldn t be back .. unless you enjoy verbal assault, degradation of your intelligence, and feeling like you re in a generally unsafe space. To rectify, I would encourage this place to look at cameras for a man in a camp thin sweater, blonde and a man in a white shirt, brown hair - sitting at the bar close to the kitchen entrance; and make it clear they aren t welcome again if they are going to advocate they are part of the OWNERSHIP GROUP and their ownership group attacks women. (PS the fake owner thinks rent might be $20 a month)

Had a wonderful lunch had the ham and grilled cheese with sweet potato fry s . My guest had the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant and fruit. Angela, our server was wonderful. She was on top of everything. The atmosphere was absolutely wonderful. The music was was hopping and it was great.. The bathroom could use a little sprucing up, but other than that, we had a wonderful lunch. I would definitely go back and get five stars.

I had the Fuji Apple Wrap and it was really good and fresh. Everyone in my group really enjoyed their food as well. The service was ok. They did keep checking on us, but one of my friends orders was wrong, which I understand happens, but this was AFTER she tried to correct it when the server repeated her order wrong. The decor was super cute...very insta worthy, but the music was loud which made it hard to have a conversation. The volume of the music didnt match the atmosphere. I would try this place again though.

We came and wait 10 minutes at the bar. I went to the bathroom and two friends sat at the bar waiting for service upon the bartender. They DID NOT come up to them. They took glasses sitting at the Bar and serviced others at the bar. Upon coming out of the bathroom, they had not ordered so we took pictures at the neon light and decided to leave. The bartender (Dylan) came up to us and told us only paying customers can take pictures. No sign was posted in regards to this rule . We then ordered a drink (lavender lemon drop). The bartender Dylan was very rude and abrasive when we talked to him about our previous encounter of not being serviced. Would not recommend if you have Dylan servicing you. I will not be returning and very disappointed as my first time here was wonderful. The woman bartender was wonderful and attentive once she came over. Still wouldn t recommend because of the experience, Dylan made it very uncomfortable and attacked in regards to his encounter.

This place is pretty cute I was surprised at how many tables were open for a Friday night. We had a bachelorette party of 15 and the services was good for that amount of people. The bartender at the bar was a little rude and told us instead of ordering there we could order at our table but we went to order at the bar because no one had come to us in the first 15 minutes. The lemon drop lavender drink was ok I would not order again. I expected more with it being a mixologist drink. I asked what the signature dish was and they said chicken fried chicken and pork chops. The portions were big but the food was just not good. The appetizers were ok we got chips and cheese queso along with pot stickers, chips and dips and the fried ravioli. They were ok the best out of all of them was the fried ravioli. Over all cute place but not worth driving an hour for.

Have not been back since 2022. While there we witnessed a couple being racially profiled for what the Caucasian waiter and waitress thought the black female couple didnt pay for drinks, then we were racially discriminated against and I absolutely felt uncomfortable. The staff called the cops, made a scene, chased the ladies down which just happen to be walking down the street but the staff came running which was totally uncalled for. It ended up being the staffs own fault for not remembering that the couple indeed PAID. No apologies were given, no offers of nothing. We didnt want to eat there nor drink. We first started with a drink order, before all what took place, the drink was disappointing and lacked quality so we decided to not even eat there after all that took place. Wouldnt recommend, at all.

My girlfriends and I went to celebrate a birthday last night and had heard great things about the place. As soon as we walked in the waiter gave us attitude. we ignored it and didn t let it ruin the night but 30 min pass by and the waiter never comes back to our table. We go to order at the bar and the bartender asked us to order from our waiter which we then explained we haven t seen our waiter. Our waiter walks up to the table giving us attitude once again. He took our orders but was passive aggressive with comments. We waited another 20 minutes and our drinks were brought by another waiter while our waiter was standing at the bar laughing with other customers. We let it go so it doesn t ruin the night but as the night goes he does not come to our table at all. We had to keep bothering the bartender who was busy and our drinks were being brought by people who didn t even work there. Our waiter was Checking on every table but ours until we go back to the bar and ask who was supposed to be our waiter to make sure and were told it was the white guy with a white beard and tattoos. We expressed we had a horrible experience from him and he butts in telling one of my girlfriends if you don t like it don t come back what kind of service is this?!? If I could give it a negative star review I would. Totally unacceptable and will not be Back or recommend it to anyone.

It s an amazing place to go grab a drink and some late night food but the server was the worst, took 20 min to even come to our table to get drinks started. Then the server never came back, it s an old guy with white hair white beard tattoos, he never came back to ask us for another round or even the new people who joined us late. While he was too busy cleaning other tables instead of coming back to ask if we were doing okay. We had to get up and grab drinks from the bar and the bartender who is amazing told us we had to order from our server because he was busy which is understandable. So we waited for the server again never even came back or walked by our table to get his attention he wouldn t even look at us he was too busy talking to his buddy s at the bar. The bartender and another server who were amazing actually got us another round of drinks and proceeded to take care of us for the night he couldn t even tab us out we had to go to the bartender to get our tab. Never again coming here! I don t think it s fair for those servers to do that guys job. We ve came here for years but he s ruining this places reputation it s a shame.

Nice spot, but the service was the worst I ve ever experienced I went a couple nights ago with friends. We were ignored we had to seat ourselves and didn t get greeted until we had to ask the bartender who was taking care of us. We came in a small group all of us being African American and definitely felt like that s why no one came to our table to take care of us while the other tables with white folks got taken care of. The server was a white guy with tattoos and all white hair and came over with the worst attitude and never came back after he brought us waters. We wanted to order food and drinks but after being there for 30 min and still nothing we decided to leave. Never coming back again you can thank that guy for loosing business. Worst experience ever don t recommend coming here if your colored person.

Great restaurant with a nice atmosphere and music. The staff is really nice and friendly. Was able to order my drink(Salty Brew)and food(Chicken & waffles). Both were very tasty and satisfying. My only complaint is that my glass of water was very dirty with various food items sticking to the inside of the glass. I was grossed out for the moment but the waitress replaced it immediately.

Very disappointed to this place ! I had a really bad experience the new manager and an Asian server were so rude. I have worked in a restaurant before and I understand how it is when you want to go home at the end of the night but I also understand that customers come first and they make sure we were not welcome here . I had to wait 20 min. to get a drink and food order. Horrible customer service and time management. Went out for a friends birthday party brunch around 11:30am on Saturday, and everything was ok in the beginning until it ended downright horrible. Our first server, Claire, gave us a new version of their drink menu. We ordered almost immediately, but were waiting for about 25-30 minutes for our drinks to come. After those thirty minutes, all of our drinks had come except for my friends because they had run out of apple juice. Waited another 20 minutes for the friends drink. My drink was missing the airhead strip, but I saw another table who got the same drink except theirs had it. Chitchatted with my friends for another thirty minutes and none of the servers came up to ask us what we were ordering, so my friend had to go up to the register to ask if we could get our orders in. At one point, another server named Jules or Julia walked right past us after we were politely calling out to her, and she ignored us and then sat down at one of the tables and started talking to whom I assume were her acquaintances. Finally when a server came to get our orders, it took around 30 minutes to even get one of the appetizers and a whole hour after we ordered to get the dishes. By then it was around 1-1:30pm and we had just gotten our food. The final straw was when we were waiting to pay and had to go up to the register two more times just to get the check. In terms of payment, they refused to give my friend her change because she paid in cash.... It was a matter of a few dollars which was not much of a problem, but the the manager was extremely rude and inconsiderate when I asked her to explain why they couldnt give my friend her change back. Overall, the restaurant décor/aesthetic was not worth it for such an unpleasant experience.

Loved this little lounge/restaurant/cocktail bar in the Plano - Legacy area! I went during the early to mid afternoon on a Monday, and it was not crowded at all. Its definitely a vibe. I dined at Ebb & Flow in Plano after one long day at work. Sat with Thomas Jefferson (or TJ I was told is his other name) wanted a few drinks and a small snack. He recommended the shrimp toast is was phenomenal! As for the drinks I m pretty easy to please but my drink was never empty and it was hot this day so water was much needed and that glass was also never low. Went here for brunch yesterday. The servers were nice. The music was good. The food was not good though. I ordered the honey butter chicken biscuit entree which came with eggs and potatoes. The chicken was very dry and it barely had any honey butter on it. The biscuit was very dry also. Also, they use powdered eggs which is kind of crazy for a sit down restaurant. The servers were very nice and attentive. I d come back just for drinks but the brunch food was below average.

Such RUDE service!! I truly hate writing bad reviews but honestly this place rubbed us the wrong way! We went late last night and the waitress was SO RUDE!! We seated ourselves (as the sign says to), and patiently waited for someone to ask our order. The place was somewhat busy (half full) with a total of 3 waitresses in house. The waitress comes to us to ask what we want (no greeting at all) and we just asked her how 2 of the items were on the menu. She gave us such a rude, sarcastic remark back and then further went on to ask if we knew what we wanted or not as she was too busy and she doesn t have time We were so shocked! After realizing how she rudely spoke to us, we decided we did not want to be treated that way and got up to leave. On the way out, we asked to speak to a manager and one of the other waitresses said she was the manager. Not sure if she truly was but regardless she did apologize and further stated they were so busy and short staffed that evening, etc. We told her we fully understand how it can be when it s busy but still no need for the rudeness. Interestingly enough, I m reading some of the poor reviews and they had similar experiences at this place. My husband and I are very friendly and tip quite well for good service. Not that this restaurant will care at all, but we will NOT be returning to this place ever! This review is based on the service. Unable to comment on the quality of the food/drinks.

Love the ambience. Coworker and I went for happy hour and she loved all the specialty drinks. The potstickers and Cubano egg rolls were my favorite appetizers. Mahi mahi sandwich was delish! Sat outside because it was a beautiful afternoon and they have a fun patio area. The staff was very nice and the food was okay. I liked the chips and queso, but the Chicken, Salami, and Swiss melt that I got could use some reworking - the croissant lost all structure and was kind of floppy and greasy. Id recommend asking for extra napkins if you sit outside too, because there arent any on the tables.

I was very pleased with this place! I must admit I had preconceived notions because it looks very picturesque and Instagramy, so I didn t have high hopes for the food, but I m delighted to say I was wrong! The Stuffed Jalapeños & Shrimp Alfredo Toast were delicious; they both had plenty of flavor. The California sandwich was good, but the sweet potato fries were even better. We tried the trio of gelato and the carrot cake and enjoyed both. There wasn t a single thing I didn t like, so now that I know they actually season their food, I ll 100% be back. Lol

This place is the definition of mediocre. The ambiance is cute and the male servers were nice once we understand what the concept was. Our first server, Kayla, before discovering its a group service type of situation, walked up and said are you ready? with no introduction or welcome. I asked for a Titos and pineapple and received pineapple juice. My friend and I ordered the stuffed chicken and salmon piccata, both of which lacked flavor and were okay at best. I was very excited to come here to enjoy my birthday, but I am leaving disappointed and slightly irritated.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a cute little lunch place for a girly get together in the middle of the week. I landed on Ebb & Flow mostly because the atmosphere looked cute & had some decent options for food. It was obviously pretty quiet for the time of day & during the week which suited us just fine. The waiter was super helpful in guiding us through the cocktail options. He asked what we typically enjoy & made his recommendations which were spot on. We just ended up getting a quick little appetizer so I cannot comment too much on the food but the drinks we had were not only Instagram worthy but definitely delicious- everything I expect from a craft cocktail. One thing would mention was it was kind of pricy for a little afternoon snack & drink if it was more reasonable we probably would ve stayed for another round (I couldn t find if they ever have a drink specials time like HH or?) but as it was - it is definitely a nice experience! A nice little place to get dressed up - take some photos - have a cocktail - hang out with the girls!

This was our second time at Ebb & Flow. First in Dallas stumbling around trying to find food at 10pm. Youll be happy to know they stay consistent with the quality of the dishes. Ambiance - we went during V day, and unfortunately, there was only 1 server and 1 bartender. So service could have been better. From the pics, it seems this place would be much better looking in the morning. We certainly didnt see anything pretty eating at night. We had the Vday menu: 1. Toasted ravioli-there was plenty of sauce, but overall, I would say, Meh... it tasted like something frozen that was air fried and the served. 2. Chicken fried chicken-my husband liked this quite a bit. Big portions, gravy was delicious, tender chicken, perfectly fried for a good crunch. Forgot to get the herb fries. Those were good last time. 3. Salmon picata-it needs more salt, but overall, its really good. I definitely would get it again. In fact, I had this same dish at the Dallas location. 4. Carrot cake-this was okay. Honestly, it tasted like something from the grocery store. Drinks: seasonal old fashion, blackburied, endless summer. The drinks were okay. Overall, I enjoyed the meal and would definitely come back.

Mistakenly came in tonight to celebrate my birthday, and have never regretted anything more in my life. Arguably the WORST customer service ever. For starters, they took my card to start the tab, and I had to ask for it THREE times because it had been over an hour and it was never given back to me. Secondly, we get our mac & cheese, only to find out it was uncooked and very crunchy. We ask for it to be remade, but instead the little manger TAKES our food and doesn t bring it back..leaving my sister and I just sitting there while the other people in our party are eating. Never once did that little manger, or Peyton/Payton come back to our table to ask if we needed anything. In fact they deliberately avoided us until I had to go up to the manager and demand she finally give me my debit card back (which they kept for over 2 hours!!!!!) The whole staff seems very unprofessional and rude, and shouldn t be working in the service industry. I don t know how you run a whole restaurant but take paying customer s food away and not even offer to fix it, or check on us. And then the manager had a whole nasty attitude about it all. This place is beyond abhorrent. You d get better treatment at a prison than this dump. Thank you for ruining my birthday!!!!!! Wish I could give this place negative stars, because even one is far too generous.

Food is bad to mid, servers do their best but seem to be drastically understaffed. Atmosphere is solid, but seems they really sprung for aesthetics over quality. If you have to eat here, the burger is pretty safe, the pork chops are good (20$ tho), and the queso is solid. (UPDATE: This is the second time my wife has gotten sick after eating there. So it may be that the porkchops are not as good as they taste...)

Went on a Wednesday 11/24/2022 evening to celebrate my daughter Birthday. Me and my mother ordered the Taco Salad .. umm when it came I was so CONFUSED! On the menu it states the Taco Salad comes with: Romaine, Pico, Black beans, roasted corn, avocado, sour cream, salsa & tortilla chips. When it came out it was cut up chunks of a hamburger patty on it. No PICO, No Avocado, No Salsa just a dry SALAD. I had to ask for Advocado and salsa when it states that s what comes on it. Then when we got the bill we were charged for Salsa WTH and a 2O% gratuity was added for a group of 5. Bad experience I m upset I didn t take a photo.
